Dear Ground Crew:

Here’s the latest from Apollo: “I greet you today with a captivating spirit. The ground crew and the forces of light are lockstep and barrel standing together holding the Earth in the most profound light imaginable. We are the steady anchors connected with our ground crew, along with all forces of light, to shift the Earth into the fifth dimension. The Earth is ready and we are ready. Although we know more of the details that are going on right now, we honor what you know and what choices you are making for the light. The forces of light are standing together in unison to change the Earth and to bring it to freedom. The dark forces are being held accountable and are being removed rapidly. The people are taking their power back in massive awakenings. The saturation point is here, compelling humanity to make new choices and to come together in unity. The truth and the light are returning humanity to sovereignty. The lies will no longer be tolerated and humanity is ready to be free. We are with you en masse. Feel our strength, commitment and our love for this mission, for you and for the Earth. We are victorious!”

How are you doing, beloved ones? Can you feel the difference in the energies from this year to the same time last year? Can you see how much you have grown, come together and healed? Do you understand the greater wisdom that you now have compared to last year? Is it sensible to you that even though you are still living in the material world, that you are not in the third dimension any longer? You are much more in the fourth and fifth dimensions, which is an energy, and is certainly higher than the third dimension.

Have you noticed how quickly time has sped up? Have you needed more time for yourself? Here in America it is Winter and some of us are feeling like hibernating. The animals have it right. The plants, trees and flowers are dormant right now. They are holding the anchor for the spring time to come and bring forth new growth.

Imagine the growth of the season within you regardless of what your season of the year is where you live. Are you following the energies daily? What are you doing with nature? Are you observing the natural flow and following that flow? Are you aware when the weather seems off? What are we being told? Whatever the mainstream may be telling us may not be true. We are a part of nature and our hearts know the truth and sense it. It’s all too easy to be thrown off by external verbiage when we know otherwise.

Some ground crew report more ascension symptoms, like sleep issues, headaches, muscle aches and pains and increased sensitivity. The sun has been extremely active.The Schumann Resonance was down for ten days recently. Some ground crew report being aware of working at night in the dream state. They are getting downloads and are in special meetings involving important decisions. We are being looked after, loved and taken care of in unfathomable ways. It’s all because our Creator is in charge and loves everyone of us beyond measure.

This is truly the time when many are awakening and re-kindling their relationship with Source. This is so important. It is why we are here. We came back from the future to go home back into the heart of the Creator. We are the bravest of the brave and the most dedicated and committed ground crew ever created. We shall all be remembered in the halls of history for freeing the enslaved planet Earth. I hope you realize how important your presence here is, dear ones.

You were each specifically chosen to be on the planet at this time. Only a minuscule percentage of the souls who requested to participate in this project were chosen. It has taken bravery, perseverance, intelligence, patience, strength, love, courage, compassion, dedication, devotion, resilience, commitment, power and presence to achieve all that we have achieved.

We had to forget everything about who we were until now. We are beginning to remember our mastery. We are activating our gifts and our abilities. We are being activated into our avatar selves, angelic selves, and our galactic aspects. It’s kind of fun! We are turning around our opinions about ourselves that came from programming.

Many of us had to do an enormous amount of inner work to make it through the programming and to realize the truth. The old core wounds such as not being good enough, fear of abandonment, fear of not being lovable, fear of being alone, fear of not fitting in, etc. no longer apply. Even though they may come up as old thoughts, they are not true.The new you is what is true. Ask to remember who you are as a divine being. This is part of our awakening process.

Please remember what the master Djwal Khul recently told us in a transmission that I did, “The light can do anything!” The light is creation. It is powerful. You might want to remind yourself of these words when you are challenged. They will give you strength.

Greetings: I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council currently serving full-time on the Earth Council for the Earth’s ascension.

You may have begun to notice more disorder and chaos everywhere on the planet. This is not intended to alarm you, but to make you aware of the necessary shifts in consciousness that one must go through during ascension. In some ways it is like walking through a field and pulling weeds that don’t belong there. They are there for a reason so that you can pick and choose what feels right and what looks better. This is all about new creation and a whole new focus for the Earth.

You will begin to stop saying “We’ve always done it this way!” This is clearly a pivotal point when you realize that you are no longer in the third dimension. What was done in the past no longer applies. This becomes even more clear when you realize how the matrix is breaking down and things are no longer working the way they used to work.

There are many clues that you experience every day to show you how different things have become. You have been programmed to believe that the third dimensional material world would perpetuate into eternity. Humanity is beginning to realize what tey bought “as a program” is no longer applicable. There are many reasons for this. An example could be purchasing a brand new vehicle that has problems within the first few months of a warranty only to discover it is unfixable. New household appliances can be untrustworthy, yet no one takes responsibility. It’s almost like you are surviving in a vacuum that doesn’t work.

These are just a couple of examples about what is happening every day through shoddy workmanship, lack of responsibility and ownership. The inability to follow through and make things right, lack of integrity, greed, and perhaps even an exhausted labor force. Maybe humanity is tired of being enslaved and has reached the point of exhaustion and does not care about the work they have been doing?

From a galactic perspective, I will tell you that you will be doing your true and most important work as an expression of your soul’s energy. This does not mean that some of the work you have done in the material world has been worthless, but what it means is conditions on the planet will be changing. An increasing number of people will find ways to follow their hearts and do what they came to do instead of having to do things just to make money. The planet is moving into abundance mode and everyone will have everything they need. They will joyfully learn to express themselves and to create from the magic within. The playing field will be leveling off for everyone.

When peoples’ survival needs have been met, they can be creative and free to experience life in the precious world in which they live. In the Earth Council we can see how ready humanity is ready to live this new way. It appears that there is no more energy left for forcing people to do something that is not true for them. Imagine what it will be like when you will live in peace, harmony, joy, abundance, health, beauty, cooperation, caring, love, and respect for each other and for the Earth. You have a bright future ahead, ground crew. We shall meet and have a wondrous time.

His focus is on strength. DK is an expert on healing, initiations, and the Seven Rays. He is supportive and provides important information for our well-being at this time.

Mother Mary and Saint Germain, Thursday, February 8, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM Pacific Time. Mother Mary represents the divine feminine energy, which is where we need a lot of healing, for both men and women. It is so important to bring balance of the divine masculine and divine feminine. Saint Germain, is always with Mother Mary when I work with him. He usually tells us to wear more purple and lightens up our conversation. He is a masterful alchemist and is a founding father of the U.S. devoted to America.

In Conclusion

In conclusion, it appears the year 2024 is going to be full of surprises and life-changing events that will improve our lives. The truth and the light will prevail. The darkness will disappear. Humanity will come together in oneness and unity. Everyone will be where they are meant to be and will do what they are called to do. Much of humanity will need help from the ground crew. We will be working in tandem with the Light Alliance, which includes our galactic friends and family. Our lives will be easier and free from struggle.  We will enjoy health naturally. We will have new forms of transportation along with fantastic technology that is long overdue. You are heroes and heroines in the eyes of the Creator. You have accomplished what you came to accomplish and the rewards and celebrations are coming your way, dear ones.

A Call Into Action: Straight From The Heart

Dear Ground Crew:

Here’s the latest message from Apollo: “Thank you for your latest good work, ground crew. It has helped significantly to raise the consciousness of the planet. You are helping to fasten the grip on the darkness. There is still work to be done. You are now in the process of stepping into your light felt roles that will change the Earth forever. This is a serious choice point, dear beings of light. Most of you are aware, if not consciously, but at least subconsciously, the importance of you acknowledging your work as transducers of light. So much is still needed, yet it is only a breath away. Every time you pay attention to working with the light and feeling the light, you make huge waves in the shift of the ages. This is why you are here at this time. I recommend you make your focus the light. Close your eyes and welcome in the light and, if necessary, cry away the tears. Let your heart be filled with love and release the long-held fears. This will assist you in freeing yourself from the past darkness. Not only are you holding the light but you are becoming the light. The darkness has very little sway over you now. You recognize your power of the light. This makes you solid and steady. Please remember what I’m saying.”

How are you doing, ground crew? Some of us are feeling a myriad of emotions. This is part of ascension. One minute you might have the feelings of bliss and joy, something you had not felt for a long time. At other times, you might need to cry because you are sensitive to the energies around you. The numerous changes are baffling. Even looking into a crystal ball will not predict what will be happening next. This is how the energies are in higher consciousness. We are learning to simply be present with what is going on from each moment to the next.

 

 

How to Raise your Frequency?

The other day someone asked me the question, how do you raise your frequency? This was in the context of talking about energy healing and how, if your frequency is high enough, you won’t even get sick.

Everything is frequency. Nikola Tesla discovered that every disease has a frequency. Royal Rife, who created the Rife Machine, also realized that. He experimented at first with chickens and found what the frequency of the illness was, and then he created a device that would send them the healing frequency.

It is true there are ways to increase your frequency. It has to do with body, mind, heart, soul and spirit. Each one of these parts of you needs to be fed and nourished. It takes some discipline. Regular meditation is key. Listening to your body is important. Just because someone tells you that something is not good for your body, that may or may not be true. Your body might be different and want what they’re telling you not to eat, or vice versa. One method for this is to use your body as a pendulum. You hold up the food or the supplement, medicine, etc. to your heart, close your eyes and say three times “My body needs this. My body needs this. My body needs this.” If it moves forward it wants it, if it moves backward, it does not want it. Listening to your body is super important. It can take some practice to get a stronger response from your body. The body talks.

Sometimes we let our taste buds rule what we put into our body but we have to remember that our taste buds don’t have a brain. They satisfy needs for certain things that we want but they may not be the smartest things to eat. Drinking lots of good water is important. Water carries consciousness. Consciousness drives frequency. The book “Power Versus Force” by Dr. David Hawkins, is an excellent book that discusses frequency. He calibrated frequency for many different people, religions, places to live, etc.

The Earth is now going through a shift in consciousness and many people are starting to discover they no longer want to eat the things they ate before, or drink what they used to drink. Perhaps they don’t get the exhilaration from that previous food or liquid that used to make them feel good? The body is changing from carbon based to silica based. The bodies are going to be lighter and the food that we will be consuming is going to also be much lighter.

The light is coming from the Great Central Sun and the Galactic Core and it is infusing the body with higher consciousness. By paying attention to what your body is feeling whether it needs rest, water, nature or whatever, you can also raise your consciousness. The body has intelligence and that is what you tap into when you ask it if it needs a certain substance.

Tapping in and thinking how you want to feel is a prerequisite for raising the frequency. The frequency is affected by the thoughts you think, the people you are around, and the distractions. The Earth is filled with lots of distractions, and loud noises, that keep people from listening within. Spending some alone time in contemplation brings harmony and that will also raise your frequency.

Earthing, standing barefooted on the Earth, raises your frequency. The bodies are electrical and magnetic. By standing on the Earth you receive that electrical input. Sunbathing is a way of being fed by the sun. We have been told many untruths about the sun. We have been taught to fear the sun. Therefore, we smothered our bodies with chemicals that actually created what we were taught to fear. Most of you are probably aware of this?

Here’s a meme that displays how you raise your vibration or lower your vibration.

The New Earth energies/5 D energies require a re-focus. This is freeing energy and positive energy. In our Ground Crew in Action Group, which meets every two weeks on Zoom, we receive light activations from Lumina. In these activations we receive high frequency messages, visions, guidance, and we are pointed at these new energies of focus. She is guiding us and showing us how her luminescence is helping to create higher 5th dimensional ways of living. We are starting to get more of a sense of what it will feel like, and look like, in the New Earth energies that we are co-creating. It is a fun group of people who are becoming more cohesive and are enjoying each other’s energy. They have a lot to share with what they are receiving about the New Earth and are helping bring each other into greater awareness.

One of the things I’ve noticed since the focus on higher consciousness, is that life becomes easier. The more that one removes them selves from the material world, while still functioning in it, there is harmony, bliss, joy, light, truth, clarity, love, easier manifestation, new connections and divine guidance. The benefits continue so that fear does not have to control your life. This is most important and why we still get to continue releasing the strong hold that fear has had upon us.

Is a whole different dimension.

A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council Through Valerie Donner May 1, 2023

Greetings: I am Mira from the Pleiadian high Council still serving full-time on the Earth Council. We appreciate your hard work and we admire you for the excellent jobs that you are doing.

Many new projects are already spearheaded, as if you already were/are in the 5th dimension and higher. Your roles are about to change as you step forward into who you really are and what you came to do. You came back from the future to change this now moment on the Earth because you did not like what happened to the Earth. I am sure you can see that there is a reason why you did this because look at what has happened to the Earth.

Therefore, now your work is in full play. You need to step forward and emerge more with your future self. You need to call back your gifts and your abilities, to remember who you are. We are excited that you are doing this. We see your beauty, your truth, your strength, your love, and your power. We know so much about you and believe that you are successful in this huge project called the Ascension of the Earth.

Please remember that you are not just creating a New Earth but you are also involved in co-creating a whole new universe. Little do you remember every aspect of your mission, but as you step forward to do more it will reveal itself. You will begin to see what great masters, avatars, and powerful beings of light that you are. So believe in yourselves, ground crew. We are getting prepared to celebrate you and all of your good work.

We are working along side with you. We have all upped our capabilities and technology to further this process. The Earth is speaking to us and as we observe her. We see the challenges that she is facing. What we are doing together is of the utmost importance. I would even use the word “urgent” because everything is so out of balance and chaotic right now. It’s almost as if these projects need to be accomplished simultaneously. Yet we need to follow the power within these necessities and feel it present. Please know that everything is being done and will be accomplished at the right divine time.

This principle also applies to you in your lives. Follow the most pressing issues that you have and learn to clear and heal them. This will free you up to receive the higher frequencies, love and abundance that you so deserve. There is no one right way to do this, however, we do encourage you to shift your focus. The time is now. The rewards will be many. The celebrations will continue. And your hearts will be open and full of happiness and joy for all that has been accomplished.

Look to the stars, dear ones, for they have much to tell you. There is a story behind it all and you will remember. You will find with clarity and the truth why you are where you are right now on the planet. You will start receiving more signals from us and all of the galactic’s. So be open looking to the skies and waiting for what we will be showing you.

Truth is the truth and the light is the light. The light carries the frequencies and the consciousness together that will lead you home.

Zoom Transmissions are Starting next Week, May 11

The Master Kuthumi, who was St. Francis of Assisi, works with the Earth, the animals, nature spirits, fairies, etc. In this transmission I bring in his energy and he gives us messages. Some people bring their animals. He gives us good, inspiring messages and energies that are healing for humans, the Earth and the animals. Mira, from the Pleiadian high Council, shares her powerful and amazing energies with us on Thursday, May 25, from 5:00 to 6:30PM Pacific time. She usually invites us to come visit her in our etheric bodies on her ship. Last month she took us into a music room on her ship. It was interesting because everyone felt frequencies, yet we didn’t really hear the music associated with the frequencies. Some people saw colors and lights that look like you could use to turn on the music. Anyway it was different and we all felt great afterwards..

Going through this Ascension process can bring up a lot of issues, especially from the past. It’s important to clear these issues because we cannot take them with us in the higher consciousness. In the 5th dimension, we’re not going to be living in fear and separation.

In Conclusion

All of the light work we have been doing for these many years is paying off. Many star seeds and lightworkers have risen in consciousness and are living in the fifth dimension and higher.

Some of these signs are: seeing more beauty, higher frequencies, improved health, changed appetites, greater creativity, more harmony and a different flow of energies. Time has sped up and that also means that we are moving into simply being in the presence. There is also increased transparency so it is possible to see more clearly through things that are going on.

The Earth is changing and many people are awakening and asking questions they never asked before. Let’s play around with it ground crew and bring the light and the love wherever we are. Talk to people, compliment them, come back together in the oneness and bring joy. We are creating our new world and the time is now.

A Call Into Action: Straight From The Heart

Dear Ground Crew:

Here is the latest from Apollo: “This is what I want to say to you today. You are privileged to be on the Earth at this time. I think you know that because this is a huge grand shift of monumental proportions. You came to be on the planet right now. We want you to know that all is well from our perspective. We are at the initial phase of gathering some of you together to assist with envisioning and co-creating the New Earth. Some of you may be in shock at the “Call into Action” that was originated from the Galactic’s and called forth by Lumina. Others were ignited right away. Regardless of what you are doing now, it is important you listen to the call in your heart. Ask how you can participate in raising the consciousness of the planet to bring in more light and co-create the New Earth. Right now this is a formless form of capable beings who are being called together to make this possible. You’ve been prepared for this before you incarnated. We know you will accomplish and achieve all that you designed for your project. Please heed my words. Back them up with some action. Start somewhere. Get creative. We are with you! Thank you!”

In case some of you did not read the last message from March 17, 2023 it was entitled “A Call into Action.” Some of you were able to make the call so the process has been started. Lumina did a powerful light activation for the group. Some people said it gave them a boost of energy to do more of their work. It was profound. An email group was started along with a Signal group.

These are the questions to ask yourself:

  • What would the New Earth look like?
  • What will the New Earth feel like?
  • Where would you like to place your energies and your heart’s calling?
  • Who would you like to work with and what causes do you want to put your energy into?
  • What you do you feel the priorities should be as we step in the higher consciousness?
  • Do you have a certain role that you feel you’ll be playing in the ascension process for the New Earth?
  • What are your passions for how to choose to live in new higher consciousness?
  • What are your gifts and what is your expertise? This could be something like entertainment, music, art, technology, education, research, science, medicine, working with children or animals, or library sciences and administration.

Lumina is a powerful leader of the New Earth. In this activation she lit the switch to ignite the fire on the Earth. It is all going to be new and the old world will disappear. It is already happening. The portals and floodgates of love that only heaven can design are now open. The New Earth will be a place where all will want to visit. The colors will be vivid with lots of new hues. There will be rainbows everywhere with sparkly sunlight that will fill the air. You will breathe every breath of clean and pure energy light. You will see it in everything.

How are you doing, ground crew? It’s a bit challenging to describe the current state of affairs on the Earth. Some of the feelings are anxiety, fear and uncertainty, especially when it comes to finances, grief of loss of friends, families and pets, excitement regarding the new, abundance for everyone, the end of darkness, heaven on earth, agelessness, healing, truth, creativity, action, awareness, retribution, the release of stagnation, cleansing, awakening and revelation. After all, we are now in the Age of Aquarius as of the Spring Equinox on March 20.

This reminds me of the song by the 5th Dimension “The Age of Aquarius” from the stage play, “Hair.” Here it is: “The 5th Dimenison-Aquarius & Let The Sun Shine In” (2000) YouTube. Music and song can express so much of what we are feeling. Back in the 1970’s when the play “Hair” began, there was a feeling of excitement. It feels like that excitement is with us now. We have over come so much since that time. We have grown and many have awakened spiritually. We have become more aware. Most importantly, the light is here.

It feels strange to try to plan anything, or anticipate how we will go about making the transition from the third dimension to the fifth and higher. Please remember these are quantum times with quantum energies. We will have a new quantum financial system that will incorporate legitimate finances based on truth and precious metals. Everyone will have what they need. So we are in transitional times. The old control mechanisms are disappearing rapidly. The way things worked in the past will no longer work in the new system. As a result, we will have to make way with the new and help each other as we go.

A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian high Council Through Valerie Donner March 31, 2023

Greetings: I am Mira. I am from the Pleiadian high Council, however, I work full-time with the Earth Council for the ascension of the planet.

Ascension is the focal point on the Earth right now. There’s nothing more important and it is moving swiftly in this process. This is a transitional time for the planet. It is not time to follow the anxious path but to follow the path of light. Some of you may be having recurring dreams, or new dreams, about what you will be doing and are learning about yourself. Some of you may be very tired and need a lot more sleep. Quite a few of you are being affected by all of the solar activity, which is necessary for the activation of the wave of love, also known as the Solar Flash.

Please be assured that all is in good hands, that the Creator is with you, along with the most adept and experienced designers of light and creation. You have nothing to worry about. There are some who do not believe in The Event but they will experience it regardless. The best thing to do now is to allow your body what it needs if you experience some of the energies from the solar activity. This has sped up rapidly in the last few months.

You have a few more hurdles to go through as you make your way fully into the fifth dimension and higher. Your bodies are still adjusting and adapting to these energies. You may have new preferences for food, what you want to wear, who you want to be with, and what you are doing. Please pay attention to what you are doing and with whom you are spending time. See how it feels to be with some of these people. Do you feel uplifted and inspired, or drained? Your energy is valuable and important. It needs to be directed in the correct places. You also need to keep your frequency high and not let others lower it by their behavior or frequency. This can be challenging.

Make room in your life for all that uplifts and inspires you, and for what brings you joy and happiness. Create this in a context of beauty and sweetness. Allow magic and miracles to flow in abundance for everything that you need. Pay attention to everything that is going on around you. Listen to your body’s senses and what it is telling you under every circumstance in which you find yourself. What feels right and what doesn’t? This is all a part of the great awakening.

There is a deepening going on within humanity that touches the heart and soul in a profound way. With this deepening you will only do that which resonates with your heart. Therefore, you will be making new choices and changes that are in alignment with these feelings. The depth takes you to the truth, and, of course, the truth will set you free.

It was set up to be this way so that humanity could find its way out of the darkness. For too many incarnations on the Earth, humanity has had to muddle through life based on lies and deception. The light has touched the hearts of humanity so that this old overshadowing will no longer be able to exist. This is part of Ascension, I am happy to say.

Before you came to the Earth you made a promise to the Creator that you would see these times through. You said that you would provide your light, your love and your energy to assist in raising the consciousness of the Earth and all of life. You were chosen specifically for this time and you have done well, very well.

Thank you! We are grateful to you for all that you’ve done being the best of the very best of ascension teams. You are the chosen ones and you are deeply loved and appreciated throughout all of creation.

What to do Now?

You have been told many things in this message today. Please take it to heart. Feel it come alive. Work with it so that you can prioritize this in your life. Think of yourself as walking in the footsteps of the Christ and one living the life of unconditional love and truth. Incorporate this energy into wherever you go and whatever you do. You are the great ascenders! You are here to dance and celebrate the Aquarian Age.

Straight from the Heart

Dear Ground Crew:

Here is the latest from Apollo: “Greetings, I am Apollo. I’m here to check in on you and to check in with you, for much is occurring now on the Earth. Many changes are happening in your lives. We honor you and support you with all of these changes. Right now you are encapsulated with the energies of higher consciousness. This has many people curious about why they are feeling so differently, and why things are not working the way they used to work. This is because everything is changing and higher consciousness means that you know there is something much higher and better for you, a new way of living. We uphold you and your desires for the transformation of the planet and yourselves. We surround your skies. We envelop your hearts with our love and energy, which brings all of us closer to the Creator.  This closeness is what you will need in your new future. After all, ascension is about going back into the heart of the Creator. There is an orchestration of events that will bring you to your desired destination. You are in the process of co-creating the New World. You will be pleased with the results because they are magnificent. Trust this in Divine hands.”

How are all of you doing? Can you feel the acceleration of the light? Do you understand how important it is to be able to go within to trust your heart and what you know is truth? Have you experienced the need to consciously be peaceful and grounded in the presence of others who are not? Are you doing loving, nurturing and caring things for yourself to bring joy and happiness? Is the need for creativity calling out to you? Please realize these are symptoms of ascension. They are combined with physical issues, emotions and thoughts. We must rearrange ourselves because the light is illuminating us at every level. This necessitates we let go of the past and realize our bodies have been holding past life pain. While this is occurring, we are dealing with this crazy imploding 3-D planet. 

January has been a month where we have needed to nurture ourselves. We have tried to find ways to create pleasant, peaceful ways of living. Due to the intense ascension energies many have required more rest. Even the animals are feeling it. We are learning to trust too who we are and to listen to our bodies like never before. We are becoming more aware. Some of us are feeling joy and bliss as we move into higher consciousness. This is the feeling of living in the 5th dimension and higher. You feel a lot of love inside and you radiate that love wherever you go. Other people pick up on your energy and might look at you and smile back at you. You could find yourselves talking to other people, dogs, cats, and kids. It’s about whatever comes your way where you can make a loving connection and find the God within and all around you.

While this is occurring we are having interesting occurrences. The other day I was driving on the freeway and I saw something unusual. It was a golden striped zebra in a roadside pasture. It was beautiful with black and golden stripes. I read an article that said  only 5% of zebras in Uganda don’t have black and white stripes. The golden one was rare and it was beautiful. As we continue on our Ascension journeys some of us will begin to see more golden animals. Won’t that be a treat! It’s how animals appear in heaven on earth.

Speaking of animals, have any of your animals been acting up lately from the energies? My cat was restless yesterday and not handling the energies very well. We need to pay attention to these signs to see what is up with the Earth, sun, or something else. We simply need to pay attention, especially when the animals are acting differently than usual. Check with your friends, and check with your animals, to see what they have to tell you.

In my desire to reside in higher consciousness with peaceful, loving feelings, I like to listen to 432 Hz music on YouTube and I also like to play music for my cat and pet her, especially at night before bed. She even likes to listen to famous singer, songwriter, poet,  Leonard Cohen, because I like him (Particularly, since he is a poet.). In his song called “Anthem”, part of the lyrics in this song are like this: “ . . . There’s a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in . . .” 

These lyrics grabbed me because so many cracks are opening now and the light is getting in more than ever. Have you felt it?  The sun is actively preparing for the solar flash, also known as the love wave. There is a crack in everything, and while the third dimension is imploding upon itself, we are being flooded with light.

Look around and feel each human being.
Life hasn’t been all that it’s been cracked up to be,
Especially, these last few years numbering three.

Let the light come in
And penetrate the openings.
It’s all falling apart
Because that is what Spirit brings.

It’s like a jigsaw puzzle
That never got completed.
The Earth was consumed
And humanity felt defeated.

The cracks are appearing everywhere.
Let the golden light clear the air.
Wherever there is an opening.
The light can fill the despair.

Human hearts are cracking open.
It’s time for the light to heal the broken.

We now get to heal everyone.

I am grateful for Leonard Cohen’s inspiration. Even though he is no longer here, he continues bringing healing to many hearts and souls.

After she reached 4 million subscribers on YouTube, she sent the question out to her followers asking them what would they like to tell 4 million people. She received thousands of responses and she shared some in this video that is 53 minutes long. It has responses from beautiful people around the world. A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council January 30, 2023 through Valerie Donner

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian high Council. I speak to you today with reverence and all the love in my heart. I am here to encourage you, and the Earth Council is here to inspire you. We have the best team ever comprised in any ascension process on any planet.

This is because of you, ground crew. You are the best of the best. You are doing an excellent job! Things are starting to get a little jagged and rocky. We are all working overtime to maintain balance and harmony. We recommend you do the same. Keep yourselves in balance and harmony. Restrain from getting caught up in the frenzy of the masses who do not know what is going on. They are looking for love and relief wherever they can find it. Many are opening up and having awakenings. With their discordant behavior they are sometimes awakening to new truths. They are also exhausted from what it takes to maintain life on earth and survive. Many simply want to escape.

We want you to know that the Creator is in charge. This divine plan is bringing out new truths that the dark forces cannot stop. It is part of the great awakening and the homecoming back to Source. Pretty soon you will discover that your main stream news will not have the impact it has in the past because they have been dishonest. A large part of humanity no longer trust their governments, or the media. This is a positive step in the right direction.

We can share with you that you are a part of a brilliant masterful plan for the freedom of the Earth. It is like the ending to a movie that has unexpected events bringing humanity together. This is part of Ascension. It is the rising awareness of perfection, magic and miracles that come from the quantum energies of creation. This plan is toppling the dark ones by increasing their demise. There is simply no more room for them, and there never will be, back on this planet.

We ask you to please assist and help each other as necessary. You are no longer living in the wrong interpretation of the Darwin theory of survival of the fittest. The actual theory is about cooperation and helping each other, not just looking out for one’s self. We’ve already told you that those who are Service to Self will no longer be on the Earth.

You will begin to see more departures from the earth. This is important to remove the dark ones and also to honor peoples’ decisions that they have made with the Creator. We know that many of you have had losses of loved ones. Please be assured they are being given what they need on the other side. Some are truly angry their lives were shortened. They wanted to do other things and to experience more, but it was not their future. They’ve also been signposts to awaken others and many people are starting to realize this fact.

Please stand united ground crew. The best is yet to come!

Other Information

Galactic Connections

 

Some of us are experiencing more connection with the galactic’s. They are present. We get connections through our dreams and telepathically. Some of us get visitations where we hear them, or feel them around us. We are accessing a deeper presence of ourselves, who we are and what we will be doing in the future. This is part of the awakening. We see them in the skies. 

You can ask the galactic’s telepathically to show themselves in the daytime or at night. Wherever I see ships, like at Mount Shasta, I will ask them to “Strobe me baby!” Then I will start seeing blues, reds, and green flashes of light. It’s fun! I’ve also asked them to “Go dark!” and I’ve seen them turn their lights off. You can talk to them telepathically. You can meditate and ask them to come and talk to you. Ask them for a name, or ask them for help. Ask for guidance about how you can be more connected to them. They are waiting for us. Sometimes we see flashes of light for confirmation when we say something, or we hear ringing in the ears when a ship is around. Become more galactic because that’s who you are!

 

 

Little Esko

 

Esko, my darling grandnephew who is now four, is having surgery today to replace his skullcap. In October 2021 he was sitting on a park bench in Northern California when a branch from Redwood tree fell 200 hundred feet and crushed the right side of his skull. Starting with his mom and her friend, who are both nurses, they rushed him to the closest hospital and he was airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Oakland California. With all the prayers, love and miracles, the little guy survived and I’m sure he will through his surgery today. I ask you for your continued prayers for Matt and Monica, his parents, and our family, as he goes through his healing. He is improving with his development because the injury put him back about a year. We have so much to be grateful for and thank you, ground crew, for your support and love.
