Straight From The Heart – September 7, 2013

Dear Ground Crew,

How are you doing with all of the chaotic energies? It has been intense hasn’t it? One of the things I learned from my recent Heart of the Mountain Retreat at Mt. Shasta is that you can’t expect things to be the way they used to be. I had to change my schedule around several times even though I had followed a similar schedule for the past 10 years.

The retreat was fantastic with people who were open hearted and connected from the beginning. We experienced the miracles of the mountain, nature, the Masters along with the joy of being together in this higher dimension. You can go to The Ground Crew Facebook page and see photos.

One of the gifts I am sharing with you is the following channeling that I did with St. Germain on the mountain. A special fun thing happened. One of the women rang a small Tibetan bowl before we went into meditation. When you read the channeling you will see where the bell rang again on its own thanks to the Master St. Germain.

Saint Germain Channeling August 24th 2013 Channeled by Valerie Donner on Mt. Shasta

Greetings I am Saint Germain. I am pleased to speak with you today. I have been waiting for you, and as you can see we have to speak at the most opportune time in the most appropriate place. I want to assure you that you are fully protected, watched over, loved, and cherished. I have my Violet Flame burning in the middle of the circle.

To begin with I would like to offer you the opportunity to take anything that is ready for transmutation in your lives and to place it in the center of the circle. Think it in; feel it in. (The bowl chimed on its own).

So many people have come to my mountain. They are seeking solace from the third dimensional fold. Some know they are on a spiritual quest. Some are more consciously on the spiritual quest than others. Because my mountain is sacred and spiritual we had to set up protection for the mountain.

Beloved ones you were intended to be here in this sacred space, not at Panther Meadows. This is place is more off the beaten track for us to speak for there is too much interference with my meadow. I do not want any of us to spend our precious moments together having to combat those seeking solace away from the third dimensional world. When you come to this sacred place you get a sampling of higher dimensional frequencies. There is some adjustment that must occur and there is an allowance for all to adjust and to adapt. It is special for us to be together in this auspicious location. I am deeply connected to the Lemurian realms as are you.

You are in the last vestiges of man’s false laws, power, rules and regulations. You know that I am also instrumental in changing these laws, particularly having to do with human freedom and rights. This is expressly what you were standing for together while gathering at the mountain.

It is your freedom and it is your right to walk your spiritual path wherever it leads you. It is incumbent for you to follow your heart, to express your authentic self and spiritual presence in your incarnation. It is God’s desire for you to do this; you can do it with ease and grace and yet some have to do it against all odds. It has not been an easy journey for most humans, especially our Lightworkers. But here you are and you know you have far more freedom than most countries on the planet, even though it appears that the dark forces are trying to take your freedom. As you know, my I AM America is the original governmental template for freedom and democracy. Even though it’s not fully applied at this time its divine intent is still going to be a model government when we get through with it.

I spend a lot of focus in Washington, DC. We will be happy to see the demise of such greed, power and lack of truth. These negative energies are on their way out and we know that you will be so pleased when the transformation occurs.

I’d like you to all go about your spiritual business and purpose. I’d like you to wear purple to remember me and to read books about me. I like it when you come together in gatherings such as this, where you can see the rainbows in the sky and the beautiful clouds passing by, where you can look each other in the eye and say “My, oh my”. This is a beautiful planet and you are beautiful people. You have hearts that will rule by love and you can throw away those steeples. For you won’t know religion; you’ll have no need for it. You will freely gather in your hearts and be all the happier you did it. You will come and go, drifting in the wind, flying in the sky, and come back home again.

We Masters can’t wait to see how happy you will be when you are with your space family. Yes, you’ll look at shooting stars and say, “Yes, I know what this is” – it’s a cause to give me a bit of a buzz. There is so much more waiting for you now. You are going to be so happy that you will bow. You will praise yourselves. You will bless the Earth. You are going to be transcending the third dimensional Earth. You are in the fourth and are rising higher but you still have to look out for the third and sometimes it’s a little sour.

But take each blessing and each lesson that you learn and regain your power so that all of it can return. It’s most important that you know yourselves, that you remember who you are and you’re not little elves. Well, some of you are connected with those beings both large and small. We know you like to play with them and the fairies and you can feel tall. You know you have little circles here and there, but to know your true self, to know that you are pure love and to expand upon the gifts you received from above is far beyond what you could’ve ever dreamed.

When you first jumped into your earth suit and first said, “Oh, my God where am I?” We know it hasn’t been easy and you were selected as the best, to be here to help all the rest. And for that you have worked and worked and worked hard. Some of you forgotten who you are and that’s not been the easiest part. But now beloveds, this is a sacred time, this is one of the reasons I like to make a rhyme. It’s kind of fun and perhaps you listen a little better. Maybe it drifts into your heart and sinks in to the letter; we’re down to the word; we’re up to the flame. We’re raising the spiral and bringing it back again.

So what can I tell you that you don’t already know? You were prepared for these times a long time ago. I know there’s sometimes suffering. I know there’s sometimes pain; people come in and out of your life again and again and again. You can’t be attached to what was before. It’s simply lost its value and purpose and there’s so much more. I would like you to open and play with beings like myself. We’re together. We know who you are and we stand with you for your ascension. It’s you we adore.

Let’s take all levels of consciousness and send Light to the dark. Let’s be grateful to them for showing us where we can enter in. Let’s bring in freedom to let that bell ring-that bell of liberty ring. Let’s pray for the sick, discouraged and those who don’t know a thing. Let’s rise to the occasion as the Earth makes her changes and as the weather expresses loudly, different ranges.

Let’s find time to play; let’s bring in the joy, for that is God’s purpose for you to remember that joy. Let’s pray for the heart openings, for the Earth to live like Lemuria-with far greater purpose and consciousness so it doesn’t get disturbed again. So beloveds, let’s pray for each other, for the heart of the Earth, for what she’s endured and for what she is worth, and for all of you because you are worth so much more. Let all of your abundance flow like never before.

Wear a little more purple, I pray for that. You can’t go wrong, you really can’t. Pray for your governments as they unfold, Syria, Egypt, for those are stories are still left to be told. Pray for the imbalanced, the sick and the poor, that the divine intervention will be there at their door. And pray for my mountain that I love so much. For she is sacred and I think you all know that.

So coming from the Light Realms, from the Masters, from the mountain, and from Lemuria, I bless you and thank you all for being here today. I am Saint Germain. I am blessed to be with you and speak to you always.

Solar Pole Shift

On August 7 NASA began reporting that the sun was having a pole shift somewhere between now and in the next four months. They said this happens every 11 years. The following day after reading the article had a personal session with my long term teacher Archangel Gabriel (www.benutoo.com) through full body channel Karen Cook. I asked him about the solar pole shift and he said that it only happens once every 2 million years. This is a big one. He said some people could handle it well especially if they stay connected to the Earth; others might be challenged; some could be suicidal. NASA reported that what is happening with the sun could affect the weather and radios. Gabriel said that either the scientists cannot see that far into the sun with their technology or that they might be afraid to tell us.

In any event, I felt it was important to tell you about this and to remind you that it could be a good idea to be prepared if the power goes out. That is always good advice.

Ships

We have been having a lot of ships in our area. I am including some beautiful photographs of them. I believe they are assisting us with things like the tectonic plates and assessing our situation. We had them last weekend all throughout the day and night. Yipeee! We love it!

A Channeled Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council
through Valerie Donner September 5, 2013

Greetings, I am Mira. As most of you know I am still serving full time on the Earth Council as the Earth moves closer to her ascension. There is much at stake these days and there are frayed nerves. The events that are occurring are monumental and we believe it is imperative that tensions not be provoked in the Middle East. We can tell you that as we survey the pulse of the American people as well as the rest of the world there is a desire for peace. We call forth lying down of the arms and a cessation of assaults against the people and life itself. It is truly a time to step up for what the people want not what those with military might want to invoke upon the populace for their own benefit. People must speak up loudly and begin to re-create the world in which they are choosing to live. The empowerment of the people is what is most important.

I am not advocating any type of uprising or tyranny. I am simply stating that if enough people make their wants known that those who rule with might and armament will find themselves disarmed. It is time that the people have their word.

There are numerous stressors and tensions within and upon the Earth that we are monitoring closely. We go to places where help is needed and watch over humanity and the Earth. We have the resources to assist with a myriad of things. Our Galactic forces are numerous. We have only the welfare of the Earth and life on the Earth in our hearts.

We suggest you lend your support to us by praying and meditating. Be the new leaders that you are intended to become. Hold in your hearts the energy of peace and love. This is partly how you will go about creating Heaven on Earth.

We must instill the importance of you working together as part of the forces of the Legions of Light. You are the ground crew and we count on you. Even if you are personally challenged for one reason or the other, we seek your assistance and your wise counsel that we glean from your consciousness and from working with you in the dream state. We need to know what is in your hearts and in your mind. Trust that what is in our mind is only for the highest universal good.

We have a lot to accomplish together in the next few years. We will stay with you as we begin to communicate more in our own ways and rekindle our old friendships. We love you and admire you for being a part of the ground crew. We will achieve our goals for the earth’s ascension as well as for yours.

I guess I have poured my heart out to you, ground crew. It is wonderful that we are such a part of the Light Realms and that we are receiving more support and evidence of these beings.

We have everything we need to make our ascension. We simply need to remember who we are and to stay on track with our purpose.
