Dear Ground Crew:

Here’s the latest from Apollo: “I greet you today with all of the love in my heart. There is great need for love on the planet right now because there’s so much of the opposite. I would like to take an eraser and erase everything that is not love. With the eraser we could clean up the Earth in nothing flat. The rest would be up to us, you and me.

You might be wondering what is going to come from all of this pandemonium. Yes, this is something many are wondering. You are concerned about things you cannot control. The most important part is that you can now move into your true self and be the best expression of your co-creation with Source.

This actually is simple, yet you make it so complex. It is the external obstacles that have been put in your way of being your true self. This external interference was from the threat of your light for this entire ascension process. See how powerful you are and how free you want to be! See how much you want the planet to be free!

We know some of you are at the end of your ropes. Please take those ropes, make them golden, and fill yourself with the golden sparkly light of the Creator. Allow yourself to be enveloped in this love and the New Earth. The ropes are leading you to your celestial home. This is the conversion of the old Earth into the Heaven on Earth. Feel it! The Stage is set for your happiness and joy! It is happening now.

Stand true in the strength of your I AM presence and shine, dear Ground Crew. We are with you and we are one.”

It’s Valerie here back with you, Ground Crew, I have needed time to heal and so here I am with a new version of myself.

Thanks to all of you who sent regards after my last message. It was part of my healing and it is always wonderful to receive appreciation.You are truly an amazing family. We are the light and the ones who are making the ascension happen. Thank you!

How are you feeling with these energies? What are you doing to stay as comfortable as you can as we move upwardly? I think we need to set our intentions for protection, awareness, angels, safety, and sanity when we leave our residences. Where I live, and I hear it from others, drivers have lost their minds and they should lose their driver’s license. There’s no place to drive the way they drive. I don’t know if you’ve seen it or not, but some of these people will make a left-hand turn from a right hand lane that is four lanes over! How do you like that behavior? Even a honking horn doesn’t work!

All I can reckon with myself is they are NPCs (non-participating characters, like from a video game). How do we defend ourselves from the 80% of the populace who fall in this category? How do we acknowledge those who are the 20%? How do you tell the difference? There’s heart energy coming from the 20%. They are kind and aware most of the time. They have light in their eyes (With the others’ eyes there’s nobody home.) You may feel a connection with them. Follow your heart and acknowledge the ones who might be a server in a restaurant, or wherever you go. They are there to help and they appreciate it when you acknowledge them.

I have been drinking herbal teas from my garden. Lemon Verbena and Motherwort leaves make a beautiful healing tea, especially for the central nervous system. I am so grateful to the plants and nature. The sun has been helping a lot too.

Something unusual has been happening. When I close my eyes sometimes I realize I am one with a plant. Today I felt like I am part of this plant that has purple flowers. I saw it this morning and felt it, and then I saw other plants and flowers. I am one with Tessie, my fig tree right behind my bedroom. I give her a hug every morning. She has three baby trees and is looking after them beautifully.

What Would You Be?

If you could be a plant or a tree,
What would you be?

Would you be a daisy or a daffodil sitting
on a hill?

Would you be an herb, or some spinach,
Or perhaps something that tastes like dill?

Would be you be a giant Redwood with deep roots in the ground,
Standing sky high looking around?

Would you be a Rose bush growing on a fence,
Or some bamboo growing really dense?

Would you be some ivy spreading wherever you like?
Or would you be some pompous grass looking very nice?

How about being a tomato waiting for bread and bacon?
There’s nothing about nature that is fakin.’

Just think we can be a tree
And not have to climb up to be in our sovereignty.

We can have the strength of an onion strong in its essence,
With garlic waiting to strengthen its presence.

Any part of the tree will be fine with me.
I will love the Earth until eternity.

In addition to writing poems and drinking tea, the little puppy Goldie keeps me very busy. I was gifted with a concert ticket to see Mateo Bocelli on June 20, at a winery in Silicon Valley. Here is a little clip from one of his songs.

A Message from Mira Through Valerie Donner June 25, 2026

Greetings. I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. And also the Earth Council.

Like Apollo, I greet you today with all of the love in my heart. The Earth is like one of my children. We have been nurturing you and assisting you for a long time. We are supporting you in this ascension process. We know your ups and downs, your rights and your wrongs, and every thought you have about these times of miraculous healing and rising in consciousness.

Every act of kindness is noticed. Every time you reach your hands and your heart out to someone, it’s noticed. It is as if you are installing the new programs for living in Heaven on Earth. This indeed is what you are doing. You are clearing the old negative programs from how you have been forced to live in the past. These programs no longer apply and you are free to live from your hearts and have miraculous days every day.

Yes, you are being freed, dear ones. Although it may feel like everything is at stake right now, please understand it is done. It is over. There is no room for fear anymore. Fear doesn’t exist in the 5th dimension and higher. Please release whatever residuals that come up for you. Remember it’s just a test. It’s only a test on your road to happiness.

Please realize whatever negative thoughts or experiences you have had, or are having, are just coming up for clearing for you to create a new world. This new world is here right now. Some of you may be feeling it constantly, and some of you may feel it coming in and out, but this is how ascension goes. It’s different for everyone, but similar in many ways.

Everything is moving very quickly right now. Time is not going according to the old mechanized clock, even though you still have to make appointments, etc. Your whole sense of reality is changing. Even your food preferences, what you eat what you drink, are changing.

Soon we will meet, along with many other Galactic friends. We will get to know each other. We have been around a long time. We will need you to be ready to help those who don’t know about us, to be ambassador’s and teachers of the truth. Please have compassion for the rest of humanity because they are going to be shocked by what they find out. The Ground Crew are helping as a bridge of light. You will know what to do.

Today I sign off with a song in my heart and a promise of eternal bliss and love from our Creator. I am Mira.

In Conclusion

In my recent healing experience, I became aware of how incredibly challenging it has been to do our Light work, when the dark did everything they could to impede it.

Healers sometimes need healers and I recently went to a new healer. He did a fantastic job of removing the impediments that made my work so much harder. I cried when I realized this, beloveds. We Ground Crew have true grit.

We need to continue to stand strong together to be in the energy of magic and miracles. A lot of changes will be happening quickly over the next couple of months. Remember, we’ve got it!

Dear Ground Crew:

I usually open my newsletter with Apollo, however, he will talk to us next time. This will be a shorter message than usual because I need to use my energy for healing. I have some respiratory issues prompted by having to fly back-and-forth from the West Coast to East Coast of the U.S. It is challenging being a sensitive. I think some of you know what I’m talking about.

Some people are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. They are having challenges with relationships, jobs, friends, neighbors, and all kinds of crazy things. We are in tumultuous times and everything from the material world is crazy and falling apart.

How are people driving where you live? They have set new rules for themselves here and we have to be very careful. If they try to take the drivers test I don’t think they would pass.

The weather is unusual everywhere. This is a crazy place to be right now on our beloved Mother Earth. In the San Francisco Bay Area we have had constant wind for months now and this has exacerbated peoples’ allergies. It’s not as friendly to be outside if you are a sensitive. I think these weather changes are typical for the entire planet.

How are you? Some are feeling great and others not so well. We are in the ups and downs of the end of this movie.The simulation is almost over.

In some ways these are the best of times and the worst of times. We are at the end of the movie. The last lap on a long run can take the wind out of you. It takes a big push to make it to the finish line. This is what we are experiencing.

Many are having challenges right now. It can be with health, relationships, work, families, friends, loss of loved ones, businesses, etc. I think you know what I’m talking about. I’m writing this today with all of the love and compassion in my heart as I go through my own challenges. That’s why this will be a shorter message for this month.

We need to take time for our own healing.

The grief can be almost unbearable. As the light reveals the truth about how we have been living, it can be too much to bare. Many are exhausted, feel like giving up, are financially stressed and living in a world of problems.

The dark forces are still after the light. Have any of you been having bad dreams? I had a nightmare a few nights ago. At least it helped me to clear energy from the past. Everything that has ever happened to us is imprinted in our souls. Our bodies also have cellular memory. It’s all energy everyone, isn’t it? We are clearing these old energies within and on Earth.

Yes, these are tumbling tumultuous times. Right now part of the healing is to write a poem about this:

Tubling Tumultous Times

These are tumbling
Tumultuous times.
Where everything is coming up
Showing many dirty crimes.

Look everybody,
It’s so unclean.
The truth is out
Sight unseen.

The dark have played around
For way too long.
They are now the
Light’s hunting ground.

Throw out the trash.
Open up the doors.
The dark are crawling
Out on all fours.

Strike up the band.
Ring the chimes and bells.
They’re going back
To their own hell.

There are cesspools of hatred
All around the Earth.
How did it happen?
From what did it birth?

Let’s send magnolias and tulips
To magnify the beauty.
Plant roses and daffodils
For love’s duty.

Look up to the sky
For a brighter day.
The Golden Age
Is on its way.

Living with kindness
Is Source’s plan.
Let’s play it out
On our Golden land.

New Member of the Ground Crew

Here’s a picture of Goldie, the mini long-haired Daschhund. She is “the sniffing the ground crew” member and I have had her about the week. She is named Goldie for the Golden Age.

Of course puppies are great. They eat leaves and try to eat everything else in their place. She practices her bark in her dreams and it’s pretty cute. So if you want to lighten up and feel happier in these crazy, dense times, find a puppy or kitten, or be with a dog or another animal. Animal therapy is the best.

Here’s the latest from Apollo:

“Greetings. This is Apollo. I speak to you today from the mystical chambers of my heart. This is where we are coming from when we speak to you. It is the energies of the mystical chambers of your heart in which you’ll be living. It is where you are now living.

As a result of the Big Shift on February 17, 2026, our Ground Crew are now in this very special place. This chamber was activated Chinese New Year, the year of the Fire Horse, has brought about a huge change in the consciousness on the Earth.

The split is changing your lives. This is happening daily as the old world withers away quickly. Whatever is most obvious is what is being dealt with first. This is the most obvious for our beautiful ground crew wherever they go.

Sometimes things must be said and cannot be held back. You are all experiencing these bursts of truth. You are feeling them and you are deciding what you want to do about various situations.

We will be discussing this new way of living in the 5th dimension and higher. You are on your way to Heaven on Earth. Some of you are already living in Heaven. You are happy and you feel free. This is the truth.”

Even though we are in challenging times, it appears that we are living in the chamber of our hearts. We are one with Source. We are learning to become one with each other. We are observing our thoughts and redirecting them when necessary.

For many of the Starseed’s, we are already living and expressing from the heart of Source. It rings in a beautiful golden chime. This tone is the ascension tone. It represents the clarity, unity, Christed frequencies. It is the energy of freedom, the freedom you came to claim.

Are you talking with the Creator? Many of us had our abilities to speak with Source blocked by those forces that are not from the light. It was natural to speak with Source in the beginning. It is becoming natural again and it is delightful. The love from the Creator is beyond explanation. The Creator is with us and gives us the truth and the guidance that some have missed for too long.

Please turn off all of your devices. Put down your distractions. Get quiet and move into your heart. Listen. Listen to your heart in the quiet to what is being said. Feel the love and the light in the very high frequencies when you’re communicating at this level. You can do this on your own for as long as you want. This is how we will be living in the New Golden Age. Feel it, dear hearts. This is such a precious connection. It is here for everyone who chooses to be in the New Earth.

The fact is it was never necessary for us to go to someone else to talk to God for us. It is free. It is natural. It is delightful. It is as fresh as a breath of fresh air. It will tickle your entire field and spread joy throughout. You can check in at any time.

This service is where you have the perfect divine connection. When you access Source, confusion will melt as you feel the loving solace. It may sound a little powerful but it is far greater than that. It is the gift you have been waiting for. It is your Christed Self. It’s here in the chamber of your heart.

Some of you may remember the Earth was originally called “Heart” but the letters were changed to earth. Those who took the liberty of doing this didn’t even bother to give the Earth a capital “E”. Where is the respect? Let’s take back our power and add the respect.

Ground crew, we are now in the Golden Age. Henceforth, we will be unifying in love, respect, joy, abundance, peace, fun and celebration of all we have achieved. We are the entitled ones because we have brought Light to the Earth.

Those who are not of the light are being taken down. You can watch it and see where they falling. You can feel how awkward it is to try to comply with the old ways of the matrix. For many of us, it doesn’t work any more. It is over, dear ones. It is done.

The Chamber of the Heart

The chamber is warm and pretty.
It is full of love

As an illuminated city.

The illumination is brilliant.
It always takes on a new tone.
Every bit of divine intelligence
Lives there on its own.

It’s worth it to focus
On the chamber of your heart.

Greetings. I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council and I am also still working continuously with the Earth Council.

As Pleiadians, we are veterans with the Ascension Process. We work with many planetary systems as they go through their ascension. Beautiful Earth is at the most pivotal point right now. There has never been such a transformation like the one that is occurring. It is such a miraculous event. We are marveling at the power of the light.

You are an outstanding team of Starseeds and light beings from all of creation. We salute you for your amazing work. We know there are still opposing forces but they have a little to go on and lack power.

We Galactic’s are working hard. We are helping in areas of vast need where healing is required to the fullest. This is the end of the pain and suffering. It is a result of your great work with all of us coming together to make this happen.

The Earth’s heart is healing after enduring the pain and suffering, along with the disrespect of her body. She is such a divinely loved being and she is embracing her future.

We can’t even begin to tell you what a beautiful time you will have living in the Golden Age. It is here now. You simply have to take a few more steps. Remember to breathe. Remember the gratitude creation has for you. Soon we will all be having wonderful celebrations and reunions. Our hearts are already filled with joy waiting for this mystical, magical moment. The mystical chambers of our hearts are with you.

The other morning, April 2, I heard the following words: “Be quiet. You are going to have some big surprises.” I am sharing this with you because it’s an unusual message and I think it’s for all of us. It came at the appropriate time.

Please take excellent care of yourselves. Pay attention to everything that is going on around you. Pay attention to how you feel in certain situations, or with certain people. Many of the Ground Crew are depleted from working hard and giving too much to others.

Protect your light and your energy. They are the most valuable things we have. Some of us did not realize how much energy vampires were taking our energy. We are integral to the future of the Earth. Our gifts and our light are precious.

You are free to make new choices about where your energy goes. Pay attention and see how empowering it feels.

Dear Ground Crew:

Here’s the latest from Apollo: “These are special times, dear family of light. You are beginning to realize who you are and letting go of who you are not. You are a part of the grand scheme to shift the Earth forever. The energies that you are assisting in anchoring into the Earth are beautiful and powerful. They are changing the planet and all of life. It is remarkable what you accomplished since we spoke last month. You have been releasing fear from the old matrix programming. No longer does it resonate with you, nor does it feel like how you choose to live. When that choice is made, one can only go forward into the blazing light. This is exactly where you are positioned now. Ground crew, you have chosen the new. The old no longer works for you. You have paid the price and now only the best is coming to you. This is going to be a remarkable time of renewal, replenishment, rewards, and replacement of the old. Throughout history you have waited for this time to come. You only dreamed that you could pull yourselves out of such circumstances. Some of it was pretty, just like the beautiful earth. Much of it was laborious, yet you still reached for the stars. Now they are here and you are one of them.”

Isn’t it nice to be told you are progressing, ground crew? Some of you feel like this has been going on forever, like a boring, old, long running movie. You may feel like walking away, or pulling the plug on the camera. This applies to those who are awakened. How many iterations of current events do you have to witness in order for the movie to be over? There’s multiple tales that have been told and you get to question who’s telling the truth and who isn’t. It’s only your heart that reveals this and the rumination in your mind will only continue to make you feel crazy. It’s all part of the grand unfolding.

On top of the intense weather globally, earthquakes, winds, hurricanes, and other events that create fear, we have huge activity going on with the sun. On February 27, according to SA Smith, A Girl in the Universe, “We had a day of solar weather that was so active it was unbelievable . . . The Solar winds reached 850 KM/PS or even higher . . . There were G3 solar storms and the KP index range turn from 5 to 7 throughout the day . . . The aurora borealis of magenta and green came down into Pennsylvania in the United States.

Everything is open for flux energies to be high and possible coronal masses and more solar storms. She says this is powering us up for what is to come. It’s all part of Ascension.” The sun is “a bit off kilter,” per S.A. Smith, as of this writing on March 2.You can follow her on Facebook or on Telegram.

How does this affect us? How have you been feeling? Many of us are quite sensitive so it is possible to feel a combination of symptoms that some might even call ascension symptoms. Some of my lightworker friends, including yours truly, have been sleeping many hours more than usual. One friend told me he stayed in bed all day on the 27th. Yesterday another person said they were feeling like they were hammered on the 28th. DI felt like a space cadet and like I was walking around in a stupor. It was almost an intense drugged feeling. It’s challenging to do anything when you feel like that. You can get that dull, achy feeling in your head where you simply can’t even think. You could feel tired, itchy, have ringing in your ears, feel unmotivated, or nauseated. Strong cold winds, in the winter areas of the planet, are also contributing to some of these feelings.

Some suggestions on how to deal with this include: sleep, rest, drink lots of water, take a couple of capsules of lecithin. Although some of us don’t eat much corn, some people recommend popcorn, or food with corn in it. Listen to your body and it will tell you if it is craving something like that. It is probably not a good idea to do much driving, or doing anything, if you need to have your wits about you. Do what you can to stay grounded (like eating chocolate) and balanced by grounding to the Earth.

Drugged by the Light

I feel drugged by the light.
Will I sleep tonight?
When I awaken
Will I find my body shaking?
Drugged by the light.

The sun keeps on moving
With circles and flares
Of high vibration.
Some can feel it.
Others aren’t aware.

Being drugged by the light
Doesn’t make one feel all right.
The brain is fuzzy
And the body the body is tight.
Love the light!

The sun is working hard
And so are you.
Playing with the light
Is what you do
To get through

If you try to remember something
It might not be there.
You left it in the ethers
Or else it went somewhere?
Blame it on the light.

The light is blinding.
It’s powerful and strong.
It helps you remember
Where you belong.
Hold the light.

When you awaken
From this drug of choice,
The sun will have awakened you.
Your hearts will rejoice.
BE THE LIGHT.

Bring it on.
Bring us the Event.
Our hearts are open
And we are heaven bent.
You are the light.

The love and light
Is like a drug
That comes from Source
With a great big hug.
Drugged by the light.

Whatever your problems are;
They will melt away.
You can be forever happy
And live in the Golden Age.
Saved by the light.

From my observation, we could be getting much closer to the Solar Flash, also known as, the Event. On February 23rd, in my Zoom transmission with Mira, the first thing she started talking about was “New rules of Conduct.” I even saw it in writing. I believe she is preparing us for living in higher consciousness, the fifth dimension or higher. Although what she said is probably innate, it feels as if she was confirming where we are headed. When I do this work, I’m in another state of consciousness, so I do not remember much of what is said. We will see what she wants to tell us in her message today.

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council currently serving full-time on the Earth Council.

I greet you today with all the love in my heart and marvel at the wonderful work you are doing. Yes, everything is chaotic, what you like to call topsy-turvy. Much is being toppled and is dissolving in front of you. Those who have always needed to “See it to believe it,” are scratching their heads a bit because they are beginning to see it, integrate it and then believe it. For much has been hidden from you on your earthly journey.

Thanks to the light, to you, the ground crew, the illuminated ones, the galactic’s, the Earth and the sun, everything is becoming an open book. You are beginning to view the various realities from a galactic vantage point. When you parcel out what you know about other people and how they live their lives, they could feel foreign to you. Your consciousness may have transcended the consciousness of others around you. This could be shocking at first, for little did you know, you would be in a disparate reality while on the Earth.

You are fully in the great awakening. This awakening is different for everyone. Some are beginning to see that the way they have been living their lives is no longer working. It’s all catching up with everyone. Your story is being revealed to everyone, especially to yourself. So you can see the ascension process is one of self discovery. The external world reflects back the inner world. What has been going on inside of you?

In the flurry of these chaotic times it is important to stand back and take a breath. Look around you. See what’s going on with the sky. Face each day with the sun whenever you can. Look for the beauty and feel the energy in nature. Look at your ascending self and see the light and the beauty within. Feel the rapture in your heart as it is opening widely and becoming one with Source. This is the true source of happiness. It means you are no longer in fear. You have will have released the bondage from the old material world.

Low and behold, one day you will experience your new self, filled with light and living in a whole new reality. You will merge with the New Earth, the galactic’s and with what that entails. Your frequencies will prove to be a new source of communication that will magnetize to you others of similar consciousness. This is already occurring on the planet.

We in the Earth Council congratulate you for coming this long way to your ascension. We see you and the Earth flourishing and basking in love, the way you were in your original incarnation. This is true for the Earth. She is delighted with the ascension process and is ready to become her fully higher dimensional self. You are doing this in tandem with her. It is remarkable.

Again, the Earth has taken on splendorous light as the dark forces are being dissolved and removed. Even though change is rampant while the old material world falls away, there is love in the air. This accelerated love and light is a cushion for you as the change continues to grow. Rely upon these news energies and rest in the comfort of love coming from the Creator. We have it covered, ground crew. We are one.

The Earth

Recently some marvelous information about the Earth and nature has come to my attention. The first the first thing I would like to share is this 20 minute podcast talking about the tops of trees. It’s about how scientists have been studying what is going on in the tree tops of the Redwood trees. It is quite amazing.

As children, in my generation, we used to climb trees and hang out in the trees. We loved it and the trees must have loved it too.

I have mentioned FMBR, Foundation for Mind Being Research, in the past. It is an organization in Palo Alto, California, that I have belonged to for quite some time. It is comprised of scientists, researchers, physicians, spiritual people, etc. and some famous people, like Russell Targ, PH.d and Dr.s J.J. Hurtag and Desiree Hurtag. Russell Targ is a remote viewer who taught the CIA remote viewing. Dr. Hurtag and Desiree are the authors of the “Keys of Enoch.”

They have placed their talks on YouTube: FMBRTV I highly recommend watching Renée Baribeau, “The Winds of Spirit: How to call upon the Wind Deities for Personal Transformation.” There will be some other wonderful talks about topics like “Synesthesia: The New Frontier in Human Potential,” by Maureen Seaberg. There will be another discussion by a woman named Veda Austin, who has been studying the consciousness of water for the past eight years: “The Secret Intelligence of Water: Microscopic Evidence of Water Responding to Human Consciousness.” There are many interesting videos from FMBR are and I hope you will enjoy them.

I am loving how much more aware we are becoming of the Earth and what she is telling us. What is interesting, as I’m writing this time, is that the “E” in the word “Earth” is capitalized on my Mac. I don’t recall this before and I’ve always wondered why all of the other planets started with a capital letter and the Earth did not. She deserves the respect.

Little Esko

Many thanks to those of you who have prayed for a little Esko, my grand nephew, who at the age of two, had a branch from Redwood tree fall 200 feet. and smash the right side of his skull while sitting on a park bench in October 2021. It is a miracle the little guy survived. He had his surgery in January and he is doing well. He is so happy that his head is no longer “squishy.”

Please join me in send prayers to the family of Maureen O’Connell who passed away in February. Maureen was an original member of the ground crew when I started writing in 1996. She was a devoted spiritual being with deep connections to the masters. I’m sure she is in a beautiful place of love.

In Conclusion

These are exciting times. We are blessed to be here as we watch the conclusion for the ascension of the Earth.
