Dear Ground Crew, I pray that you are thriving during these transformative times. We signed up for this wild ride. We are in the process of creating Heaven on Earth. We have had a short reprieve from the solar flares from November; however, there is one right now. These flares can affect our moods along with many other things that I wrote about last month. The site has a box in the beginning of the site that tells you if there are solar flares and geomagnetic storms occurring. If you start to feel something in your body you might want to check with this site. Many of us are trying to figure out how to maneuver into the energies of the New Earth. In the past month I have gone to some classes with Sperry Andrews (www.theconnectioninstitute.org). Sperry had a near death experience at the age of four and when he awakened after seven hours of being unconscious he was in the state of oneness. All of his life he has been in this state and teaches people around the world “How to go into the void.” When one has the group experience of gazing to reach this reality it is like being in this void. I have found that it is possible to realize that we are all one in love; there is ego and egolessness; nothing we worry about really matters; we are form and formlessness; we are in constant motion, and many other things. It is possible to go back to this feeling after learning what it feels like to be in the oneness. It is an experience of living in the fifth dimension. The more we practice this feeling the more we are assisting the earth’s ascension. As many of you know, I am a voracious consumer and disseminator of information. It is one of my passions. On November 28, I heard Foster Gamble of the Thrive Movement talk. If you have not seen the “Thrive” Movie that he and his wife Kimberly produced, you should see it. (http://www.thrivemovement.com/)
Since the movie came out now over 30 million people have seen the movie. The Gambles are in the know. Their website is informative and has solutions for positive change on the planet. They are also hosting Thrive Together monthly on line teleconference calls that you can participate in if you make a donation to the site.
Foster discussed many topics. There is a lot going on with the shifting consciousness, our space brothers and sisters, our financial system (http://youtu.be/SROw5-p4AKY), new technology, and much more. They have a process using the toroidal to solve problems. It has proven to be highly effective and there are over 1,000 of these groups around the world.

We are constantly learning new truths. The secrets of the past are coming out. I feel the Bill Cosby revelations about his past abuse of women are a powerful metaphor for the decline of patriarchy. Think about what he represented on his popular weekly TV show. He was the comedic patriarchal father that we all admired. He amassed popularity, fame and fortune. The new truths about Cosby are shattering to many of us who held him to high standards. Now we are learning that perhaps it was all an act. Any time a powerful soul such as Bill Cosby is used in the limelight it is for higher purpose. Robin Williams was another great soul that filled our hearts with joy and laughter. In the big picture, he could have sacrificed himself to make us realize that depression and addictions should be given greater significance for the healing of the planet. Our collective hearts grieve the loss of these souls. Elvis Presley still lives on and Michael Jackson, both of whom also suffered from addictions, were big souls teaching humanity about love and compassion.

Mary Magdalene In my Monthly Meeting with the Masters Class last night we were blessed with Mary Magdalene’s presence. This is part of what she said: “There is a time table for new truths to be revealed and it is now. We want to re-unite with you. As first we will do so quietly to those are a part of our family. When we come we will engulf you with our love. Only those of a certain vibration will be able to recognize us. They will be activated. These energies will sweep the land. It will melt the hearts of many. You will remember. The conglomerates will break up (like the churches) for they will be in fear of the truth being discovered. Many will drop their cloaks and be seen/revealed for who they are (like reptilians, etc.). Their services will no longer be needed. They will have completed what they came to do. Then restoration will take place.” |

A Message from Mira from the Pleaidian High Council through Valerie Donner December 5, 2014 Greetings, I am Mira. I am pleased to tell you that as a full time member of the Earth Council progress is being made on the earth at an accelerated pace. Yes, the chaos can seem unnerving but it is serving a purpose. It is allowing for the upending of the old ways of being on the earth that no longer serve most of the planet. The future trajectory for the earth is service and goodness for all. We have a good understanding and pulse about the earth and humanity. We see humanity waking up at an accelerated rate. We are optimistic about this big shift that is being facilitated in a myriad of ways. All of who are working with the earth Council are devoted and dedicated to your ascension. We understand that the requirements are many and we know that you are up to the tasks at hand. We have faith and trust in your abilities. Some of your governments on the planet are still trying to enter in to space with the wrong intentions. They will be corrected and re-directed. We will not allow for their interference. They have been told and shown this so please understand that we are aware of potential miss-deeds. We love the earth and love you. Outside interference with the Divine Plan will not be tolerated. Some hard lessons may have to be learned by those who still believe they are in power. This is one of the biggest lessons that some of these beings will be taught. They seem to have to learn the hard way. We stand in unity with all of the space family who are participating in the earth’s ascension. They are many with various levels of expertise. We cover all of the areas and potentialities. We are experts at what we do. Our ground crew is also the very best. This is the greatest group of Light beings ever amassed for a planet’s ascension. We want you to know how much we appreciate your efforts. Most of you are as devoted and dedicated as we are and that is a fact. In Conclusion As 2014 comes to an end it feels like the next couple of years could be quite eventful. Waking up is one thing and letting go of the third dimension is another. Some people will be shocked at what they learn and others will be welcoming the truth. We are one big human family learning our lessons and experiencing what it is like to be on the earth. We have emotional bodies that can make our lives intense and sometimes harsh, yet we are all learning. It is important that we help each other in whatever way we can as we move into the oneness. Dear Ground Crew, This past week words can hardly explain how the recent full moon, eclipses, solar flares, time change and earth’s chaotic nodes (Tom Kenyon and the Hathors write about the chaotic nodes. www.tomkenyon.com) have impacted us. Some of us have had trouble sleeping, depression, crying sprees, feeling craziness, and fatigue, have had headaches and can’t think, and have felt out of sorts. We have been in the chaos while everyone else is trying to maneuver through the energies. Whatever longstanding issues you have could be placed right in front of you. You can’t escape from what needs to be corrected. Finish them. From January 1 this year until October 17, we had a total of eight solar flares. From October 23rd in one week we had six flares. On November 7, we had three M Class solar flares and one X Class flare within 24 hours! No wonder we are feeling discombobulated! The solar flares affect the earth’s electromagnetic and geomagnetic fields, which in turn affect the electromagnetic and geomagnetic fields of humans and the rest of life on the planet. Even Big Time Lightworkers (BTL) with whom I speak are saying “I never thought it would be this hard.” One of my BTL friends stopped by the other day. She had tried all of her meditation techniques, inspirational CD’s, prayers, healing energies on herself, spent time in nature, sat by water and was still messed up. I told her what was happening with the sun and that helped her understanding. She went home and took a nap. We are wondering when we will start feeling like ourselves again. Some people seem to be doing quite well. Lightworkers are doing much of the work for the rest of humanity. No wonder you are tired.

What to do when there are Solar Flares I googled “What to do when there are solar flares” and there isn’t anything there! Here are some suggestions:
On November 5, in my monthly Meeting with the Masters Class, the Master Hillarion gave us some information: “Solar flares are cracking open the codes within the earth and within humanity. They can be very challenging to assimilate. Ask for my help. The Lightworkers have the greatest challenge because they are transmitting the Light from Prime Source to the others on the earth. It makes for quite a display. Your bodies are extremely sensitive. You are Prime Source’s transmitters of Light Source. . . .You have the right to know. . . Solar flares are a gift of love; the power of the Almighty . . . The lessons will be repeated until they are learned. . . Take quiet time. Forget your earthly challenges. Wave the badge of courage with every step. You are magnificent beings and we need all of you. . . We are working on your brains. Eclipses are to help you see things differently. You will find you have new aptitudes, gifts and abilities. Abnormalities will be pointed out. Be adventurous and try new things. . . Most everyone is challenged right now.” |

A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council Greetings, I am Mira. I come from the Pleiadian High Council but for the past three years I have focused solely on the earth’s ascension progress. I greet you today with high regard and respect. We know what you are going through as your planet’s chaos accelerates. We are doing everything that we can to stabilize the earth and to hold things in as much balance as possible. You are dearly loved. Arrangements are being made to take some of the toxic load from the earth. This includes negative forces that no longer belong on the planet. Some of this has been ongoing but it will accelerate as necessary. The Clean-Up Committee is working overtime. The time is rapidly approaching when you will find surprise after surprise. Not only are the secrets coming out but you will find out how transparent other people are with their thoughts, words and behaviors. You will see through a glass darkly and bring Light where it is needed. New allegiances will be formed based on unified goals and intentions. This includes governments and other countries coming together. You have many enlightened beings in all forms of organizations, business, and governments who are waiting to come to the forefront to improve all aspects of life on the earth. Your old political systems are crumbling. They are antiquated systems that cannot with stand the higher vibrations of the earth. Those in the know realize this and many can feel their fleeting attempts to remain in charge. Expect more chaos in this area. In efforts to retain power and control it may seem as if the old guard is clamping down more on humanity. This is only because of their fear of change and fear of loss of power. The more effort they make to hold humanity in check the more fearful they are becoming. Please focus your future and that of the earth on the positive. Let go of the negative because your thoughts are more powerful than you can imagine. Every day your words and thoughts create your next manifestation. The now moment is the preferred was of being. Spend time doing your spiritual work, prayers, intentions, visualizations and meditations to hold the highest and most positive energies for the transformation of the earth. Remain in unity. The opportunities to be in separation are falling away. This is one of the keys to rising into higher consciousness. Coming together and working in cooperation is the lynchpin for living in the fifth dimension and higher. We are all helping you to create a new reality. Healthy Chocolate The healthy chocolate that I have been discussing for the past six months is really an antioxidant delivery system. In Conclusion We were born for these times. Each of us were specially selected to do the important work of creating Heaven on Earth. Most of us have been through the ascension process before on other planets. This is the first time that a planet will be going through an ascension process with life still on it. That is why we have to take it easy with our physical bodies. This is all new and so when the frequencies and energies come to us we get to see how we do. We came back from the future to change this now moment. We did not like what happened to the earth. We love the earth and want to see her through this big change. You are the best! Dear Ground Crew, The other day I sent out a notice that I would be having a new message for you today. In that notice I asked the following questions:
I want to thank all of you who responded to my query. Here are a few important responses to what is going on with us now: First response: “Yes dear, the energies have been VERY strong. I ALWAYS feel them, it’s been actually more than 19 years that I do so strongly, amongst other things. “But speaking of now, It has been harder than usual (never easy in my case) to wake and get up in the morning the whole past week. “I was told last Spring that I would soon wake up in a totally new reality and what is happening is that this reality makes less and less sense. Still struggling inside with the duality energies (regarding issues with my landlord in particular) but I know that it is me with me, the exterior being only the reflection of the inside, my own scenario and that I need to be the love and the light, the goddess that I am here and now for my reality to change. “Financially it has been difficult almost all my life so… “To your questions about extreme tiredness and funky feelings and stuff the answer is a big YES! Not fun. Not at all. Not new though, in my case. My inner strength has kept me afloat, alive, and I am grateful to be in body, as painful (not only physically) as it can be very often. “So, this reality IS fading out – not quickly enough if you ask me – and we asked to be patient with ourselves and with others, others being us…” Second response: “Lately I have been feeling tired and not sleeping well. Going through phases of feeling lonely and depressed. Some of this due to doubts that we will really see and feel heaven on earth in our lifetime. Especially when the news is all about greed, violence, and talks of more “boots on the ground”. “So, what do I do to overcome doubts and change my thinking? I remember what Benu (AA Gabriel) said – that it will happen in our lifetime. I also have been listening to Patty Cota-Robles CD “Return to Christ Consciousness” (Disc 2), which really helps me remember that it takes each one of us to become co-creators with Father/Mother God and make these wonderful shifts in ourselves and on Earth. We really can make a difference if we just TRUST, and care for each other.” One of my Lightworker friends said, “I’M TRUSTING, WE SHALL OVER COME, WE WILL MAKE IT THROUGH DEAD OR ALIVE, WE WILL MAKE IT !!! HA HA HA I HAVE SURRENDERED, WHAT THE HELL ELSE IS THERE TO DO !!!! LOL”

| Carl Boudreau, an astrologer, sent out a message about the Eclipses. He said “Retrograde Uranus is all over the place.”
I am not an astrologer but what I know is that Uranus is about “the awakener”. All of these energies are here to help us change and move forward to create a new “us.” “The Sun opposes retrograde Uranus: we are challenged to express our individuality in new, probably uncomfortable, unfamiliar ways. Alternatively, we are being asked to seriously reconsider the manner in which we express our individuality. The Moon occults retrograde Uranus: the ego tries to completely mask the Higher Mind or the Higher Self. It tries to overshadow the awareness of group needs and aspirations in favor of its own individualistic preferences and expectations. Within an hour of this occultation, the Sun, in its turn – our conscious, intentional, real-time self – overshadows the reflexive, pattern-bound ego. We are powerfully challenged to break new ground, emotionally, intellectually, behaviorally. In effect, there is open, energetic conflict, between the spontaneous and innovative Higher Mind and the pattern-bound ego. Our active personality, the Sun, is caught in the middle. What should guide our personal responses in the moment? The old patterns deeply imbedded in the ego or radically fresh impulses emanating forcefully from the higher mind? The strength of our connection with the Higher Mind will determine how messy this confrontation becomes. And it could get very messy. But the takeaway message here is that our social identity – that shifting mix of conscious intentional responses, unconscious patterning and flashes of higher insight – is given a good going over. Our identities will be scrambled. The peculiar mix of conflicting impulses, Freudian slips and ambivalent or ambiguous responses we that arise will take a long time to sort out. We will almost surely not be able to slip back into old patterns, partly because these patterns will have been demolished by Uranus, partly because the eclipses will set us back if we try. On the other hand, if we make the right choice, we will take a giant stride or two forward. The difference between those who accept the spiritual evolutionary impetus will find themselves that much farther ahead of those who resist it, who try to cling to a deteriorating status quo. I know we are talking about a Super Moon, a Blood Moon, etc., To me that only emphasizes the finality of this battle between the Higher Mind, as represented by Uranus, and the ego, represented by the Moon. The Moon will give this battle its best shot and if it loses, the loss will be all the more decisive. Also, finally, whatever else it does, all that retrograde Uranus vs. the Moon energy is bound to leave us shaken and overstimulated. Maybe even a little battered. Be prepared to apply some extra TLC to yourself and your friends. We’re all going to need it, IMO. It could take us awhile to regain our footing. On the macro-level, this eclipse could cause some VERY confusing headlines. There will be disturbing events whose meaning and implication is very far from clear. Given how thoroughly our motivational process will be shaken, both individually and collectively, it is very hard to predict how anyone will respond, in the near term or the short term. It will be at least as difficult to decide the future path of world events. A lot of very new stuff could start happening. It will certainly be a very confusing time with mixed signals all around. One of the great challenges we will face as a result of this eclipse will be to find clarity, for ourselves and for the world. That clarity will have to come in large part from our hope and our aspirations for the future. From our faith in ourselves and in the process. Not on any promises or guarantees. And that clarity will all but certainly come slowly.” |

Some More Thoughts One of the outcomes of these big shakeups could be the creation of community. Some people say they are looking for community and that they can no longer afford to live on their own. Is this partly what the fourth dimension is about—coming together in community and unity? We could begin to use our talents to help each other and not to feel so much like “each man/woman for his/her self”. That old theme seems outmoded, third dimensional. Maybe we are no longer supposed to do it by ourselves. Certainly keeping a strong spiritual practice is paramount. Staying grounded and centered is important along with regular meditation and prayer. Staying in the now moment and being mindful of our thoughts are valuable areas of focus. I don’t know about some of you but the best I feel is when I am meditating and living in the wondrous energies of the Light Realms. I sense that many of us who might be feeling “out of sorts” are in the process of shifting big issues on the planet. Eckhart Tolle says something to the effect that when you are feeling out of sorts you are transmuting energies exponentially for a lot of other beings.

Apollo We are also closer than ever to the Light Beings and the Light Realms. The veils are lifting and that is why beings like Apollo could come into my energy field. Let’s see what he has to tell us today: Greetings. I am Apollo. I am here to be of service to you and to provide a higher perspective for you. The first thing I want to talk about is your atmosphere. This means the atmosphere around the earth. Your scientists are not telling you much about it. They don’t even know what to do with the mess that has been created. We are concerned for many reasons about your atmosphere. The earth and life have been harmed by a myriad of technologies, pollution, thought forms, fear based living and bombardment of mind control activities, wars, radiation, and many negative energies. To say that your beautiful earth is contaminated is an understatement. As you know, as above so below, so the planet upon which you are living is completely disrupted right now. It has to do with the atmosphere along with all of the other astrological and planetary changes occurring. We send stabilizing energies to all of you. Ask us for more assistance when you feel on the edge of your nerves. Those of you who are on the spiritual path are even more sensitive to these bombardments. If you have been longtime meditators your nervous systems are like a razor’s edge, which is why some of you are choosing to remain in the background. Many are pulling back and spending alone time while riding through these challenging events. The earth is preparing for a great awakening. It saddens us to think about how far away the consciousness of the earth has drifted from its spiritual beginnings. The only way for the citizenry to maneuver through these changes is by re-activating and re-claiming their spiritual selves. This is especially true for those in the scientific areas. The energies that are coming now are conducive for people to become re-connected to the Creator. The pathway of Light will open the hearts to a new earth and a new way of living on the earth. The old has to be released on many, many levels. We love and care about you and want you to know that you are not alone. We helped create the Earth and we want to see her taken back into her original divine creation. You have some work to do and we will help you! I am Apollo. |

First, I would like to tell you everything about what is going on with our work with the Earth Council and all of the comings and goings on and around your planet. We are well aware of your desire for information as well as the need for support during these times of chaos and uncertainty. There is only so much that I can reveal because changes are happening constantly and the situation is complex. We work at the request of the Creator. We all have our jobs to do and so do you. We can only reveal what we are allowed to at the time. Please be patient as the divine plan unfolds. Take a look at your earth’s governments. Do you think for a minute that you are being given all of the information that you need to go about your daily lives? Of course not, they only tell you what they want you to know and most of it is false. There is the intention of instilling control and fear amongst the populace. This is not our intention. We are charged with making contact and spreading our love. We want you to know that we welcome the opportunity to become a part of your daily lives, to live and learn from each other in the oneness of life. This is our future. We have been around throughout eons of time. We are here on the planet along with other beings from other planets, galaxies and universes. Some of you may notice us or feel our energies to be “different.” We have to fit in like you do for many of our ground crew have felt they have had do to this all of their lives. You know that we monitor all conditions on the planet. We focus our energies where they are most needed. We are extremely busy right now and have called in additional help. We are employed where there are wars and fighting. We would end all conflict on the planet if this would be allowed. We cannot do this since humanity created this discordance it must learn its lessons to make the necessary changes. If necessary and things become so unstable that they are a threat to the survival of the earth, drastic measures will be taken. We have put various perpetrators on notice. We work with various beings all around the planet. We know what is going on and we are aware of their devious plans. On the more positive side, we celebrate with you every success, new wisdom, and healing that occurs on all levels. Each one gains a star and reward when peace, love and higher consciousness occur. When upliftment happens and people come to realize they are one and that they need to work together cooperatively we celebrate. You are making good progress. Right now it might appear that you are stuck in the mud but this is not so. You are just preparing to be spring-loaded into a higher way of living on beloved Mother Earth. In Conclusion It feels as if we are in the thick of it. Mercury went retrograde on October 4th until October 25th. We had the Lunar Eclipse on the 8th and will have a Solar Eclipse on the 23rd. We are being tested on all levels and are finding our new selves. Some of us didn’t think it would be this challenging, but what did we know? Years ago, Archangel Gabriel, (Benu channeled through Karen Cook), told us to make a list of 40 reasons that we love God. I came across my list the other day and understood now why Gabriel suggested this list. We need to stay in full of faith and remember that our Creator will get us through. These changes are being made for our highest good. Most of us don’t like change. This time feels particularly hard, like we have no hand rails to hold onto. As we squirm and wiggle through we must remember what the angels reminded me of on a license plate the other day: “gigglemor.” It came right when I needed to remember to laugh. We can’t take this all so seriously, even if it means we have to completely change our lives. I am with you, ground crew. This is part of my work to love and support you through these trying times. Dear Ground Crew, How have you been doing, ground crew? Have any of you been feeling fatigue, needing rest, forgetting words, feeling stupid, dizziness, varying emotions that can be intense, feeling sensitive, and aware of what no longer belongs on the earth? I mention this because we are still dealing with duality. This is one of the last vestiges of the third dimension. It can sneak up on us as we move farther into the fourth dimension. The fourth dimension is one of love and unity. Any time we face issues such as war, greed, hatred, corruption, abuse, separation (within self and with others), the illuminati, the taking away of our freedoms, lies and more lies, and environmental issues, lack of reverence of life, etc. we are still in the third dimension. These polarities show us how much we need to clear. I don’t know about you, but war seems like it doesn’t belong on Mother Earth any more. It feels like greed should be replaced with plenty for all. Corruption and abuse are being brought out along with many other dark deep secrets. I talk to our Creator constantly about the things I feel don’t belong here anymore. Perhaps this is one of our jobs as Lightworkers. We are here to shift the consciousness in whatever way our hearts tell us. Every day I feel blessed to be a part of the ground crew. I love meeting you and having all of the wonderful people of the Light in my life. Every day I am grateful to be in the lighting up of the planet. We have so much to be grateful for and we can fill our hearts with bountiful joy if we allow this to be our focus. This doesn’t mean that we put up with what is no longer serving us on the planet; it means that we can rise to the occasion and be a part of the change.

Apollo In June I told you that a new being is coming to me. I am excited to tell you that Apollo is the amazing being who came to me one night while I was meditating in my bed before going to sleep. All of us a sudden I started feeling this oneness. It felt like a loving, wonderful energy. I could see the color of his skin. It is darker than mine. As I basked in his energy I asked who he was and heard “Apollo.” I was somewhat familiar with Apollo but had to research more about this being. He was in Greece and Rome. He worked with the healers and the seers. I remembered knowing him in Delphi. I believe he was one of the first beings on the earth and that he cares deeply about our planet. There is much more to learn from him. I have been working with Apollo daily for the past three months. I feel he is ready now to talk with you: Greetings, I am Apollo: Please understand that some people might think they should worship me like a god but this is not true. I am connecting with this channel because I care. I have certain points of truth and other teachings that I think you might find helpful. I have a vested interest in the earth and what is occurring now. I have always kept in contact with this beloved planet. I helped anchor the original energies to the earth. I want to see the earth through her long awaited ascension process. Some would like to have their way and interfere with the Divine Plan. My message to them is: “You are not in charge.” There are higher beings overseeing the earth. You might think that you have power but soon you will be learning otherwise. The multitudes of Light beings both on and off the planet are working together in a strategic alliance that will forestall dark agendas. These words are truth. We mean what we say and we say what we mean. We have forces far beyond the knowledge of those who think they are in control. It is time for the earth and life on the earth to become free. This shift is to become the greatest story ever told. This is why all of creation is focused on the earth right now. It has already begun. On July 24, Apollo said: “Your government has made justifications for certain things that must stop. They will be given warnings like a slap on the hands but if that doesn’t work we will make the outcomes stronger. There will be landslides, political turmoil, and turmoil in all areas of government on the planet. We are the original rulers of the planet, the gods and goddess of the Light. We imprinted the values of love, Light and wellbeing on the earth. These codes and imprints are being re-activated and re-kindled for the betterment of humanity. We will impress upon your governments not to let things slip, for the goodness is being brought back and they must change or go their separate paths.” July 29, 2014: “. . . the earth’s inherent state is goodness. You are moving into that which the planet is becoming, goodness and goodwill. This is the earth’s inherent state and it is yours. There is an over sweeping energy that these frequencies will be registered on the earth. The stronger they become the more likely the infested ones who don’t believe in these qualities will become so uncomfortable they will leave. Put the squeeze on them for their departure. There are better places for the discordant ones and it is not the earth.”

Our mission is to use our expertise to assist the earth’s ascension. Currently we are on standby. This means that we are aware of the dangerous factors at work that could present disasters on the planet. Please realize that we are only telling you this to let you know that we are fully committed to your safety and protection. When we let you know that we are on standby we ask that you also pay attention to your surroundings. Please be fully aware that we need you to be alert, stay calm and quietly ready should we call upon you. If you are called upon you can serve in the best way that you feel you can be of service. You might be called into prayer, or feel that you need to work in groups or you might need to help others right where you live. Follow your heart’s guidance. These are precarious times on the planet. Discordant energies can interfere with peace in an instant. These disturbances are bubbling up. We can’t let them go unnoticed. It is part of the change that the earth is facing. Since December 21, 2012, the ascension momentum has been gradually increasing. It moves in waves and peaks. The consciousness has been expanding and as this occurs the planet becomes ready to receive more influx of love and Light. This expansion creates opposition and resistance from those who refuse to change. With every inbreath the earth takes there is an outbreath. Much needs to be released to make way for the new Lighter energies to renew and restore the earth and life on the earth. It is appalling what some of the opposing forces are attempting. We tell you that their tactics will do them no good. We are sorry that some have to learn the hard way. This is where we call upon our ground crew to generate more love and Light. Let your hearts open continually as you embrace the energies from our Creator. They are intended for all. It’s like some people who walk away from the dinner table and refuse to eat healthy food. The opposing forces refuse to receive the loving energies coming to the planet. They would rather bring in their toxic forces for the purpose of disturbing the Light forces. Please know that we know what to do. We have been through many ascensions on other planets. Some of these behaviors are predictable. We are a part of massive forces of Light. The Light will prevail. One More Healthy Chocolate Story Most of you know that I have been eating Healthy Chocolate for about the past four months. About three weeks ago I went to my ophthalmologist for my annual eye exam. Last year he told me that I was developing cataracts (“.5 to 1”) and that we would, “Talk about it next year.” Well, I was sitting in the chair talking about all of the antioxidants I had been eating while he was examining my eyes. I gave him a couple of pieces of chocolate. At the end of the exam he didn’t say anything so I had to ask him about my cataracts. “Just a trace,” he said. Instead of leaving his office getting ready to schedule cataract surgery, I left joyfully happy that my eyes had healed.

In Conclusion We are being helped in a myriad ways. We have little knowledge of all that is going on multi-dimensionally as we proceed on our ascension pathway. It is our job to be aware of where our energies can be employed. We are part of the “Greatest show on the Earth.” It feels to me as if many extra lines of Light beings are participating fully with us.
