Dear Ground Crew,

         First, I send my love and blessings to you and all of the millions of Lightworkers on the planet. It feels like we need all of the help that we can get these days. I am happy that we are connected, reaching out, taking back our power and stepping into our divine purpose on the planet.

Do any of you feel as if you are waiting for new assignments? It’s like being in the void and knowing one can’t go back and yet the future is completely unpredictable. Everything is changing and one can’t tell from moment to moment what is happening. I always say, ‘Follow the energy.” The energies are choppy and chaotic.

For the first time in 12 years I am re-scheduling my Mt. Shasta Retreat to the fall. Usually my “Heart of the Mountain Retreat” comes together easily and joyfully but this year is different. Some people said they were coming and changed their minds. It was a ping ponging that I had to pay attention to and left me with questioning the certainty of doing the retreat this summer.

Astrologically, it might have been an inappropriate time for the retreat, so for whatever reason I am going with the flow. We simply cannot expect anything to be the way it was and for good reason. Even if we don’t understand why a certain desire is not manifesting the universe has reasons for our highest good about where to be and what to do.

This is not fun for control freaks who want everything to be the way that it has been. If you are one of those you might as well let control go. One of my friends loves to go camping in the summer. She also has a serious health challenge that makes her traveling cumbersome. Twice she has had to be flexible about her camping due to rain and another’s illness. What are you going to do but understand the universe has your best interests at heart?

On June 30 Venus and Jupiter was the closest they have been together in 2,000 years. It was a convergence of the energies that were around at the time of the Christ. She presents an important overview of how we are shifting in our world and how we will be living in our truth and our hearts.

Are strange events occurring in your life? Are you feeling increasingly sensitive? Are you emotional? Feel indecisive? Have you been clearing and tidying up your surroundings? (The other day I went to Goodwill to drop off some items and there was a line in front of me.) It’s because we are lightening up. Are old friendships going away with new spiritual family friends coming into your life?

Have any of you had dreams where you are cognizant of fighting the dark forces? I have had some intense dreams where I was doing good for the planet and had to combat the dark. I think many of us are doing this work. In one dream I was helping children. I was with a group of people who were protecting me. In a short moment a dark being with red eyes shot me but I didn’t die. I turned into a tall angel and said to him, “I am an angel from heaven.” I poured a small vial of a clear liquid onto him and he vanished. See how afraid the dark is of the Light!

One of the most important things that Gordon points out is that the 50 main dark extraterrestrials were removed from the planet after 911. Other plans the cabal have had have been foiled too. They are slipping and sliding so we can project the Light in even more. Their days are ending so the more of us who work with the matrix of love that Gordon mentions plus any other lightwork that comes to you is the best we can do for the earth.

         My head is swelling with the amount of information that I could share with you. First, I just returned from spending time with Amma, the hugging saint. She is from India and hugs millions of people around the world. Fortunately, she has an ashram here in the San Francisco bay area where she comes twice a year.

Today she talked about the forces of darkness and the need to send prayers for peace to the mountains, rivers, lakes, everywhere on the planet. In meditation she had us visualize the petals of white flowers raining the peaceful energies. She mentioned potential cataclysmic disaster energy. Usually she does not talk like this according to those who follow her regularly.

This information tracks with what some scientists are telling us about potential earth changes. In fact, one scientist is predicting a five day window from June 1 to June 5 when a big event could occur. The Ring of Fire is awakening. He is watching the west coast of the U.S. where the Axial Seamount Volcano is located. This area has a shelf like the area in Indonesia where they had the big tsunami in 2004. This undersea volcano has not erupted for 300 or 400 years when many people lost their lives. It is 300 miles from the coast of Oregon. There was a 5.8 earthquake in the area on June 1. Sometimes they are messengers prior to big events. They seem to know when to leave.

Astrologically, with Saturn going retrograde June 15 for three months and the impending fourth blood moon the end of September, we are being catalyzed to into taking action. Since action is necessary we can’t drag our feet in resistance. We must step forward to stay in sync with change. We are receiving manifold support from the earth, planets, the Light Realms, and our Creator. It’s exciting.

We are learning to be in the now moment and to live with uncertainty. I like to call it “mastering the mystery.” Part of these times is about embracing the unknown. We are the co-creators of our New Earth. It’s what we came here to do. We are stepping more into our true roles. This will continue for the next seven years according to a Vedic astrologer.

There is a powerful grand new Light that arrived in April. The Vedic astrologer said it took over 9,000 years for this Light to get here. New portals of Light are opening around the planet. A huge portal opened in Nepal with the big earthquake. Another portal is supposed to be opening in Chile.

As Lightworkers it behooves us and the planet to work with the Light and the Matrix of Love. These energies can help shift the old patterns of darkness that need to be shed right now. The more we work with these energies the sooner we can co-create our New Earth. The divine plan is in action.

I hope you will get the book “The Transfiguration of the World,” by Gordon Davidson. He has a good pulse on what Lightworkers can do to help. The book is inspiring and invigorating for us to work with the new Light energies and frequencies. Towards this end, we are defeating the dark forces. They know this and know they are on their way out.

Every day I read a short chapter in this book. Yesterday I read about the “Key to the Unique Purpose of the Earth.” According to Gordon Davidson, “One of the factors in the Transfiguration is understanding the function of silica in the unfoldment of human consciousness on earth. Silica has certain transmitting properties because it can hold energy, and then release it in appropriate pulses to transmit information.

“It is the basis of the silicon chip which has transformed modern human life and communication. Earth itself also has a high percentage of silica/quartz in its geological makeup, and thus the planet as a whole has the capacity to receive and transmit energy.

“This is the key to its ultimate purpose, which is to be a receiving, storage and transmitting station for higher energies from many dimensions and galaxies and then transmitting these to the entire solar system and galaxy.

“Humanity is intended to develop the capacity to link with the galactic communications network through frequency attunement with the soul and higher spiritual contacts. . .”

He recommends that we use quartz crystals in our meditations and to purify our consciousness with compassion for all beings. We have big job, ground crew. We are connected to the Central Sun at the galactic core which is a portal to other worlds and dimensions and to the galaxy.

Dear Ground Crew,

         Okay, dear Lightworkers, let’s get our heads on straight! We are in the Shift of all ages. We are going through intense changes. The world is a new world that we are creating. We are being forced to get unstuck. We are realigning our lives. We cannot hold onto the past for it no longer exists. We are living during a most exciting time. We are getting help from everywhere. We must be mindful of our thoughts. We are changing our ways. What we thought was truth is lies. We are creating new truth. We need to help each other. We need to let go of what is no longer serving us. We are stronger than we think. We are more powerful than we could have ever known. We are manifesting within the blink of an eye. This is a beautiful planet and you help make it that way. It’s time for unity. Fear is not real. We can’t pay attention to what the media is feeding us. There is a force of Light that is threading the way for positive change. The planet is getting more chaotic every day. There is nothing wimpy about the ground crew!

These are simply a few of my thoughts. In many ways I find myself happier than ever. Like many of you I have some challenges yet I am embracing them. In the San Francisco bay area we are in a housing crisis. The cost of property and rents are outrageous due to rich high tech people who can afford to pay high prices. (25% of people in this area make an average of $350,000 per year and middle class is considered $250,000 per year. 25% of people are at the poverty level.) Landlords are raising rents. I have been living in my place for almost 12 years and my landlord, who has been good about not raising my rent except once, is increasing it by $200 per month in July and another $150 in February 2016. This puts me in a financially challenging situation. What to do?

The part for which I am grateful is that I am purging books, clothes, shoes, files, and everything so that I can make room for the new. It feels good to get unstuck. Lightening up and letting go of old books that I love is acknowledging that I got the best from them. Clothes can be replaced. I heard recently that people wear an average of the same 11 outfits day in and day out. Why did I think I needed more?

In our third dimensional materialist world more used to be better. Now this thinking seems passé. I just read that governments internationally and locally used to believe in the concept of growth and now they are moving to taxes. They want to tax us for everything. Well, having too much clutter is old energy; it can drag us down and be taxing in its own way.

This is a time of transition. We are being forced to look at our lives, to clear out the old, to do this internally as well as externally. According to Jim Self in a 16 minute video, (youtube.comPlanetaryUpdateMay2015), due to magnetic changes the old vibrational frequencies have been removed from the earth bringing less stability both internally and externally as the world continues awakening. It brings different implications for our business, relationships and lives.

The imbalance of the world systems is being brought to the forefront. The magnetic fields are removing the old agreements with which we have been living. This is for our good. It includes our financial markets where big changes are expected so this all produces change that is coming to a breaking point. It stands to bring growth and prosperity to the masses. There is a transition of consciousness for each of us and how we choose to be in agreement. We can’t hold onto things like old baggage because our beliefs are no longer true. We need to lighten up and get rid of boxes.

The solar flares are affecting our electromagnetic and geomagnetic fields. The Master Hilarion told us in a channeling that I did earlier this year that the solar flares are affecting our consciousness. Now I understand what he means after hearing Jim Self explain the magnetics and how the old agreements no longer apply. It’s like we are clearing the slate.

         Everyone is making new choices whether we know it or not. A couple of my friends have the “C” word. One has colon “C” and the other breast “C”. Health challenges are helping some get unstuck and to realize the importance of taking care of the body. People are popping out of their bodies at young ages and across all age groups. Mother Earth is assisting some of her children to leave through natural disasters. All choices are honored. The earth needs to release negativity, toxicity, war energies, and old energies that are not in resonance with the higher frequencies.

Adapatability is the name of the game. The weather is forcing us to be adaptable. It’s intense and unpredictable on the entire planet. As part of the earth changes climate change can be chaotic and unnerving. We get to go with the flow. We are learning how powerful the earth can be when we witness and pray for the people of Nepal after the big earthquake a couple of weeks ago. There are other places on the planet where volcanos are becoming more active along with earthquakes. We have had a few swarms close to where I live in the last few days.

I feel that if we are connected to the earth and love the earth we will be protected. It’s important that we enjoy each day, stay positive and resourceful, that we live in love, watch our thoughts, connect with our favorite people, do what brings us joy, become part of the oneness, stay out of the chaos, reinvent our lives, laugh, heal, live in peace and harmony, get out in nature, take care of ourselves, eat well, and nurture and support ourselves and each other to the best of our abilities.

Dear Ground Crew,

         How are you feeling after the eclipse, red blood moon, Easter, Passover and the other energies that are helping resurrect issues and bringing them to the surface? It feels like grist for the mill to me. It seems as if daily I spend time clearing, clearing and clearing. On April 5, Apollo said: “Let’s put it straight forward. You are realizing now how uncomfortable it feels to be in separation in the third dimension. When you are in meditation you are in the fourth dimension where all feels wonderful. This is how you will be living. The contrast is intense because separation wants to be released. In order to ascend it has to go. We are here to help you because we know what you need. Remember the truth. Let go of the lies! See the old programs removed. So be it!”

The other day I was in a healing circle with several physicians and a couple other energy healers. The patient was stuck on something that she was worried about that could potentially damage a relationship with a relative. Although it was obvious to the group we could see how she was identified with this issue. It was a core fear. The issue prevented her from having peace.

Then I began to use the experience as a mirror. I am working on a core issue that I am choosing to clear completely. I believe it is part of my work as a Lightworker. I realized that my issue is a silly but real one to many. The belief in this issue is a total lie. It’s an old program that we learned about in the third dimension. It’s thoughts and beliefs that don’t belong to me. How could it have had so much power over me? Perhaps others would perceive me as having been stuck like the patient with whom I worked.

As we rise in consciousness we get a new perspective. We get to sample what it feels like not to be held back by any old tapes, remembrances or false ideas. Growing up in the third dimension many of us still have one foot in 3D where we have identified with feelings of low self-esteem, lack and limitation, feeling unlovable, fears of abandonment, fear of the future or fear of failure, just to mention a few. These issues seemed real because these are the programs that we lived with in order to shift this very Now Moment. This is our job as Lightworkers, to clear the slate of separation so that we can exponentially help many others with these core issues.

It’s time to get unstuck. Sometimes it can feel impossible to clear these well ingrained programs yet we are powerful beings. We have the tools we need to get unstuck. Here are some of the tools that we can use to clear:

      • Gathering in groups to share/clear/process what we are going through
      • Letting go and being done with the old tapes
      • Being open to new ways of living and being
      • Allowing ourselves to receive
      • Laughing away the past that was full of lies
      • By remembering: “The meek shall inherit the earth.”
      • Praying for divine clarity
      • By becoming open and creative in our lives
      • Realizing there are many solutions to our problems
      • By lightening up and not taking ourselves so seriously
      • By having faith and trust in our Creator
      • By helping each other and by not being afraid to ask for help
      • By loving and allowing

Other Observations

         For the healing of our body, mind, heart and soul we need to release our blockages. As I am writing this message today a good friend of mine is having surgery to release a blockage in her colon. She has fourth stage colon cancer. She is only 64. I have known her for almost 20 years. She is a powerful, bright and committed woman to helping heal the planet. She has been blocked for about as long as I have known her.

For some reason my friend has been unable to complete what she believes is her life purpose. She has not been able to get on track with her life’s work and cannot seem to figure it out. She considers this health challenge to be due to feeling off track.

The body is a metaphor. Her colon took on the blockage from a tumor that grew there. Most likely even physical surgery will not be able to clear the spiritual, mental and emotional blocks that resulted in the physical manifestation of this illness.
