| Dear Ground Crew,
This message finds me back, straight from The Heart of Mt. Shasta and my retreat. We had a wonderful time in nature and the healing waters of Stewart Mineral Springs. The attendees were a fantastic group with attention-getting stories of healing, recovery, spirituality and soul. We flirted with the precious wild flowers in Panther Meadows and connected with the sacred spring in the meadow. I provided a channeled message from St. Germain, Mother Mary, Adama (from Telos) and Kuthumi. Spirit and the nature spirits ruled the day. Although it was hot we swam in Castle Lake and received the healing water. Our trip was blessed in many ways. The day before we left, wild fires appeared in the horizon. On our last day the winds changed and brought the smoke. It was all in divine timing and we left with a sense of fullness with plenty to process. Much love and many thanks to all who were with us both seen and unseen. We need your prayers for rain in California and the entire western U.S… It is dangerously dry so prayer is important. Mt. Shasta is almost barren. It is usually possible to see the glaciers and snow. This year there were only a few small traces of snow. It is interesting how nature seems to accept and adapt to the changes. Nature always finds a way to survive. It is only humans and the human ego that believes all should remain the same. Nature is constant change. We are only being inconvenienced in a minuscule way compared to how much the earth has had to adapt to human intervention. Nature is healing. The other morning I was standing out in my back yard in my bath robe like I do daily. I felt something brush across my face, turned around and saw a huge tiger swallow tail butterfly resting on my living Christmas tree. I realized I was kissed by a butterfly. (Butterflies have always been my favorites and we don’t get to see as many of them here as we used to see.)

Timely Observations Today I was sitting on a bench in downtown Walnut Creek, California, taking a pulse on humanity. There were happy couples, families, animals, friends and strangers, each with their destinations appearing to have a nice time. Lately, it feels like humanity has an irregular heartbeat. The energies are choppy and strange. I don’t know if it has to do with many of us Lightworkers becoming more sensitive and empathic. I have discussed this with some of my friends. I have observed some people being less sensitive to those around them with an attitude of, “I can do whatever I want to do!” without regard for nature or others around them. I find them fighting for parking spots, some courteously and others discourteously. “People are going one way or the other,” one friend remarked. Some of us feel like we need to retreat and nestle into the comfort of our homes. Yet when we go out again we see careless people plugged into their phones and devices walking across crosswalks clueless about a passing car or what is going on around them. They are distracted. The other day it occurred to me that “We should use technology but not let technology use us.” Atlantis fell due to the misuse of technology. At the soul level some of us remember the fiasco. It was one of the worst things that ever happened to the earth. Are we going to do it again? As technology progresses in the speed of nanoseconds and faster, are we losing more touch with humanity and what is going on around us. How do we respond to threats of billions of stolen passwords? What is behind this and are we so dependent upon the Internet and other forms of technology that we let it rule our lives? We love our smartphones but are they simply fulfilling our addictions to the need for instantaneous information? Once we get a fix of some information we need more. Are smartphones making us smarter or more stupid? Do stupid phones make us yearn to become smarter? There is a paradox going on and who knows where it will lead? In the spiritual think tanks of this era I wonder what is ahead. |

The Energies and the Issues Due to the awakening consciousness and expanding enlightenment the opposing forces are acting out. They know their time is running out so they are using the energies to perpetuate the darkness. Wars, killing, negativity, suffering, greed, and deceit are highlighted as we bring in more of the Light. It might appear from the media’s account that “We are going to hell in a hand basket,” however that is untrue. We are actually expanding the Light exponentially. The more Light that shines within us and on the planet the more our own shadows will appear. Have any of you felt stickiness when certain issues arise? One of the issues I have been thinking about lately is accusations. There is a lot to learn with this process. In particular, how does it feel to be falsely accused of something that you did not do? This is where whole victim issue surfaces. Our souls remember when we were accused falsely in other incarnations, perhaps killed, so this can raise an opportunity for healing. Sometimes it can be the smallest matter that one accuses another of doing. We have all done it. Let’s raise this one to a higher level of consciousness. Let’s own our parts in the play. Our technology is substantially more advanced than the devices that are present on the earth. This is not to brag but to reassure you that we can handle potential mishaps if they occur. You are precious to us and so is the planet. We have to be prepared for any potential circumstance. That is why we guard you and watch you closely. One of the areas in which we are most concerned is that of energy. You have outmoded and dangerous forms of energy that need to be remedied. This is a major scientific matter. Our scientists work with yours much to the bewilderment of some rational minds. We have special ways of implanting ideas as well as other means for offering our assistance. You are coming closer to the advent of new forms of energy that will make life on the earth healthier and appreciably more prosperous. In the future we will be giving you some clues about our direct guidance and how it impacts the planet. Please understand that we do our work at the request of our Creator. The earth has come a long way towards her health and wholeness. This applies to you also. We rely on our Lightworkers to be the catalysts for the work of creating a new earth. In Conclusion Our work is cut out for us. We have to keep holding the Light and looking at the big picture. | Dear Ground Crew,
At this time on the planet I find it helpful to focus on all of the good things in my life. The things I love to eat that sustain me, the friends and family I love dearly, my work and my clients, great works of art, animals, my kitty, plants, flowers, nature, the miracles of nature and all of the things that I take for granted are part of the gift of being present in a physical body on our beloved Mother Earth. There is so much for which to be grateful. Take a few minutes daily to realize the abundance of joyful experiences of love and special events that are constantly in our lives. Then if we go further and tune into our meditations and all of the wondrous Masters, guides, angels and archangels that constantly are with us we are in an even better state. We are not alone and we are clearly intended to follow the path Home with the help of all of the Light Realms and our Creator. Our Creator loves to keep creating and does so through us. Every day I pray to Prime Source “To help me, know see and love myself the way that He/She loves knows and sees me. Help me be the greatest co-creation with you that I can possibly be.” What is it that touches your heart? What brings you the most joy and satisfaction? Where do you focus your thoughts and energy? What makes your heart sing? What is it that you need to do to clear out the old energies that are preventing you from experiencing greater happiness and joy? As a child I learned this poem from Robert Louis Stevenson: “The world is so full of a number of things, I am sure we should all be as happy as kings.” Yes, the world is full of a number of things. It’s going to take a lot of Lightworkers to focus on the Light and blessings to assist each other and the earth to rise into higher consciousness. Even though there are beings on the planet who would like to hold us back once we decide where to focus and where we are going—into bliss, love, Light, harmony, peace, joy, abundance, co-operation and unity, there is no way that we can be stopped. We are the forces of Light, the Christed family, the warriors of truth, the pavers of a new way on a new earth. We are the ground crew. Meditation is even more wonderful with the new energies coming to us. We are being bathed in the most luxurious energies of Light I have ever felt since meditating for over 40 years. Last month I had a new being come to me. I felt his oneness and even saw the color of his skin. I had to ask who he was because it was a completely new energy. I am working with him daily and he is teaching me about healing and much more. I will channel him for you when the time is right. I want to be fully merged with his energy before I tell you who he is and share his teachings. He is as a totally unexpected powerful loving presence. The veils are lifting and this is why I believe that other special beings will be participating in our ascension. It takes the full participation of everyone working together to elevate our planet in consciousness. My little four year old granddaughter has a fantastic imagination. Children are amazing when it comes to playing and making up fun stuff. So let’s play; let’s pretend:

I am steady at the helm with the Earth Council as we progress with the earth’s ascension process. There are many needs and complex issues with which we must deal. The gateways continue to open and much progress is being made. We stand up for you; we work on your behalf. We monitor the flow of life and the many changes that take place. We observe your planet’s focus on world sporting events. We know that this intense focus is what you need to make to uplift the planet into the higher dimensions. Wouldn’t it be fantastic if your media would carry the news of what’s really happening? The ascension process of the earth is the greatest event of all creation. All of creation is focused on you while much of your populace is focusing on soccer or some other sport. It’s all in the name of the game. The large sporting events bring happiness to some who win and other feelings to those who lose. In this ascension game everyone wins. This is because everyone gets closer to Home and isn’t that what you focus on in sports? Some take their time and others like to overtake someone else home. It’s all okay with us. We continue to learn more about you and your priorities. While this is happening we focus on our work of assisting you and the earth to adjust to whatever earth changes are happening and the changing consciousness. Like your sporting events it takes a lot of teamwork from all of the different dimensions and players involved with the important tasks of the shift. We must continue to impress upon you the magnitude of our work. This includes the importance of what you do as ground crew. Much of your work is accomplished in the dream state. While we work in tandem we also ask you for your conscious continual focus on the world around you and how you can make it better. This could simply be through your thoughts but also includes the inner work and healing that you do. Every healing that you create is exponentially experienced by others. Your work is important. This is a massive effort to clean up the old ways of living and being on your planet. Please let go of what no longer serves you and anything that you can do to improve life on earth for yourself and others is what we are about. Living, loving and improving life on earth is a foundation of higher consciousness. Please use your gifts to find ways to serve. Every effort is appreciated and is a larger contribution than most of you realize. We love you and align with you for the highest good of all and of the earth. Healthy Cacao Some of you remember that I love the healthy chocolate that I have been eating for about four months now. In talking with another Lightworker the other day, I realized that one of the most important things that we need now is inspiration. We have a plethora of channeled messages through the Internet, some are more inspiring than others, yet inspiration tops the list. Some Lightworkers are feeling discouraged. Please don’t feel discouraged. We are at the apex of our crossroads from the lower fourth dimension to the higher fourth and higher. The dark forces would like you to think they are in control but they are incorrect. In my writings for the past 17 years or so on my website it has always been my intention to support Lightworkers and to keep us informed. Our work is important. Another wonderful and inspiring person who has been doing her work for about 40 years is Patricia Cota-Robles (http://www.eraofpeace.org). She just gave us a wonderful message on June 1: “I AM delighted to say that the Company of Heaven has revealed that with the monumental influxes of Light we have received from the Heavenly Realms in the form of Eclipses, Celestial Alignments, and Divine Intervention since the March Equinox miracles has taken place. After aeons of time the collective invocations of Awakened Humanity reached a critical mass during the Mystical Month of May which, indeed, created an unstoppable shift. This shift allowed the I AM Presence of every man, woman, and child on Earth to reach into the depths of the pockets of negativity recorded in each person’s etheric body, and to transmute those gross mutations back into Light with the most intensified frequencies of the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Violet Flame the World has ever known. “Saint Germain said those pockets of negative energy have been a major factor in blocking Humanity’s ability to experience Divine Love and to reconnect with our Mother God and the Divine Feminine since our fall from Grace on the continent of Lemuria aeons ago. I love doing my healing work and it is always a precious gift to receive feedback from others about how I have helped them. The other day a client came to see me after about 19 months. She told me that in our last session the first thing that I did was to send Light to her ovaries. She proudly told me that she got pregnant that night and that she now has a ten month old baby boy. I didn’t know she had been trying to get pregnant and didn’t remember sending the Light. Anyway, I wanted to share this delightful testimony and the new baby is a testimony to the power of the Light. Time continues to speed up. We are happiest if we stay in the NOW moment. This is the way we are intended to be. Being in the NOW moment will be our stronghold as we continue this spiraling upward process.

A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council Greetings, I am Mira. I am devoted to the earth’s ascension and therefore am working full time with the Earth Council. We are the overseers of the earth and life on the earth. It is a big job but we have help from many, many beings. Our Creator is in charge. We love you and love the earth. What happens on the earth affects all of creation. This is why you need our undivided attention. Some of you may be feeling like your situations are hopeless, like the earth is in such dire straits that she cannot pull out of it. This is far from the truth. There is more Light on the planet than ever before. Much of this Light is attributed to the Light weavers, you, the Light workers, who allow the Light to be transmuted through you. We realize that you are striving for Heaven on Earth, in order to co-create these energies there is much that has to be transmuted. Even though most of you are prepared you have little idea about how these higher energies will affect your bodies. Your hearts hold the dearest energies of love and Light yet the physical bodies still are being prepared. Please do whatever you can to lighten up and to do the very best that you can for your bodies. Many of you are actually reversing aging and getting younger. The Light can do this when you truly open up to it. Lots of good thoughts, meditation, prayer, healing, rest, good food and lots of water also affect the cells positively. Mindfulness is important. Many bold new steps are being taken by all of us in whatever our capacity. This includes you! As you pave the way into the new frontier of living in the higher dimensions you must be bold in what you say, think and do. You cannot take the easy way out thinking that you will be rescued from whatever ills are on the earth or within you. We can help you and guide you but we rely on your consciousness for the transformation. We are multi-dimensional beings; life is truly multi-dimensional. You are living in the time of miracles. As you advance the miracles of creation will increase. Pay attention and be grateful and acknowledge the miracles that come in your lives. These new manifestations are practice for what it is like to live in higher dimensions when all one has to do is think something into being. We spend a lot of our energy on watching what is percolating within the consiousness of humanity. We see how consciousness is impacted by those who would rather distract you from the path of enlightenment. This way they can continue to control humanity. But the Lightworkers are different. Every choice that you make towards higher consciousness has an exponential impact on the rest of humanity. This is how important your thoughts are as Lightworkers. We also use our technology to monitor the earth and where help could be necessary. We have the ability to actually look within the earth and see and feel what the earth is feeling. We can also tell when the earth is getting ready to release negative energies far before events occur. We use this information to stabilize energies or prepare for certainties before the release of energies. It is the Creator’s intention and the earth’s intention to protect life as much as possible. Pallas Athene On June 4, in my Monthly Meeting with the Masters Class, we brought in the energies of Pallas Athene. She is the divine complement of the Maha Cohen. She clearly wanted to be with us. What we do in this class is go into a series of three deep meditations merging on the energies of the master with whom we are working. This was the first time in the ten years of my teaching this class that she has come to be with us. What I realized about her energies is that she is there to line up energies with people making sure that all is fair and free. She is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned. She bravely moves forward and works very hard. She is disciplined and wants to help us get to know us better. She knows her places and will be revealing more as the divine feminine comes forward with more healing. She helps with troubling emotions and troubling times. She also works with relationships. You can ask her for her assistance in meditation. Pallas Athene acts as a way shower and healer. She has a big role to place and will be in the forefront. She holds people accountable and wants to throw out old laws that no longer serve things or people. She has a big heart and is filled with love, compassion and strength. “Oh wayward ones please stay here and clean up our messes that you made. It’s a time of retribution and consistency. You must be unwavering in your commitment to right the wrong and to do no more harm. The earth is fragile and there I little room for mistakes. We are the witness and we want you to make improvements and better decisions. The veil is lifting and things will become more intense. You will be facing the errors of your ways. The divine plan is infallible. “You are living in a time of “the great awakening,’ the great unveiling. We will reveal ourselves when the Light is strong enough. You are parting ways with the third dimensions. Count your blessings. The new era is upon you. Revelations and secrets are about to unfold. Let go of your fears. Displaced energies will either align or go away. I want to sit at the banquet table with you. Life is a feast.” |

| Dear Ground Crew,
Are you breathing a sigh of relief since we made it through the eclipses from last month, the grand cross and all of the other events of late? When I took the Chinese astrology class on February 1, the teacher, Lu Ming, told us that the energies from 2013, the Year of the Snake, could continue until May 1. He mentioned what a strange year 2013 was and so the carryover has made it even more challenging for many of us. It’s all a blessing though. Have you noticed how all of your issues are up? The only thing we can do is move through them. I have been working on one major issue and have found something that I believed most of my life was a total lie. Everything already exists in the NOW moment in the quantum field. It’s all a matter of where we put our focus. In this higher dimension (the early stages of the fourth dimension) our thoughts are easily manifested. If we are unconscious of our thoughts we will continue to manifest things that we have always manifested. Paying attention to our thoughts is paramount. How are your bodies feeling? Are any of you feeling aches and pains? Do any of you feel the effects of the solar flares? When we have big solar flares they affect the earth’s’ magnetic fields as well as our own. Sometimes I feel their effects in my head and have to go lie down. It feels almost like you can’t think. On May 7, we had our Monthly Meeting with the Masters Class. We were honored with the master Hilliaron. He is a powerful healer. We all received peaceful and powerful healings from this beloved master. This is what he told me to write down and share: “People are coming to a turning point. Either they face the Light or many are leaving. Exploding Toilets I never thought I would write about this topic but I want everyone to know about something that happened to a friend of mine and me on Good Friday, April 18. My friend Mike and I went for a three mile walk around a lovely reservoir near here (The San Francisco bay area). It was a warm day. I had a session in 15 minutes when we finished the walk. Since I was hot and thirsty I decided to go get my favorite boba teas (honey jasmine green tea with tapioca pearls, also known as bubble tea). I walked into the little café and there was Mike. He ordered me a tea and I went into the bathroom. I walked out of the bathroom after turning out the light. Mike decided to use the restroom too. He went in and turned on the light. All of a sudden we heard a loud explosion. I opened the bathroom door to see if he was all right. The whole toilet had exploded. There was water all around. The front of the tank had blown across the room and other pieces of the toilet were scattered around. Fortunately Mike was unhurt. Had he been in front of the toilet he could have been severely injured or killed. If I had been sitting on the toilet at the time I probably would have lost my incarnation. I could just see how funny they would think it was on the other side if I had passed away due to an exploding toilet. Mike and I hugged each other feeling grateful that we were only shaken up by the event. I ran off to see my client. That night we went to a talk. The speaker was discussing how he didn’t believe in luck. Mike raised his hand and discussed what had happened that day with the toilet. He gave the speaker something to think about. There was a man in the audience who mentioned he had heard of exploding toilets. He suggested googling “exploding toilets” so when I got home I did. It turns out that “Just when you thought it was safe to flush your toilet, more than 350,000 more flushing systems were added to the 2.3 million already recalled in 2012 after hundreds of incidents. “The original recall included Flushmate III Pressure Assist flushing systems that were put in toilet tanks nationwide between 1997 and Feb 2008. Now, the recall includes those made between March 2008 and June 2009. The flushing systems can break and release pressure that can cause toilet tanks to break. “Flushmate units were sold at Home Depot, Lowes as well as at plumbing supply stores. They either were purchased separately or came with toilets made by American Standard, Crane, Ecotech, Eljer, Gerber, Kohler, Mancesa, Mansfield, Orion, St. Thomas, Universal Rundle, Vitra, Vitromex and Western Pottery. “You can determine whether you have a recalled Flushmate by looking for the date code on the top of the unit. The first six numbers of the serial number represent the date of manufacture, with the last two digits representing the year. “If you believe you have one of the recalled units, you are asked to turn off the water to the tank and flush the toilet. A free repair kit will be provided by Flushmate. This was one of the strangest things I have ever experienced. I pray this never happens to any of you. The earth is a strange place. These days things are quite chaotic and we need to take care of ourselves, be strong, and grounded. As most of you know the media is controlled by a handful of people. It is filled with fear based stories of suffering, pain, lies and mind control. It has become clear to me that Lightworkers need to infuse “Media Light” to the situation. Please send Media Light to the media. This is an area of the utmost importance to clear on the planet right now. Let’s do it. Last night I dreamed we were having Parades of Light all around the planet. What would a Parade of Light be? It would be parades of people practicing love and Light, art, beauty, peace, joy or whatever is Light filled activity. I could see these parades of Light happening everywhere. In my dream I was thinking about how to organize such events even down to getting parade permits. I was thinking about how much it would cost to organize these parades. We were also working on getting people unstuck. How about it ground crew? We are of the Light Brigade. How about us creating Light parades? |

A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council Greetings I am Mira. I am still fully dedicated to working with the Earth Council and the earth’s ascension process. We give you a big hug from our Council and from the Light Realms. You have little idea about how much you are working with us in the Light Realms and on our ships at night in your dreams. We counsel you and you work with us together as a team. You come and go and we enjoy our times with you. This coming and going is a part of getting to know each other and understanding what is needed for your ascension. These vast changes can create troubling times for many. We understand that some are challenged greatly not knowing where to place their next step. The uncertainties are part of the learning process of living and trusting in the now moment. This requires faith and skill and the deep inner knowingness that all will work out according to the Divine Plan. The integration of these new energies requires quietness and rest. Looking outside for the answers can help but for the most part you will have to learn from within. There is a unification process that is going on where you will begin to understand that every living being on the planet is releasing that which is illusory to find a harmonious way of life on the New Earth. Most people “know” that things are changing but are not as aware as our ground crew. You are the frontrunners of change. Often you get to face the issues before the rest of the populace. You stand out and agreed to be the way showers. Please recall that you signed up for this mission. You have been through other ascensions. This particular ascension of the earth is the most complicated and yet it has the greatest amount of help from all of creation. We look up to you. You are doing the work. Many of us come and go from the earth. Many of us are present with you. We have had to learn to fit in to do our jobs just like you have had to learn to fit in your entire lifetime. We understand it has taken a lot but think about how much you have learned. As the truth continues to be revealed the illusion will be stripped away. This will bring a new reality. It will generate peace, love, harmony, unity, heart, abundance and joy. You have a few more years of this chaos and then these higher frequencies will be anchored in. The template is already on the planet and we are working together to clear the old energies that no longer fit in the higher consciousness. Do the best you can.
