Straight from the Heart

Dear Ground Crew:

Here’s my April 4^th message from Apollo: “You are living in many different worlds at once. The days of yesteryear are passing making way for the new. You are creating it all at once. It can feel awkward since the firm footing of the material world is eroding from under your feet. It is challenging to stand firmly by but it is necessary. The true security is within your heart and the trust with Prime Source. The waves of love are impacting you whether you are aware of it or not. They keep flowing in and raising your consciousness and expectancy for a new world. Let the past go. Grieve if need be, but know it was an experience to get you here to this critical point of openness to something so much better. You are bathed in love.”

We are bathed in love. We have the entire focus of the Light Alliance including the Galactic’s and the Masters from creation working with us for our ascension. We can bounce from the 5^th dimension and higher where blessings and bliss touch us with as taste of our future world. Then we can get pulled back down with tests and the demands of the third dimension like taxes, bills, insane situations, fear, people with blatant self-interest, rudeness and crudeness, lack of love, and separation. When these energies impact us, we can get discouraged and lower our vibrations if we let them become a part of our reality. At times, our jobs can feel like “mission impossible” yet we wouldn’t be here if we didn’t have faith in ourselves and what we are doing. It is a very important project in which we are involved. It is beyond our ability to comprehend.

As humans we love to ask “When?” with our flagrant impatience pertaining to when the Event will occur. We get caught up in our heads and lose track of our hearts. Surely your hearts realize the incredible shifts that we are in and we know that things are different. The earth is changing and so are we.

Some of the lightworkers are still getting attacked from the dark forces. It can happen through bizarre occurrences and through people who may not know they are being used by the dark. Sometimes I think it is the universe showing us that we need to take things lightly and how important it is that we clear these attacks, attackers and situations completely. Distractions that take one off of their path is one definition I have for dark attacks. We have to re-focus on something that can be disturbing and scary until it is resolved. The more we are aware of this behavior the more quickly we can resolve it.

Much is being required of the lightworkers these days. One big factor is resilience. How quickly can we recover from the vestiges of the third dimension? What do we need to do to take care of ourselves?  Who can help us? Who do we have to talk to and process about what just happened? How do we get more assistance from the Masters, Archangels, Angels, and Galactics? What can I do to improve my telepathy and to be heard and be responded to quickly? How can I improve my empowerment? What new gifts am I willing to receive? How much time am I spending doing my inner work, prayers and meditation? What are the big pieces of healing that are coming up for me with old painful patterns needing to be cleared. How much am I listening to my guides. How do I become quiet and get out of separation?

Little do we know how much work we are doing in the dream state. We are working diligently at night when we are sleeping also in the day time. If you begin to feel heavy headed it may mean you need to take a nap. You might be getting called into a meeting where you are needed. Take lots of rest because the body is changing. It requires different food, lots of good water, body work, supplements, herbs, and protection from the energies of what is going on around you and on the planet. It can be overwhelming.

For certain, we are becoming increasingly aware of everyone around us and how we have been matching their energy. I don’t know about you, but as a healer, I always want to help everyone. I am giving up on that intention. We can only help people who choose to receive our help and who are ready to let go of being stuck. We can’t rescue people or they won’t learn their lessons.

Have any of you noticed there could be a lot more Galactics here with us? I keep seeing very tall good-looking men. It’s almost like they just landed here. They are becoming more visible and that makes it fun. I am sure the women are here too but I have not seen as many of them yet. We welcome them and look forward to working with them.

How to Prepare your land to be a Contact Dish

A friend sent me the following information about how to prepare the planet for Compression Breakthrough. “The Light Forces have asked me to instruct the surface population to change the surface of the planet into a Contact Dish. (March 18, 2018)

“Instructions:

“If you own a property that has a small flat area big enough for a small Pleiadian saucer craft to land, you can silently say the following decree:

“In the name of my I Am presence, I decree and I command a landing of a Pleiadian ship on the land that I own, and my physical first contact with the Pleiadians from that ship, as soon as possible in the best possible way. “

“It is very important that you NEVER say this decree aloud and that you never speak about your decree to anyone, otherwise you cannot become part of the Contact Dish project. By not letting anybody know if you did the decree or not, you are protecting your own contact sequence with the Pleiadians from physical and non-physical Cabal interference that could prevent it from happening. But by all means, you can share the instructions for Contact Dish with the awakened part of the human population. 

“7×7 meters / yards is the absolute minimum for a small Pleiadian ship to land, 30×30 meters is optimal.

“Needless to say, Pleiadians are positive beings of Light. If you are not sure about that, then Contact Dish protocol is not for you.

“Combined free will of thousands of people making this decree worldwide will send a coherent contact signal of pulsating Light into the energy grid of the planet and to the Pleiadians. It will effectively turn the whole planet into a Contact Dish. The critical mass needed for this to happen is around 12,000 people. This will be an indication for the Pleiadians and the Galactic Central Race that the awakened part of the human population has reached a spiritual maturity that equals 0.75 on the Kardashev scale:

A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council through Valerie Donner April 4, 2018

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleaidian High Council currently serving the Earth Council.

I greet you today with all of the love in my heart. We are so impressed with the work that you are doing on the behalf of the ascension process. You are at your best.

Every day progress is being made. With your help, the dark forces are being rooted out of hiding and taking off of the planet where they can do no more harm. This process is huge and a couple of days ago we completed one of our biggest operations yet. It was carefully planned and skillfully executed much to their surprise. This success will allow for increasingly complex operations to fully rid the planet of these beings that have well overstayed their welcome.

These operations are happening with expedited regularity. It is untenable for the dark ones to be allowed on the planet much longer. They have done horrific things that will no longer be tolerated. They will pay the price for what they have done. This we guarantee.

As we clear out this dark debris the planet will begin to feel more relaxed and peaceful. You will notice the feeling of happiness and like the atmosphere has changed. The fearful and anxious feelings that many have will evaporate. This is making way for the Day of Revelation (the Event).

Your finances will begin improve and you will learn to fully manifest what you need. Your faith will flower and your loving hearts will expand. You will be ready to learn to live in love and unity the way the planet was originally designed to be. No more intruders. The earth will be returned to the sacred planet that she was in the beginning.

Like you, the earth has learned to set boundaries and not to tolerate disrespect or abuse. She is awakening to her new higher consciousness self. Isn’t it wonderful that you can join her in this journey? You are both honored to be in this growth and learning cycle together.

Learn from the earth. Pay attention to what she is doing and showing you. She is powerful beyond measure and so are you. Believe in yourselves and stand up for what is right. Know that you will get through the finals stages of removal of the darkness so you can live in the fifth dimension and progress with your evolution.

We are busy in the Earth Council monitoring all that is happening. The response teams are well trained and are working diligently. We have your best interests at heart.

Classes for March 2018

Dear Family of Light:

Happy Spring. Our planet is springing forward in this part of the world, along with our clocks. This can be a lovely time when the birds are singing with new signs of growth delighting our views and displaying the end of winter. Even though we still have rain here in California we need it.

Many of my clients and friends are going through their own transitions. Some are having life threatening health challenges; family members and friends are at choice points and we are all doing the best that we can. Most of our health challenges are emotionally related so we get to continue to plow through our issues. It is important for us to focus on what is most important and to follow our hearts. We can learn from other’s issues. Some things I have learned recently are:

• The importance of taking care of our bodies.
• The necessity of doing our inner work and clearing our emotional issues
• The need to trust the universe and know that all will turn out well.
• To take nothing for granted and to be able to flow with the unexpected.
• How much people come together when help is needed.
• How important it is to use our spiritual tools like meditation and prayer.
• How much strength and courage I have.
• Love and beauty are important for our well-being.
• The gift of friendship and how great it is to be with like-minded people.
• To trust our inner knowing and to not be in fear.
• It is more pleasant to be in the fifth dimension than the third.
• We need to get help when necessary.

It is always wonderful when we feel the blissfulness of meditation or the fifth dimensional feeling of love and oneness. The teacher Jim Self says: “5D is simple and complex all at the same time. There is a sense of well-being. ‘I like me. I am pleased with myself.’ It is vibrant and dynamic and the you feel the joy of long ago.”

I don’t know about you but I feel I have spent enough time in the 3D where we worry about the past, feel less than and go back to lack and limitation. Linear time doesn’t work any more and the old 3D constructs are falling away.

Dear family of light:

Here’s the very latest information that I have received about our progress with the Ascension process. On Sunday, February 11, I asked Apollo what percentage of the dark forces have been removed from the earth. He told me “about 75%.” Today, February 14, one of my friends had a session with Archangel Gabriel, my teacher, aka, Benu (channeled through Karen Cook). She asked Gabriel what percentage of the dark forces have been removed from the earth and he told her “72%.” (According to someone I know who is familiar with the Kabbalah 72 is a most auspicious number. There are 72 different names for God. It carries secret codes. 18 means life and 4×18 is 72.) When I asked Gabriel the same question in September 2017 he said that 18% of the dark forces had been removed from the planet. He told my friend that the dark is being taken to another planet.

In my Monthly Meeting with the Masters Class on February 2, 2018, the Master King Solomon came to be with us. My friend Linda, who was there, and who is also very psychic, and I both tuned in at the beginning of the class and asked which Master wanted to attend. We both heard “King Solomon.” Having never worked with him before I did not know what to expect.

The first thing he said is that: “We are removing all of the curses placed against humanity.” After a couple of rounds of deep meditation with King Solomon, I opened my book “The Secret Teachings of all Ages,” by Manly P. Hall. The book said that Solomon removes demons and that many of the techniques he used are still being used today! I began to cry. This truth deeply impacted my heart. I could feel how much we are loved and how hard everyone is working for the earth and humanity and life to ascend.

We are making huge progress in clearing the earth from the darkness. I have a sense that many of you have been feeling big energies circulating around the earth and upon the earth. This process is accelerating and before we know it they will be gone, and we will be reclaiming our beloved Mother Earth. I pray you will celebrate with me as you know how close we are to cleaning out the swamp.

Therefore, please understand how angry the remaining 25% of dark beings are right now because they are losing their power. They are doing numerous things to try to keep us down like spraying chem trails, attacking Lightworkers, creating man-made flu, instilling fear with false flag events, building up the military and instilling fear about nuclear war, working the fake news, distracting us as much as possible and by playing with the stock market. These are the nastiest of the nasties.

By the way, we did confirm, with the Archangel, that President Trump, is doing away with the pedophiles. If you’re interested there is an Executive Order that he signed December 17, 2017. These creeps are being arrested and are having their properties impounded, etc.

I wanted to make another comment that I didn’t mention last night where I noticed the third-dimension kind of shrinking back and it looked kind of ugly from where we were, at least last night and it was kind of strange to see and hard to come back today 🙁
