“Greetings, I am Apollo. I greet you today with love and the flourishing radiance from the light. The light is within you, around you, in your thoughts, words, and everywhere you put your attention. We give you the authority today to accelerate the use of your light. It approximates a balloon that keeps elevating the Earth and all of life upon the Earth that can receive it.

You are now living in a highly advanced spiritually mechanized way of being. You have been gifted light from all of creation and most particularly from the Creator. The Creator wants to inspire you to co-create more. It is powered by love that is needed urgently.

When you survey the planet right now you can feel the discordance and the separation. This is not the Creator’s intention for the Earth. Your Creator’s intention is Unity. The foundation of Unity is love, not hatred or negativity.

You, Ground Crew, were picked specifically to spread your light and to help elevate the Ascension Process for the Earth. You know this is occurring now. Your bodies are feeling the effect of the light that is coming to you and all that is occurring with the Earth right now.

You are changing radically. You are a sight to behold. You are becoming golden, crystalline, and gaining higher consciousness. Your frequencies are rising and you are taking others and the planet with you in the process. You are high-level beings like Avatar’s, Masters, Angels and Archangels. You are the most talented and powerful beings of creation. You are beginning to realize this as you walk in to greater understanding of who you are. This is exciting as you step into what your true work is and as you learn your valuable presence on the Earth. You are making a huge difference for this new creation and new way of living.

I am Apollo and I am part of your guidance team. It is my honor to be with you now. Let us be at our best and hold the highest standards for a New Earth!”

This is Valerie. I’m pleased to connect with you again straight from my heart. There is turmoil on the planet that we have all been feeling. Hopefully, we are rising above it and creating our own new worlds. The old world feels uncomfortable and sometimes even unsafe. We have to determine that we are always looked after and cared for. We cannot be in fear.

It is best to stay out of the fray. Keeping to ourselves and in our own world with people we love, our animals, family with whom we are in resonance, doing fun things that make us happy and bring us joy and pleasure are important. Some of you may be feeling that we no longer have to participate in the struggles from the third dimension. Some of you are already feeling this is over, or just about complete.

Have you noticed how much more nature and the animals are connecting with us? Last month I mentioned the volunteer fig tree behind my bedroom window. Some beautiful mourning doves laid some eggs and had two babies in the nest. Here’s a couple of pictures.

We are not seeing chemtrails in my area anymore. The skies are blue. I don’t miss the the chemtrails. They were over my house daily for many years. I heard that the pilots of the planes that were spraying humanity and the Earth with those chemicals, have been apprehended.

I am seeing more galactic activity. The other day there was a grass fire close to where I live. I was driving home and I saw this ship in the picture below. I saw it in various stages and I believe it went to where the fire was and helped put the fire out. They are helping us in a myriad of ways. Look around where you live and look up in the sky. Miracles are happening. Here’s the picture I took:

The other morning I was looking at the luminescence on the trees and drops of water from watering plants in the backyard. I looked up and I saw an amazing luminescence coming from a tree (probably a palm tree ) further away from my backyard. I wrote the following poem about it:

Diamond Lights

Diamond lights glittering from the top of the tree.

It’s spectacular for you and me.

If you look way up there it’s a bright event.

It makes me wonder where is it coming from and if it’s for rent?

The light is bright and all over the place.

I am happy it’s illuminating sparkles on my face.

The light is alive for the truth to be told.

It will show you something to behold.

The light is bright shining from the top of a tree.

The Creator is showing love for all to see.

What’s the message from the light?

We surely need to know to make things right.

The light is there, just take a look.

This is history in the making so put it in a book.

Yes, we are living quite an adventure as we proceed through this ascension process. It is challenging and frustrating. Every day information comes and it is akin to sorting through the garbage. We learn more about people who have been teachers in the New Age movement who have been compromised. Supposedly, they are “truthers” but some are liars. We experience this in every aspect of life. It’s in politics, education, local governments, history, finance, the legal system, the educational system, business, our food, healthcare system, big Pharma, the clothes we wear, and every single industry. What’s the light going to do other than create a whole new world? That’s what we’re doing now. We are discovering the truth, dealing with it, and then shifting it.

We still have to sort through what is real and what is fake, even with those who supposedly are experts and are here to help us. We get to remember time and time again that this is like being in a movie. This is a simulation.

Some people spend much of their time trying to figure out when things are going to happen. It doesn’t work because things are always changing upstairs. Conditions are changing here. However, as consciousness rises, hearts open, love comes from the quantum and touches all of life. We rise above it. We have the power to change it and that is exactly what we’re doing.

Won’t it be nice when we don’t have to spend our precious energy determining whether something is true or not? We will just know. People will be coming from their hearts and we will have such a heavenly existence. We won’t need regular job jobs, and we certainly will not have to worry about money much longer. We will be able to manifest instantly and to create with our thoughts. We will be able to use our spiritual gifts and abilities that we had to forget about for a long time. It’s going to be wonderful, Ground Crew. Please stay patient a little bit longer. It will be worth it.

A Message from Mira Through Valerie Donner July 28, 2026

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council and the Earth Council. I greet you today with an open and loving heart. I am joyous that we will be coming in much closer contact with you before you know it. The plans are all on the way.

We are very busy. We have many meetings with the Earth Council. We also are entrenched with the Ascension Process with the Earth. We keep an eye on humanity and the Earth. So much is shifting right now with the Earth and forms of measurement.

The astrology is profound. (We are referring to the Schumann Resonance, Earth changes like earthquakes, and volcanoes, weather reports, etc.)

We see the changing emotions from humanity. Some are up and down, and all around. This means you must take your power back. Keep yourself grounded, centered and balanced. And do your meditations. Keep a good diet and get as much rest as you can even it is not convenient sometimes for you to take a nap. Naps might be necessary. Perhaps you might be getting called into a meeting with us or another galactic group. We are mapping out the future and what roles some of you will be having.

I can tell you right now that humanity is at a time of great need. They don’t completely know who to trust and many of them are programmed by a system that is going to be gone in the near future. This is where our Ground Crew have to do due diligence with whatever you are involving yourself. It is not the way it used to be and you cannot take things for granted. You must look around you and prepare. Many things are just not right. You will know this when you have a hard time trying to put your energy into something. You know it’s probably not right.

We recommend that you go into meditation, ask your Higher Self, use your Divine tools like pendulums, or muscle checking, whatever works for you. Check with your astrology because a lot is happening now astrologically. Check with friends or other experts about various topics, or research on the Internet until you feel you feel the veracity. This is most important. And then if you make a mistake, forgive yourself immediately and make a new choice.

We are beginning to assist you more in your daily lives. We are your friends and you are our friends. We will be getting to know each other far better in the coming days. Stay positive and optimistic about your future because it is incredible. Be sure to call upon us for assistance. Send your prayers where you are called.

Dear Ground Crew:

Here’s the latest from Apollo: “I greet you today with all of the love in my heart. There is great need for love on the planet right now because there’s so much of the opposite. I would like to take an eraser and erase everything that is not love. With the eraser we could clean up the Earth in nothing flat. The rest would be up to us, you and me.

You might be wondering what is going to come from all of this pandemonium. Yes, this is something many are wondering. You are concerned about things you cannot control. The most important part is that you can now move into your true self and be the best expression of your co-creation with Source.

This actually is simple, yet you make it so complex. It is the external obstacles that have been put in your way of being your true self. This external interference was from the threat of your light for this entire ascension process. See how powerful you are and how free you want to be! See how much you want the planet to be free!

We know some of you are at the end of your ropes. Please take those ropes, make them golden, and fill yourself with the golden sparkly light of the Creator. Allow yourself to be enveloped in this love and the New Earth. The ropes are leading you to your celestial home. This is the conversion of the old Earth into the Heaven on Earth. Feel it! The Stage is set for your happiness and joy! It is happening now.

Stand true in the strength of your I AM presence and shine, dear Ground Crew. We are with you and we are one.”

It’s Valerie here back with you, Ground Crew, I have needed time to heal and so here I am with a new version of myself.

Thanks to all of you who sent regards after my last message. It was part of my healing and it is always wonderful to receive appreciation.You are truly an amazing family. We are the light and the ones who are making the ascension happen. Thank you!

How are you feeling with these energies? What are you doing to stay as comfortable as you can as we move upwardly? I think we need to set our intentions for protection, awareness, angels, safety, and sanity when we leave our residences. Where I live, and I hear it from others, drivers have lost their minds and they should lose their driver’s license. There’s no place to drive the way they drive. I don’t know if you’ve seen it or not, but some of these people will make a left-hand turn from a right hand lane that is four lanes over! How do you like that behavior? Even a honking horn doesn’t work!

All I can reckon with myself is they are NPCs (non-participating characters, like from a video game). How do we defend ourselves from the 80% of the populace who fall in this category? How do we acknowledge those who are the 20%? How do you tell the difference? There’s heart energy coming from the 20%. They are kind and aware most of the time. They have light in their eyes (With the others’ eyes there’s nobody home.) You may feel a connection with them. Follow your heart and acknowledge the ones who might be a server in a restaurant, or wherever you go. They are there to help and they appreciate it when you acknowledge them.

I have been drinking herbal teas from my garden. Lemon Verbena and Motherwort leaves make a beautiful healing tea, especially for the central nervous system. I am so grateful to the plants and nature. The sun has been helping a lot too.

Something unusual has been happening. When I close my eyes sometimes I realize I am one with a plant. Today I felt like I am part of this plant that has purple flowers. I saw it this morning and felt it, and then I saw other plants and flowers. I am one with Tessie, my fig tree right behind my bedroom. I give her a hug every morning. She has three baby trees and is looking after them beautifully.

What Would You Be?

If you could be a plant or a tree,
What would you be?

Would you be a daisy or a daffodil sitting
on a hill?

Would you be an herb, or some spinach,
Or perhaps something that tastes like dill?

Would be you be a giant Redwood with deep roots in the ground,
Standing sky high looking around?

Would you be a Rose bush growing on a fence,
Or some bamboo growing really dense?

Would you be some ivy spreading wherever you like?
Or would you be some pompous grass looking very nice?

How about being a tomato waiting for bread and bacon?
There’s nothing about nature that is fakin.’

Just think we can be a tree
And not have to climb up to be in our sovereignty.

We can have the strength of an onion strong in its essence,
With garlic waiting to strengthen its presence.

Any part of the tree will be fine with me.
I will love the Earth until eternity.

In addition to writing poems and drinking tea, the little puppy Goldie keeps me very busy. I was gifted with a concert ticket to see Mateo Bocelli on June 20, at a winery in Silicon Valley. Here is a little clip from one of his songs.

If any of you ever get a chance to go to see him in person, it is a gift to be in his healing presence with his songs from the heart.

Greetings. I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. And also the Earth Council.

Like Apollo, I greet you today with all of the love in my heart. The Earth is like one of my children. We have been nurturing you and assisting you for a long time. We are supporting you in this ascension process. We know your ups and downs, your rights and your wrongs, and every thought you have about these times of miraculous healing and rising in consciousness.

Every act of kindness is noticed. Every time you reach your hands and your heart out to someone, it’s noticed. It is as if you are installing the new programs for living in Heaven on Earth. This indeed is what you are doing. You are clearing the old negative programs from how you have been forced to live in the past. These programs no longer apply and you are free to live from your hearts and have miraculous days every day.

Yes, you are being freed, dear ones. Although it may feel like everything is at stake right now, please understand it is done. It is over. There is no room for fear anymore. Fear doesn’t exist in the 5th dimension and higher. Please release whatever residuals that come up for you. Remember it’s just a test. It’s only a test on your road to happiness.

Please realize whatever negative thoughts or experiences you have had, or are having, are just coming up for clearing for you to create a new world. This new world is here right now. Some of you may be feeling it constantly, and some of you may feel it coming in and out, but this is how ascension goes. It’s different for everyone, but similar in many ways.

Everything is moving very quickly right now. Time is not going according to the old mechanized clock, even though you still have to make appointments, etc. Your whole sense of reality is changing. Even your food preferences, what you eat what you drink, are changing.

Soon we will meet, along with many other Galactic friends. We will get to know each other. We have been around a long time. We will need you to be ready to help those who don’t know about us, to be ambassador’s and teachers of the truth. Please have compassion for the rest of humanity because they are going to be shocked by what they find out. The Ground Crew are helping as a bridge of light. You will know what to do.

In Conclusion

In my recent healing experience, I became aware of how incredibly challenging it has been to do our Light work, when the dark did everything they could to impede it.

Healers sometimes need healers and I recently went to a new healer. He did a fantastic job of removing the impediments that made my work so much harder. I cried when I realized this, beloveds. We Ground Crew have true grit.

Here’s the latest from Apollo:

“Greetings. This is Apollo. I speak to you today from the mystical chambers of my heart. This is where we are coming from when we speak to you. It is the energies of the mystical chambers of your heart in which you’ll be living. It is where you are now living.

As a result of the Big Shift on February 17, 2026, our Ground Crew are now in this very special place. This chamber was activated Chinese New Year, the year of the Fire Horse, has brought about a huge change in the consciousness on the Earth.

The split is changing your lives. This is happening daily as the old world withers away quickly. Whatever is most obvious is what is being dealt with first. This is the most obvious for our beautiful ground crew wherever they go.

Sometimes things must be said and cannot be held back. You are all experiencing these bursts of truth. You are feeling them and you are deciding what you want to do about various situations.

We will be discussing this new way of living in the 5th dimension and higher. You are on your way to Heaven on Earth. Some of you are already living in Heaven. You are happy and you feel free. This is the truth.”

Even though we are in challenging times, it appears that we are living in the chamber of our hearts. We are one with Source. We are learning to become one with each other. We are observing our thoughts and redirecting them when necessary.

For many of the Starseed’s, we are already living and expressing from the heart of Source. It rings in a beautiful golden chime. This tone is the ascension tone. It represents the clarity, unity, Christed frequencies. It is the energy of freedom, the freedom you came to claim.

Are you talking with the Creator? Many of us had our abilities to speak with Source blocked by those forces that are not from the light. It was natural to speak with Source in the beginning. It is becoming natural again and it is delightful. The love from the Creator is beyond explanation. The Creator is with us and gives us the truth and the guidance that some have missed for too long.

Please turn off all of your devices. Put down your distractions. Get quiet and move into your heart. Listen. Listen to your heart in the quiet to what is being said. Feel the love and the light in the very high frequencies when you’re communicating at this level. You can do this on your own for as long as you want. This is how we will be living in the New Golden Age. Feel it, dear hearts. This is such a precious connection. It is here for everyone who chooses to be in the New Earth.

The fact is it was never necessary for us to go to someone else to talk to God for us. It is free. It is natural. It is delightful. It is as fresh as a breath of fresh air. It will tickle your entire field and spread joy throughout. You can check in at any time.

This service is where you have the perfect divine connection. When you access Source, confusion will melt as you feel the loving solace. It may sound a little powerful but it is far greater than that. It is the gift you have been waiting for. It is your Christed Self. It’s here in the chamber of your heart.

Some of you may remember the Earth was originally called “Heart” but the letters were changed to earth. Those who took the liberty of doing this didn’t even bother to give the Earth a capital “E”. Where is the respect? Let’s take back our power and add the respect.

Ground crew, we are now in the Golden Age. Henceforth, we will be unifying in love, respect, joy, abundance, peace, fun and celebration of all we have achieved. We are the entitled ones because we have brought Light to the Earth.

Those who are not of the light are being taken down. You can watch it and see where they falling. You can feel how awkward it is to try to comply with the old ways of the matrix. For many of us, it doesn’t work any more. It is over, dear ones. It is done.

The Chamber of the Heart

Where the echoes reside.
These are the golden pulse beats
Where the Creator is the guide.

The chamber is warm and pretty.
It is full of love
And is as bright
As an illuminated city.

The illumination is brilliant.
It always takes on a new tone.
Every bit of divine intelligence
Lives there on its own.

It’s worth it to focus
On the chamber of your heart.
When you do this
You will get mystically smart.

Greetings. I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council and I am also still working continuously with the Earth Council.

As Pleiadians, we are veterans with the Ascension Process. We work with many planetary systems as they go through their ascension. Beautiful Earth is at the most pivotal point right now. There has never been such a transformation like the one that is occurring. It is such a miraculous event. We are marveling at the power of the light.

You are an outstanding team of Starseeds and light beings from all of creation. We salute you for your amazing work. We know there are still opposing forces but they have a little to go on and lack power.

We Galactic’s are working hard. We are helping in areas of vast need where healing is required to the fullest. This is the end of the pain and suffering. It is a result of your great work with all of us coming together to make this happen.

The Earth’s heart is healing after enduring the pain and suffering, along with the disrespect of her body. She is such a divinely loved being and she is embracing her future.

We can’t even begin to tell you what a beautiful time you will have living in the Golden Age. It is here now. You simply have to take a few more steps. Remember to breathe. Remember the gratitude creation has for you. Soon we will all be having wonderful celebrations and reunions. Our hearts are already filled with joy waiting for this mystical, magical moment. The mystical chambers of our hearts are with you.

The other morning, April 2, I heard the following words: “Be quiet. You are going to have some big surprises.” I am sharing this with you because it’s an unusual message and I think it’s for all of us. It came at the appropriate time.

Please take excellent care of yourselves. Pay attention to everything that is going on around you. Pay attention to how you feel in certain situations, or with certain people. Many of the Ground Crew are depleted from working hard and giving too much to others.

Protect your light and your energy. They are the most valuable things we have. Some of us did not realize how much energy vampires were taking our energy. We are integral to the future of the Earth. Our gifts and our light are precious.

You are free to make new choices about where your energy goes. Pay attention and see how empowering it feels.

Dear Ground Crew:

Here is the latest message from Apollo: “You find yourselves at the beginning of a new Gregorian calendar year, which is a man-created out-of-sync-calendar. You also find yourselves increasingly involved in the energies of new creation, which some call the New Earth. When you reflect back a year ago you realize that the energies have changed significantly. You are no longer the same person that you were and that your planet is no longer the same planet that it was. You have the sense of unfamiliarity. In some ways there is a familiar sense of profound love and light that have entered your surroundings. You know that you are ascending. You feel the symptoms in your body and you realize that everything is fluid energetically and unpredictable. To some this can be exciting and yet to others, it can be off putting, but for certain, it is different. We hold you accountable for your own consciousness so that your deliberations bring you to the highest possible consciousness. When you enter into the fear energies, you get back into the third dimensional rut. The love energies are much higher and do not accept fear. This is my recommendation to you, that you follow your heart and listen to the love within. Trust what you are feeling and don’t get enveloped in the outside world that others would like to draw you into.”

Most of the ground crew have questions about this year; what will 2023 bring? Many on the planet have been wondering a myriad of questions:
Will we have NESARA or GESARA? When will it happen? Is there going to be a reset financially? When will we ascend? How much longer will the deep state be doing what they do? What will the price of gold or silver be? What’s going to happen to the banks or real estate? Am I safe where am living or will there be earth changes here? When are the galactic’s going to show themselves? Am I still going to have my job or do what I’ve always done? Will my family be all right? What about my pets? The list is endless.

We can continue to ponder these possibilities and questions but what does this all come down to? What do we have some control over? What is the most empowering direction for us to focus our energies on? And the answer is within. When we go within and focus on our I am presence, or God Self, whatever you want to call it, we will get the direction. By focusing on love and trusting God, we will keep our consciousness in the fifth dimension and even higher. When we revert back to fear, we find ourselves back in the third dimension. At this pivotal time, we cannot afford a negative thought. We need to learn to live with uncertainty and to follow our hearts.

Most of us know that we’ve been living in some kind of movie that is almost over. It appears that one of the main themes of the movie is to remember who we are as divine beings. We were taught to think that we were nothing, worthless, that we made a mess of our lives, or that our bodies don’t know how to heal themselves, and to rely on the external world that has power over others and has had power over us. Now we have enough information, as we awaken, to walk away from the reliance on the old material world. We are done with it!

Won’t it be a relief when we can throw away the old programs and start anew! We will be able to create magic, miracles and perfect lives for ourselves. We will be empowered, amazed and astounded at what capabilities we have. We had to forget all of this to come to the third dimensional earth and participate in this movie.

Some of the things that we will find ourselves doing will be flying, manifesting things out of the thin air, walking through walls, walking on water, time traveling, teleporting, telepathy, creating new technologies, space travel, meeting our galactic friends and families, terraforming, seeing the elementals, devas, fairies, and nature spirits, living in spiritual communities, creating multidimensional art and music, having open communication with animals and plants, reversing aging, and talking with family and friends on the other side. We will be able to discover that we can do pretty much whatever our mind can create. We will live in harmony, kindness, cooperation, love, abundance, joy, beauty and magnificence. How is that for a start at 2023? We will be free!

The earth is becoming our playground, a laboratory for our lives. We will be energized by our creativity and our relationships with our spiritual family and friends. Loneliness will be a thing of the past, so will self doubt and blame. There will be no more need for antidepressants or the old invasive ways of medicine. We will be unstoppable like torpedoes of light blasting throughout creation.

A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council January 2, 2023 through Valerie Donner

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian high Council. I am pleased to speak with you today, for it has been a little while in your earthly times since I have spoken with you.

In your new year you will find this is the time of disassembling. You’ve already begun to experience what it is like as the third dimensional material world is deconstructing. You are seeing where the system is broken and is no longer functioning. This has created some gaps and some shortcomings in the system. You are adjusting and adapting and you will have to be doing much more of that.

As we review the Earth from the Earth Council’s position, we see that much is amiss. The truth is what you thought was serving you and functioning for you, wasn’t really serving most of you at all. The old way simply allowed you to function in a more rote manner. You didn’t have to think and figure out new ways of accomplishing what needed to be done. Now it is forcing you to be more creative to allow for new opportunities to provide what is necessary.

There are many old rules, regulations and laws that are now de- compiling. You might see them almost turning into compost, for that is about what many of them were worth. They just held you and kept you in line. You were forced to do certain things that really were not necessary. It gave some false power to those egos that needed to be fed, for one reason or another. We will just slam that behavior into the folder of the past and say that was the third dimension and that it no longer applies.

The third dimensional material world no longer has the strong hold on you that it had in the past. You are beginning to see how unreal some parts of your lives have been. Right now you might be wondering where you are and it seems strange. This is because change is rampant right now. It has to change because you are moving forward with love, light and truth at breakneck speed. Most of the dark ones are gone so they do not have the control over you they once had. This is to be celebrated. You will have much more beneficial lives.

The past is the past. It’s a lower vibration that pulls you down into a lower frequency when you get caught up into it. Let it go. Rise up into the new beautiful higher consciousness light and spread that light within your body and wherever you go. The Earth is becoming increasingly beautiful because you are infused with higher consciousness and light.

We are admire you, we love you and we support you. We are here for you. We are going great places and you will be happy!

Esko

Thank you for following me regarding my great nephew Esko. He is now four years old. In October 2021, right before his third birthday, he was sitting on a park bench when a tree branch from Redwood tree fell 200 feet and smashed the right side of his skull. It’s a long story but thanks to his mother who is a nurse, and her nurse friend, who was there at the park with her, they got him to the hospital and then he was flown to Oakland, California to a Children’s Hospital where they did surgery. So far he has survived two surgeries and he is going to have another one on January 26 to replace the skullcap. I ask for your prayers for the little guy, and for our family, and especially for his parents who are stressed out. It is a miracle that Esko is alive. He’s a little behind in his development but he is here with us. I am so grateful!

Solar Activity

According to spaceweatherlive.com, on January 2, 2023, we had a C class solar flare 90%, 35% M class solar flare and an X class solar flare 5%. The sun has been very active and is contributing to the rising consciousness on the planet. It’s also preparing us for the Solar Flash, which some believe could be soon. It is activating ascension symptoms. Some of these symptoms include: headaches, fatigue, aches and pains, fluctuating emotions, which are keeping us in a “state of flux.” “These energies are growing at a high level. In Conclusion

We are living in unprecedented times, ground crew. Our consciousness is rising and we are in preparation for moving into the Golden Age. Our bodies are changing. The answers are within. The Creator is with us and we are coming back into Unity and peace.

It’s an exciting time for us to be here and we are just about complete with everything we have needed to do. Good times are coming! We will be celebrating and celebrating and celebrating!
