Here’s the latest from Apollo

“Greetings, I am Apollo. I greet you today with love and the flourishing radiance from the light. The light is within you, around you, in your thoughts, words, and everywhere you put your attention. We give you the authority today to accelerate the use of your light. It approximates a balloon that keeps elevating the Earth and all of life upon the Earth that can receive it.

You are now living in a highly advanced spiritually mechanized way of being. You have been gifted light from all of creation and most particularly from the Creator. The Creator wants to inspire you to co-create more. It is powered by love that is needed urgently.

When you survey the planet right now you can feel the discordance and the separation. This is not the Creator’s intention for the Earth. Your Creator’s intention is Unity. The foundation of Unity is love, not hatred or negativity.

You, Ground Crew, were picked specifically to spread your light and to help elevate the Ascension Process for the Earth. You know this is occurring now. Your bodies are feeling the effect of the light that is coming to you and all that is occurring with the Earth right now.

You are changing radically. You are a sight to behold. You are becoming golden, crystalline, and gaining higher consciousness. Your frequencies are rising and you are taking others and the planet with you in the process. You are high-level beings like Avatar’s, Masters, Angels and Archangels. You are the most talented and powerful beings of creation. You are beginning to realize this as you walk in to greater understanding of who you are. This is exciting as you step into what your true work is and as you learn your valuable presence on the Earth. You are making a huge difference for this new creation and new way of living.

I am Apollo and I am part of your guidance team. It is my honor to be with you now. Let us be at our best and hold the highest standards for a New Earth!”

This is Valerie. I’m pleased to connect with you again straight from my heart. There is turmoil on the planet that we have all been feeling. Hopefully, we are rising above it and creating our own new worlds. The old world feels uncomfortable and sometimes even unsafe. We have to determine that we are always looked after and cared for. We cannot be in fear.

It is best to stay out of the fray. Keeping to ourselves and in our own world with people we love, our animals, family with whom we are in resonance, doing fun things that make us happy and bring us joy and pleasure are important. Some of you may be feeling that we no longer have to participate in the struggles from the third dimension. Some of you are already feeling this is over, or just about complete.

Have you noticed how much more nature and the animals are connecting with us? Last month I mentioned the volunteer fig tree behind my bedroom window. Some beautiful mourning doves laid some eggs and had two babies in the nest. Here’s a couple of pictures.

We are not seeing chemtrails in my area anymore. The skies are blue. I don’t miss the the chemtrails. They were over my house daily for many years. I heard that the pilots of the planes that were spraying humanity and the Earth with those chemicals, have been apprehended.

I am seeing more galactic activity. The other day there was a grass fire close to where I live. I was driving home and I saw this ship in the picture below. I saw it in various stages and I believe it went to where the fire was and helped put the fire out. They are helping us in a myriad of ways. Look around where you live and look up in the sky. Miracles are happening. Here’s the picture I took:

The other morning I was looking at the luminescence on the trees and drops of water from watering plants in the backyard. I looked up and I saw an amazing luminescence coming from a tree (probably a palm tree ) further away from my backyard. I wrote the following poem about it:

Diamond Lights

Diamond lights glittering from the top of the tree.

It’s spectacular for you and me.

If you look way up there it’s a bright event.

It makes me wonder where is it coming from and if it’s for rent?

The light is bright and all over the place.

I am happy it’s illuminating sparkles on my face.

The light is alive for the truth to be told.

It will show you something to behold.

The light is bright shining from the top of a tree.

The Creator is showing love for all to see.

What’s the message from the light?

We surely need to know to make things right.

The light is there, just take a look.

This is history in the making so put it in a book.

Yes, we are living quite an adventure as we proceed through this ascension process. It is challenging and frustrating. Every day information comes and it is akin to sorting through the garbage. We learn more about people who have been teachers in the New Age movement who have been compromised. Supposedly, they are “truthers” but some are liars. We experience this in every aspect of life. It’s in politics, education, local governments, history, finance, the legal system, the educational system, business, our food, healthcare system, big Pharma, the clothes we wear, and every single industry. What’s the light going to do other than create a whole new world? That’s what we’re doing now. We are discovering the truth, dealing with it, and then shifting it.

We still have to sort through what is real and what is fake, even with those who supposedly are experts and are here to help us. We get to remember time and time again that this is like being in a movie. This is a simulation.

Some people spend much of their time trying to figure out when things are going to happen. It doesn’t work because things are always changing upstairs. Conditions are changing here. However, as consciousness rises, hearts open, love comes from the quantum and touches all of life. We rise above it. We have the power to change it and that is exactly what we’re doing.

Won’t it be nice when we don’t have to spend our precious energy determining whether something is true or not? We will just know. People will be coming from their hearts and we will have such a heavenly existence. We won’t need regular job jobs, and we certainly will not have to worry about money much longer. We will be able to manifest instantly and to create with our thoughts. We will be able to use our spiritual gifts and abilities that we had to forget about for a long time. It’s going to be wonderful, Ground Crew. Please stay patient a little bit longer. It will be worth it.

A Message from Mira Through Valerie Donner July 28, 2026

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council and the Earth Council. I greet you today with an open and loving heart. I am joyous that we will be coming in much closer contact with you before you know it. The plans are all on the way.

We are very busy. We have many meetings with the Earth Council. We also are entrenched with the Ascension Process with the Earth. We keep an eye on humanity and the Earth. So much is shifting right now with the Earth and forms of measurement.

The astrology is profound. (We are referring to the Schumann Resonance, Earth changes like earthquakes, and volcanoes, weather reports, etc.)

We see the changing emotions from humanity. Some are up and down, and all around. This means you must take your power back. Keep yourself grounded, centered and balanced. And do your meditations. Keep a good diet and get as much rest as you can even it is not convenient sometimes for you to take a nap. Naps might be necessary. Perhaps you might be getting called into a meeting with us or another galactic group. We are mapping out the future and what roles some of you will be having.

I can tell you right now that humanity is at a time of great need. They don’t completely know who to trust and many of them are programmed by a system that is going to be gone in the near future. This is where our Ground Crew have to do due diligence with whatever you are involving yourself. It is not the way it used to be and you cannot take things for granted. You must look around you and prepare. Many things are just not right. You will know this when you have a hard time trying to put your energy into something. You know it’s probably not right.

We recommend that you go into meditation, ask your Higher Self, use your Divine tools like pendulums, or muscle checking, whatever works for you. Check with your astrology because a lot is happening now astrologically. Check with friends or other experts about various topics, or research on the Internet until you feel you feel the veracity. This is most important. And then if you make a mistake, forgive yourself immediately and make a new choice.

We are beginning to assist you more in your daily lives. We are your friends and you are our friends. We will be getting to know each other far better in the coming days. Stay positive and optimistic about your future because it is incredible. Be sure to call upon us for assistance. Send your prayers where you are called.

Dear Ground Crew:

Here’s the latest from Apollo: “I greet you today with all of the love in my heart. There is great need for love on the planet right now because there’s so much of the opposite. I would like to take an eraser and erase everything that is not love. With the eraser we could clean up the Earth in nothing flat. The rest would be up to us, you and me.

You might be wondering what is going to come from all of this pandemonium. Yes, this is something many are wondering. You are concerned about things you cannot control. The most important part is that you can now move into your true self and be the best expression of your co-creation with Source.

This actually is simple, yet you make it so complex. It is the external obstacles that have been put in your way of being your true self. This external interference was from the threat of your light for this entire ascension process. See how powerful you are and how free you want to be! See how much you want the planet to be free!

We know some of you are at the end of your ropes. Please take those ropes, make them golden, and fill yourself with the golden sparkly light of the Creator. Allow yourself to be enveloped in this love and the New Earth. The ropes are leading you to your celestial home. This is the conversion of the old Earth into the Heaven on Earth. Feel it! The Stage is set for your happiness and joy! It is happening now.

Stand true in the strength of your I AM presence and shine, dear Ground Crew. We are with you and we are one.”

It’s Valerie here back with you, Ground Crew, I have needed time to heal and so here I am with a new version of myself.

Thanks to all of you who sent regards after my last message. It was part of my healing and it is always wonderful to receive appreciation.You are truly an amazing family. We are the light and the ones who are making the ascension happen. Thank you!

How are you feeling with these energies? What are you doing to stay as comfortable as you can as we move upwardly? I think we need to set our intentions for protection, awareness, angels, safety, and sanity when we leave our residences. Where I live, and I hear it from others, drivers have lost their minds and they should lose their driver’s license. There’s no place to drive the way they drive. I don’t know if you’ve seen it or not, but some of these people will make a left-hand turn from a right hand lane that is four lanes over! How do you like that behavior? Even a honking horn doesn’t work!

All I can reckon with myself is they are NPCs (non-participating characters, like from a video game). How do we defend ourselves from the 80% of the populace who fall in this category? How do we acknowledge those who are the 20%? How do you tell the difference? There’s heart energy coming from the 20%. They are kind and aware most of the time. They have light in their eyes (With the others’ eyes there’s nobody home.) You may feel a connection with them. Follow your heart and acknowledge the ones who might be a server in a restaurant, or wherever you go. They are there to help and they appreciate it when you acknowledge them.

I have been drinking herbal teas from my garden. Lemon Verbena and Motherwort leaves make a beautiful healing tea, especially for the central nervous system. I am so grateful to the plants and nature. The sun has been helping a lot too.

Something unusual has been happening. When I close my eyes sometimes I realize I am one with a plant. Today I felt like I am part of this plant that has purple flowers. I saw it this morning and felt it, and then I saw other plants and flowers. I am one with Tessie, my fig tree right behind my bedroom. I give her a hug every morning. She has three baby trees and is looking after them beautifully.

What Would You Be?

If you could be a plant or a tree,
What would you be?

Would you be a daisy or a daffodil sitting
on a hill?

Would you be an herb, or some spinach,
Or perhaps something that tastes like dill?

Would be you be a giant Redwood with deep roots in the ground,
Standing sky high looking around?

Would you be a Rose bush growing on a fence,
Or some bamboo growing really dense?

Would you be some ivy spreading wherever you like?
Or would you be some pompous grass looking very nice?

How about being a tomato waiting for bread and bacon?
There’s nothing about nature that is fakin.’

Just think we can be a tree
And not have to climb up to be in our sovereignty.

We can have the strength of an onion strong in its essence,
With garlic waiting to strengthen its presence.

Any part of the tree will be fine with me.
I will love the Earth until eternity.

In addition to writing poems and drinking tea, the little puppy Goldie keeps me very busy. I was gifted with a concert ticket to see Mateo Bocelli on June 20, at a winery in Silicon Valley. Here is a little clip from one of his songs.

A Message from Mira Through Valerie Donner June 25, 2026

Greetings. I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. And also the Earth Council.

Like Apollo, I greet you today with all of the love in my heart. The Earth is like one of my children. We have been nurturing you and assisting you for a long time. We are supporting you in this ascension process. We know your ups and downs, your rights and your wrongs, and every thought you have about these times of miraculous healing and rising in consciousness.

Every act of kindness is noticed. Every time you reach your hands and your heart out to someone, it’s noticed. It is as if you are installing the new programs for living in Heaven on Earth. This indeed is what you are doing. You are clearing the old negative programs from how you have been forced to live in the past. These programs no longer apply and you are free to live from your hearts and have miraculous days every day.

Yes, you are being freed, dear ones. Although it may feel like everything is at stake right now, please understand it is done. It is over. There is no room for fear anymore. Fear doesn’t exist in the 5th dimension and higher. Please release whatever residuals that come up for you. Remember it’s just a test. It’s only a test on your road to happiness.

Please realize whatever negative thoughts or experiences you have had, or are having, are just coming up for clearing for you to create a new world. This new world is here right now. Some of you may be feeling it constantly, and some of you may feel it coming in and out, but this is how ascension goes. It’s different for everyone, but similar in many ways.

Everything is moving very quickly right now. Time is not going according to the old mechanized clock, even though you still have to make appointments, etc. Your whole sense of reality is changing. Even your food preferences, what you eat what you drink, are changing.

Soon we will meet, along with many other Galactic friends. We will get to know each other. We have been around a long time. We will need you to be ready to help those who don’t know about us, to be ambassador’s and teachers of the truth. Please have compassion for the rest of humanity because they are going to be shocked by what they find out. The Ground Crew are helping as a bridge of light. You will know what to do.

In Conclusion

In my recent healing experience, I became aware of how incredibly challenging it has been to do our Light work, when the dark did everything they could to impede it.

Healers sometimes need healers and I recently went to a new healer. He did a fantastic job of removing the impediments that made my work so much harder. I cried when I realized this, beloveds. We Ground Crew have true grit.

We need to continue to stand strong together to be in the energy of magic and miracles. A lot of changes will be happening quickly over the next couple of months. Remember, we’ve got it!

Dear Ground Crew:

I usually open my newsletter with Apollo, however, he will talk to us next time. This will be a shorter message than usual because I need to use my energy for healing. I have some respiratory issues prompted by having to fly back-and-forth from the West Coast to East Coast of the U.S. It is challenging being a sensitive. I think some of you know what I’m talking about.

Some people are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. They are having challenges with relationships, jobs, friends, neighbors, and all kinds of crazy things. We are in tumultuous times and everything from the material world is crazy and falling apart.

How are people driving where you live? They have set new rules for themselves here and we have to be very careful. If they try to take the drivers test I don’t think they would pass.

The weather is unusual everywhere. This is a crazy place to be right now on our beloved Mother Earth. In the San Francisco Bay Area we have had constant wind for months now and this has exacerbated peoples’ allergies. It’s not as friendly to be outside if you are a sensitive. I think these weather changes are typical for the entire planet.

How are you? Some are feeling great and others not so well. We are in the ups and downs of the end of this movie.The simulation is almost over.

In some ways these are the best of times and the worst of times. We are at the end of the movie. The last lap on a long run can take the wind out of you. It takes a big push to make it to the finish line. This is what we are experiencing.

Many are having challenges right now. It can be with health, relationships, work, families, friends, loss of loved ones, businesses, etc. I think you know what I’m talking about. I’m writing this today with all of the love and compassion in my heart as I go through my own challenges. That’s why this will be a shorter message for this month.

We need to take time for our own healing.

The grief can be almost unbearable. As the light reveals the truth about how we have been living, it can be too much to bare. Many are exhausted, feel like giving up, are financially stressed and living in a world of problems.

The dark forces are still after the light. Have any of you been having bad dreams? I had a nightmare a few nights ago. At least it helped me to clear energy from the past. Everything that has ever happened to us is imprinted in our souls. Our bodies also have cellular memory. It’s all energy everyone, isn’t it? We are clearing these old energies within and on Earth.

Yes, these are tumbling tumultuous times. Right now part of the healing is to write a poem about this:

Tubling Tumultous Times

These are tumbling
Tumultuous times.
Where everything is coming up
Showing many dirty crimes.

Look everybody,
It’s so unclean.
The truth is out
Sight unseen.

The dark have played around
For way too long.
They are now the
Light’s hunting ground.

Throw out the trash.
Open up the doors.
The dark are crawling
Out on all fours.

Strike up the band.
Ring the chimes and bells.
They’re going back
To their own hell.

There are cesspools of hatred
All around the Earth.
How did it happen?
From what did it birth?

Let’s send magnolias and tulips
To magnify the beauty.
Plant roses and daffodils
For love’s duty.

Look up to the sky
For a brighter day.
The Golden Age
Is on its way.

Living with kindness
Is Source’s plan.
Let’s play it out
On our Golden land.

New Member of the Ground Crew

Here’s a picture of Goldie, the mini long-haired Daschhund. She is “the sniffing the ground crew” member and I have had her about the week. She is named Goldie for the Golden Age.

Of course puppies are great. They eat leaves and try to eat everything else in their place. She practices her bark in her dreams and it’s pretty cute. So if you want to lighten up and feel happier in these crazy, dense times, find a puppy or kitten, or be with a dog or another animal. Animal therapy is the best.

Dear Ground Crew:

Here is the latest from Apollo: “Greetings from my heart to yours. I want you to know that we are going through the same things that you are experiencing right now. We are all at the affect of the change in consciousness and rising frequencies from the Ascension Process. What applies to one applies to all.

Make no mistake. We are all one. We are the glue holding the rising consciousness in our hearts and everywhere present. It fits together like the golden light from the sun. It is stronger than one can imagine because it comes from pure love.

The trajectory is derived from the Fire of Creation. It is burning strongly. If you listen quietly you can tune in to this energy. It has a password that’s all is working with the complexities of light for the extreme shift now in effect.

It’s power is a part of new creation. The old world no longer will be remembered, or even exist. The dark forces will be no more. You will live in the radiance of the divine. This is the gift for which you have been waiting. Breathe it into your heart. Let the old pain and suffering from the darkness go away like it never existed. Even thinking about it only returns you back to the lower frequency and that is not where we want you to go.

We are looking after you in every way. We love you as you are being catapulted back into the stars from which you came.We are one.”

It feels like we are all waiting to see who are we going to become when we grow up, doesn’t it? We are in such an evolutionary state, Ground Crew. It seems like there’s numerous possibilities. Sometimes we might wonder what aspects of ourselves we are starting to become aware of.

Our previous knotted up selves who identified with our jobs, egos, material possessions, identities or personalities, have gone away. This can leave us feeling uncertain. We might not feel so important. We could be feeling like we’re swimming around in space but becoming more and more of the light. Yes, we are becoming increasingly enlightened. This light only reveals who we are becoming not where we were in the past.

“The energy is expensive. We need to spend it where it multiplies and not where it disappears.” This is why some people are moving out of our lives and new ones are moving in.

This could apply to all different dimensions that we are in, or at least where we are going? Last night I had the most fun dream. I woke up this morning having attended two fun parties. It was in a small town in the country. It was with all of these fun and funny ladies. They were hilarious. They were dressed really cutely like artisans. Some of them had really funny hair. And they were laughing about their physical ailments, like heartburn and other things that we in 3-D take so seriously. They didn’t care about what they ate. They only wanted to have fun and look beautiful. They wanted to share their joy with each other. The verbiage was humorous. I couldn’t stop laughing. Afterwards, I started thinking that the fifth dimension will be like that. It will be light and uplifting and just about fun. I was so happy when I woke up. They had two parties and I think they might’ve been celebrating an upcoming birthday for me?

We are experiencing 5 D realities when we are in higher states of consciousness of beauty, harmony, joy, peace, abundance, healing and spiritual well-being. Our bodies are going through significant changes because of our light bodies, what’s going on with the sun, the Schumann Resonance, etc. It can be shocking to see and feel significant changes with the third dimension. Businesses are closing and are not functioning the way they used to function. The truth is coming out about many products and services that are not good for us. The list goes on and on.

The lies we are discovering are unpalatable. This is being revealed while the old is falling away. Many of those who were pulling the puppet strings have been relieved of their duties. They are being called out and sent where they belong. Their businesses are being taken over by the light, or are becoming nonexistent. The resources are being returned to the people. Life is changing everywhere and in every way.

Soon humanity will be able to breathe and will be full of abundance and purpose. This is a purposeful and exciting time to be here now. We powerful spiritual beings are discovering who we really are and will be stepping in to our Avatar selves. We will be joining with our Galactic friends and families.

Please pay attention to what our beloved Earth is doing. The plants, animals, insects, trees, waters, the sky, are all behaving differently. They are telling us what they want us to know. Some people are saying birds are awake all night talking loudly and the animals are doing unusual things. We had an early Spring here in the San Francisco Bay Area. I was receiving roses every day from one of my rose bushes. We have an abundance of beauty.

Follow the Butterfly

Today a butterfly coaxed
Me out of the house.
It was a warm sunny Spring day
And as quiet as a mouse.

I looked up into the sky.
I saw the flowers around.
I heard the birds sing a special code
To tell us what they found.(7733)

All of nature
Is plugged into Source.
They give us little signals
That cannot be forced.

It takes some magic and miracles
Along the way.
To show us
What nature has to say.

“Get out
And be with me,
You’ll find peace
And harmony.”

Look for the Light
In many shapes and forms.
And then you will be wise
And smarter than norm.

Please follow a butterfly.
Find out where you begin and end.
Nature will heal us
And be our special friend.

It’s good to follow a butterfly
When you see one around.
Butterflies remind us
And take away a frown.

They show us how to lighten up
To have a beautiful day. Butterflies are reminders
The light will have its way.

Butterflies are gentle
To the touch.
One little look can help
Us so much.

They teach us about transformation.

There is a beautiful glow around the Earth and our beautiful beings of light. This glow is emitted from Source in the higher consciousness of Source you are becoming. This is a straightforward message to confirm how elevated you are from your old self.

You are walking into your exemplified to self. You are becoming the new you. You are reclaiming your real self. Beloveds, this is what you have always wanted to become. You are starting to feel your wholeness. You’re starting to realize that you emanate a beautiful light consciousness wherever you go.

Please acknowledge yourself for the goals that you have achieved, for who you are, and what you are becoming. You have worked hard reclaiming yourselves. You deserve everything of the light and goodness that is coming to you. Just imagine your life being free from worries about anything. One by one, step by step, breath by breath, with golden light penetrating everywhere in your field, feel it. Your surroundings are indications of what I am saying. You will begin to see the fairies dancing in the Moonlight circles. You will hear the harmony of the birds and feel the peace of what it is like living in the stasis energy from our Creator.

Today is the first of May and we have a powerful Sun in Taurus and a full moon in Scorpio. It’s called The Flower Moon that rises tonight. It is also Beltane, when it is the midway point between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice. It was when there was an ancient fire festival celebrating life in full bloom. It is also a time of abundance. It’s recommended that we do a little ritual for the full moon with flowers and some secret objects to make a little altar. You can set some deep intentions today, along with prayers to be connected to the Earth.

We are going through a time of restoration and renewal. Much was required during the winter and our bodies are adjusting and adapting here in this part of the world. The same is true for the other side of the world. We need to listen to our bodies because they are going through a lot. We need to rest, eat well, and be in the nature as much as possible.

We need to listen and pay attention deeply to where we need to go right now. Travel is not as easy, or reliable, as it used to be. Things are just not the same.

We are going through the stretches and balances of creating a new world. We’re responding to sensations from the Earth, the sun, and the higher frequencies. Please be gentle with yourselves and take good care.
