Dear Ground Crew,

         Okay, dear Lightworkers, let’s get our heads on straight! We are in the Shift of all ages. We are going through intense changes. The world is a new world that we are creating. We are being forced to get unstuck. We are realigning our lives. We cannot hold onto the past for it no longer exists. We are living during a most exciting time. We are getting help from everywhere. We must be mindful of our thoughts. We are changing our ways. What we thought was truth is lies. We are creating new truth. We need to help each other. We need to let go of what is no longer serving us. We are stronger than we think. We are more powerful than we could have ever known. We are manifesting within the blink of an eye. This is a beautiful planet and you help make it that way. It’s time for unity. Fear is not real. We can’t pay attention to what the media is feeding us. There is a force of Light that is threading the way for positive change. The planet is getting more chaotic every day. There is nothing wimpy about the ground crew!

These are simply a few of my thoughts. In many ways I find myself happier than ever. Like many of you I have some challenges yet I am embracing them. In the San Francisco bay area we are in a housing crisis. The cost of property and rents are outrageous due to rich high tech people who can afford to pay high prices. (25% of people in this area make an average of $350,000 per year and middle class is considered $250,000 per year. 25% of people are at the poverty level.) Landlords are raising rents. I have been living in my place for almost 12 years and my landlord, who has been good about not raising my rent except once, is increasing it by $200 per month in July and another $150 in February 2016. This puts me in a financially challenging situation. What to do?

The part for which I am grateful is that I am purging books, clothes, shoes, files, and everything so that I can make room for the new. It feels good to get unstuck. Lightening up and letting go of old books that I love is acknowledging that I got the best from them. Clothes can be replaced. I heard recently that people wear an average of the same 11 outfits day in and day out. Why did I think I needed more?

In our third dimensional materialist world more used to be better. Now this thinking seems passé. I just read that governments internationally and locally used to believe in the concept of growth and now they are moving to taxes. They want to tax us for everything. Well, having too much clutter is old energy; it can drag us down and be taxing in its own way.

This is a time of transition. We are being forced to look at our lives, to clear out the old, to do this internally as well as externally. According to Jim Self in a 16 minute video, (youtube.comPlanetaryUpdateMay2015), due to magnetic changes the old vibrational frequencies have been removed from the earth bringing less stability both internally and externally as the world continues awakening. It brings different implications for our business, relationships and lives.

The imbalance of the world systems is being brought to the forefront. The magnetic fields are removing the old agreements with which we have been living. This is for our good. It includes our financial markets where big changes are expected so this all produces change that is coming to a breaking point. It stands to bring growth and prosperity to the masses. There is a transition of consciousness for each of us and how we choose to be in agreement. We can’t hold onto things like old baggage because our beliefs are no longer true. We need to lighten up and get rid of boxes.

The solar flares are affecting our electromagnetic and geomagnetic fields. The Master Hilarion told us in a channeling that I did earlier this year that the solar flares are affecting our consciousness. Now I understand what he means after hearing Jim Self explain the magnetics and how the old agreements no longer apply. It’s like we are clearing the slate.

         Everyone is making new choices whether we know it or not. A couple of my friends have the “C” word. One has colon “C” and the other breast “C”. Health challenges are helping some get unstuck and to realize the importance of taking care of the body. People are popping out of their bodies at young ages and across all age groups. Mother Earth is assisting some of her children to leave through natural disasters. All choices are honored. The earth needs to release negativity, toxicity, war energies, and old energies that are not in resonance with the higher frequencies.

Adapatability is the name of the game. The weather is forcing us to be adaptable. It’s intense and unpredictable on the entire planet. As part of the earth changes climate change can be chaotic and unnerving. We get to go with the flow. We are learning how powerful the earth can be when we witness and pray for the people of Nepal after the big earthquake a couple of weeks ago. There are other places on the planet where volcanos are becoming more active along with earthquakes. We have had a few swarms close to where I live in the last few days.

I feel that if we are connected to the earth and love the earth we will be protected. It’s important that we enjoy each day, stay positive and resourceful, that we live in love, watch our thoughts, connect with our favorite people, do what brings us joy, become part of the oneness, stay out of the chaos, reinvent our lives, laugh, heal, live in peace and harmony, get out in nature, take care of ourselves, eat well, and nurture and support ourselves and each other to the best of our abilities.

Dear Ground Crew,

         How are you feeling after the eclipse, red blood moon, Easter, Passover and the other energies that are helping resurrect issues and bringing them to the surface? It feels like grist for the mill to me. It seems as if daily I spend time clearing, clearing and clearing. On April 5, Apollo said: “Let’s put it straight forward. You are realizing now how uncomfortable it feels to be in separation in the third dimension. When you are in meditation you are in the fourth dimension where all feels wonderful. This is how you will be living. The contrast is intense because separation wants to be released. In order to ascend it has to go. We are here to help you because we know what you need. Remember the truth. Let go of the lies! See the old programs removed. So be it!”

The other day I was in a healing circle with several physicians and a couple other energy healers. The patient was stuck on something that she was worried about that could potentially damage a relationship with a relative. Although it was obvious to the group we could see how she was identified with this issue. It was a core fear. The issue prevented her from having peace.

Then I began to use the experience as a mirror. I am working on a core issue that I am choosing to clear completely. I believe it is part of my work as a Lightworker. I realized that my issue is a silly but real one to many. The belief in this issue is a total lie. It’s an old program that we learned about in the third dimension. It’s thoughts and beliefs that don’t belong to me. How could it have had so much power over me? Perhaps others would perceive me as having been stuck like the patient with whom I worked.

As we rise in consciousness we get a new perspective. We get to sample what it feels like not to be held back by any old tapes, remembrances or false ideas. Growing up in the third dimension many of us still have one foot in 3D where we have identified with feelings of low self-esteem, lack and limitation, feeling unlovable, fears of abandonment, fear of the future or fear of failure, just to mention a few. These issues seemed real because these are the programs that we lived with in order to shift this very Now Moment. This is our job as Lightworkers, to clear the slate of separation so that we can exponentially help many others with these core issues.

It’s time to get unstuck. Sometimes it can feel impossible to clear these well ingrained programs yet we are powerful beings. We have the tools we need to get unstuck. Here are some of the tools that we can use to clear:

      • Gathering in groups to share/clear/process what we are going through
      • Letting go and being done with the old tapes
      • Being open to new ways of living and being
      • Allowing ourselves to receive
      • Laughing away the past that was full of lies
      • By remembering: “The meek shall inherit the earth.”
      • Praying for divine clarity
      • By becoming open and creative in our lives
      • Realizing there are many solutions to our problems
      • By lightening up and not taking ourselves so seriously
      • By having faith and trust in our Creator
      • By helping each other and by not being afraid to ask for help
      • By loving and allowing

Other Observations

         For the healing of our body, mind, heart and soul we need to release our blockages. As I am writing this message today a good friend of mine is having surgery to release a blockage in her colon. She has fourth stage colon cancer. She is only 64. I have known her for almost 20 years. She is a powerful, bright and committed woman to helping heal the planet. She has been blocked for about as long as I have known her.

For some reason my friend has been unable to complete what she believes is her life purpose. She has not been able to get on track with her life’s work and cannot seem to figure it out. She considers this health challenge to be due to feeling off track.

The body is a metaphor. Her colon took on the blockage from a tumor that grew there. Most likely even physical surgery will not be able to clear the spiritual, mental and emotional blocks that resulted in the physical manifestation of this illness.

Dear Ground Crew,

         How are you doing? Inside I hear, “I thought you would never ask.” It seems like forever since I last wrote even though it’s been a mere month. Did we step on the accelerator of time and move forward with breakneck speed? Are we still on the earth or are we on the new earth? Where are we and what are are we doing? Where are we going and how are we going to get there?

We have many questions and perhaps a few answers. Everyone seems to be wondering. The weather is crazy. Here in California we are having record breaking warm weather while still in winter. We are in our fourth year of drought. It makes me feel uneasy and that it’s too dry for comfort. The east coast of the U.S. and middle parts of the U.S, are buried in cold snow and ice in unparalleled proportions. They must be wondering when it will end. It’s got to be uncomfortable for them.

Wherever we are on the planet we are living in the extremes. These extremes must be shaking people up. Wherever we go change is in our own back yards. A few people seem to be reacting crazily. Some drivers are “out of it” and ragefull. We must be cautious and aware of our surroundings and not let potential distractions take us off course. Stay conscious, ground crew.

Humans for the most part dislike change. Changing weather can be upsetting. Changing whatever has been a routine can be even more unnerving. The other day I was feeling unraveled by a change at the gym where I have been a member for over eight years. For the past three years I have been dancing three times a week (Nia for those of you who know about it.). Our instructor told us that her class was being cancelled so that would leave only one Nia class a week. I quickly determined that I would cancel my membership because the amount I was paying didn’t equate with a reasonable price per Nia class.

At first I was upset. When I was talking to a dear friend about it I had an epiphany. I realized that I was no longer in resonance with the energy of the gym. I began to get excited about giving my 30 days’ notice. I started thinking about the new places where I could dance and the new people I could meet. Suddenly, I saw a multitude of new opportunities.

The Light wants only the highest good for us. Vibrations and consciousness matter. Whether it is in relationship, work, where we work out or live, who or what is in our lives move and flow in accordance with us. We are in a divine process of change and the flow is a quick one. We need to be able to let go of our ruts and routines for something even better. Our Creator wants to give us everything.

In our traditional 3D way, some of us want to know “How much longer is this going on?” “When will it end?” “When will we become enlightened?” “When will ascension happen?” The questions are endless. From what I glean the next three years will be amazing. As we rise into the fifth dimensional consciousness our lives will become easier and we will receive support we have longed to have. We will find softer landing pads and new gifts and abilities. Our creativity will soar along with our manifesting abilities. Yes, we will need to be flexible and we won’t have to be fighting for what we want and need. It’s there waiting for us to receive.

As long as we focus on where we are going (like love, oneness and unity) and don’t buy into the fear mongering of the dark forces, we will do fine. They are afraid of us so we need to let them attempt to play out their schemes while rising above it. We should be focused on the Divine Plan and know that we are being held in our Creator’s hands and heart. Hold the Light, ground crew. That’s’ our job.

Dear Ground Crew,

         It is with gratitude that I write this message. For several weeks I had major technical problems with my computer. There were so many viruses and messed up situations that the whole hard drive had to be re-loaded. This is an example of Mercury in its most retrograde. Fortunately, it goes direct on the 11th. Therefore, I take nothing for granted when it comes to technology. Have you noticed how much these problems drain you and how dependent we are on their functioning? The stress of things not working can be too much. Have any of you ever felt like where you come from (not the earth) everything works? If you feel this way you know why it’s more stressful when things don’t work. It feels abnormal.

February is the month of love. What are you doing about love in your life? Do you love yourself and those around you? How open is your heart? Are you holding the energy of oneness in your heart? Can you feel the softer energy of this New Year in Chinese astrology—the year of the Wood Sheep? The energies from the Wood Horse Year of 2014 were intense. This year is supposed to be easier, more abundant, with potential changes going on in governments and banking to mention a few areas. Change is rampant but softer this year.

About a week ago a woman called me. She reminded me that about a year ago she “called me by mistake.” I vaguely remember telling her what I do (spiritual counseling, meditation, teaching, healing, readings). This time she called to tell me that her four and one half year old son is providing teachings that sound like the Gnostic teachings. She said, “He told me he is God.” I replied, “Well, he is God and so are the rest of us.” She asked if I knew of any support groups for parents of these kinds of kids. If you do know of a group like this please let me know. I would like to help this little boy and his mother. It sounds like this little prodigy came in with full remembrance of his work. He is doing God’s work and is helping others to awaken. She is filming her son’s teachings and I recommended they be place on youtube.

Have any of you heard about Nibiru being very close to the earth right now? We have been told for quite a while that they (the Annuiki) would be coming back. Do you believe or know if they are here? I have seen some recent videos that were taken at sunrise where it looks like there could be a bigger sun rising along with our regular sun. I also saw a video that showed a large object at the earth’s horizon that was supposedly blacked out by NASA. No, they wouldn’t do that would they?

It would be nice to get down to the truth. If Nibiru is back what are they planning on doing? They will find us quite different from when they were here before and enslaved the planet. I wonder if the awareness of them by the masses would prompt the need for disclosure. How will it all ever be explained?

We’ve been in the fog sometimes where I live in the San Francisco bay area. It’s been about 40 days since we have had any rain. We are expecting rain today. I pray it is a good soaking because the drought is quite bad. It feels strange to not have rain in the winter. This is the first time since they have kept records in the 1800’s that there was no rain in January. I know the weather is severe on the east coast of the U.S. and changing everywhere.

Last night in my Monthly Class with the Masters Class we worked with the Grandmothers and Mother Earth. Mother Earth said: “Pay attention to the Grandmothers for they have the pulse on the wind. I have needed extra tender loving care lately. The Grandmothers take good care of me. They are my shepherds. Custodianship is being turned over to you, the guardians. Please have no remorse for my situation. A lot is at stake. Some may have to pull up their things and move due to rushing waters and winds. Guidance will be given. It could happen fast. Learn to be flexible. The Grandmothers will tell you. Watch the birds and the animals. Nature will speak clearly and sometimes loudly if you don’t listen.”

As I was breathing with Mother Earth in my heart I could feel her take a big breath from within and expand on the outside. It felt like a big shift. I don’t know if this means a pole shift or something else. “I didn’t know I was so loved by the universe, is what I heard the earth say.” Although Mother earth loves all of her children I got the sense that she was embarrassed by some of her children and the way that she has been treated.
