| Dear Ground Crew,
Could it be that you are feeling the intensity of these changing energies? Are you looking more deeply at the news and feeling that it is off? Are you having multi-dimensional dreams? Do you have any unusual health challenges? Do you feel like it is almost time for our space family to face us? Does the material world feel like it is a runaway train? How unreal is the old reality feeling to you? Do you ever wish you had a magic wand that could help clean up the Earth? Are you looking for love and finding it in many more places? Does it appear that people are beginning to wake up? Does it break your heart to hear about radiation and acts of man’s inhumanity to man? If you answered “Yes” to at least three of these questions you are rising in consciousness. Yes, we are in the process of ascending. We can’t do it holding onto the past. We are doing it by assimilating Light. The Light is everywhere present and we can feel the love that is coming along with it. Today we are mourning the loss of Nelson Mandela. He was a profound Light on the planet for 95 years. As an Ascended Master, Mandela helped rid South Africa of apartheid. He was a world teacher of major importance. Can’t you just feel his presence (huge) from the other side looking down upon us? Did you know that there have been times on the Earth when it was so dark that there was only one soul here that kept the planet alive? It could have been someone like Mandela. Now we are assuredly in the multi-millions of ground crew here to usher in the new Earth, the age of Light. Today a beloved Lightworker from the Illinois area of the U.S. called me. She has had a meditation group of at least 14 people for 30 years. She wanted to know what we as Lightworkers should be focusing on now. I was so impressed with her longstanding meditation group I was almost speechless but told her I would make some suggestions:
These are a few simple suggestions for what we can do now. You can always add to the list. Take what you like and leave the rest. The other day I was driving on the freeway when something unusual happened. I saw a red-handled hammer come flying into my car and heard a big crash. I kept driving and waited until I got home to see the damage. The hammer was completely embedded in my right front headlight. The headlight was shattered and had to be replaced. Since I like to look at the big picture I went within to get meaning from the experience. How about “The darkness is getting caught up in the Light”? I feel so blessed not to have been injured or that my car was not damaged any place other than the headlight. We are protected. That’s why we still need to pay attention. People are kind of crazy this time of the year. There have been many accidents in this area. Have you noticed this in your area?

We are very close. We have expanded our mission according to circumstances on the Earth as well as around the Earth. I think you know what I mean. There is a lot that you are not being told right now. I cannot tell you much either for it is not my job. Soon you will begin to hear from others. Some of the communication will actually come from those who should have informed you in the first place. It is impossible to hide the truth now. We want you to know that we love you and have your best interests in mind. It is good that we are focused on you and you can reciprocate by focusing on us too. Not only does it make our jobs more enjoyable because we feel welcomed but it lets us know that you ready to meet us. We are busy coordinating and managing chaos to a large degree. We are working with massive teams and intelligence due to the hazardous conditions on your planet. We need humanity’s cooperation. We need you to be ready to make changes. The Earth is moving ahead with her plans for her ascension. The earth changes will continue regardless. The extreme weather conditions will also continue. Please remember that life as you have known it will not be the same. This is what last year was about. As you rise in consciousness and prepare to meet higher consciousness beings you need to make many internal changes. It could be exciting for you and exactly what you have been waiting for. Can you feel that something substantial is on its way? Always trust your intuition, not what you hear from some outside sources. You will be moving into a more natural state of being and doing. It is natural for you to know various things. You will be looking inwardly rather than having to rely on others like you have in the past. Your planet is spinning out of control and your time as you have known it is ceasing to exist. You will have little choice but to be in the present time. We understand that it is challenging for you to be told some of this, yet is it necessary to bring new truth and understanding. This is for your highest good. You will be compensated with great love and Light, healing and a sense of wellbeing in spite of what is going on around you. Stay grounded and reach up to skies and heaven above you. Let the Light come to you to activate your cells and consciousness in the quantum field of energy that some of you are beginning to understand. To further our mission and yours it is important that we learn to work together. We are your friends and family. We love you and have the utmost appreciation for you. | Dear Ground Crew,
The name of this section is “Straight from the Heart” so I am going to speak from my heart. I feel a lot of passion about what is going on and about what is not be told truthfully in the media. It is challenging to get a straight story but there is a lot on the Internet that makes one question what we are being told or not told. It seems to be unfolding like a science fiction novel with the potential life and future of the planet being at stake while most of humanity is still asleep. One of the saddest pieces of news is that there was another 7.3 earthquake off the coast of Fukushima on October 25. There is a complete blackout from the media regarding the consequences of this quake. Even before the quake occurred some of us were made aware that the Japanese were getting ready to move radioactive waste in a most dangerous way. There is some question as to where it was going to be moved. I read a headline of an article on the Internet with a scientist saying that “The Pacific Ocean could die within six years due to the radiation.” This was prior to the latest quake! As ground crew we cannot let this happen. We can pray and ask for divine intervention. We know that our space family cannot rescue us but we can also ask them for assistance. This is serious. Follow your heart with this one. Let your heart become one with the ocean. We are one with the ocean so send your Light and healing to bless the water and all of life. On October 12, Kymberlee Ruff and I attended a “Calling of the Nations with the Grandmothers to Bless the Waters” in Sonoma, California. There were several hundred beautiful Native Americans drumming, dancing, praying and singing in their special ceremony. The grandmothers prayed ancient prayers to the waters. The prayers touched my heart and felt familiar. Ninety year old Grandmother Agnes honored us with her presence. (Not all of the 13 grandmothers were there.) The grandmothers reminded us that the water is our body’s first medicine. They suggested that we talk to the water with kindness and love. Thank and bless the water we use every day. Water heals everywhere. They suggested that we bless the water in the toilet, in our bodies, the water we drink, etc. Did you know that water carries consciousness? Kymberlee Ruff will be doing a future posting about this gathering. It was an honor for me to be there and I thank her for inviting me. Still continuing on the topic of not getting the straight scoop, I want to mention the Comet ISON. There is some question as to whether ISON is a comet or some other type of craft (s). Upon looking with deep telescopic lenses, the comet has three parts. The part where they make it look like a comet appears to have been altered. The trajectory of the comet is also strange. Could it be the return of the Annuki? For instance, when ISON passed Mars it created a coma (halo) around Mars. Apparently ISON is not behaving like a normal comet. One man who was interviewed on the Internet said that he understood that the government shutdown and the closure of NASA were about ISON. (I have also heard there will be other government shutdowns.) This interview disappeared the next day after I heard it. Some are saying that the NASA shutdown was to shutdown NASA data. In addition, NASA is supposed to make a big announcement on November 13, the same day there will be a big drill for a power grid knockout on the east coast of the U.S. The government has been preparing for several months now for large scale events in the FEMA Region 3. There is much more that is going on right now and we need to be ready, awake and aware. Our spiritual practices are important. YouTube has information and so do other websites if you want to do further research. I simply needed to speak from my heart not to promote fear but to ask you to step into further service as a part of the ground crew.

A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council Greetings, I am Mira. I am still on assignment with the Earth Council. Our presence and concern for your wellbeing is our utmost concern at this time. The tides are rising and the risks are high. We are watching at all levels to assist the Earth and all of life. What is at stake is beyond reason. Make no mistake we are with you along with the Light Realms and your galactic family. What happens on the Earth affects all of life. The Earth is in need of assistance. We are here for you. As our Creator’s keepers of Light on the Earth you are being called into active Light Duty. We don’t mean that your tasks are unimportant we mean that they are most necessary. Each of you has a piece of a complicated puzzle. It is nearly 2014 of your Gregorian Earth Calendar. Plenty has occurred since December 21, 2012. Are you ready for even more? There will be a continuing focus on life beyond the Earth. This means there are openings and new truths to be told about our presence. The Earth can no longer be separate from the oneness of all of life. This truth will be told. There will be more activity with ships and other events. It has to happen for the safety of all life on the planet. Those who are involved are loving beings. You will be tested on not giving up your power to anyone. Your discernment in all aspects of life is important. The Light is paramount; this includes the Light within you, coming from you and that is all around you. It is a powerful tool that must be worked with. The universe is comprised of this Light and love. It is about creation itself. Your planet is surrounded with the greatest force of Light from all of creation; all eyes are upon you. We are holding the energy with your assistance for the transformation of your planet. The Earth wants to free herself from the encumbrances that have been holding back her ascension for a very long time. It is her time. The inner Earth beings are also a part of this energy. They have been holding the unconditional love that the Christ brought over 2,000 years ago. They are preparing for their own ascension along with you and the Earth. Set your struggles aside. Rise to the occasion. Elevate yourselves in thought, word and deed and become a part of the great unfolding back into the heart of the Creator. This is what ascension is about. It is about letting go and rising in consciousness in every way to remember and become your divine selves. We are sorry we cannot give you exact dates and details. As I said at the beginning there will be rising tides and rising emotions. Keep using your Light filters to see through the events that will present themselves. One of the noticeable factors with my clients recently is that many of them are in the process of choosing to understand and release lifelong issues that have plagued them. There seems to be an inner calling to understand the meaning and purpose of these issues and to be spiritually complete with them. Some of these people have suffered and limited themselves from their wounding. This current nudging could be from the soul’s yearning to be in the higher dimensions and to release fear, etc. |

We see much elevated consciousness. This is inspiring to us. We know that many of you are challenged yet each time you meet the challenge you are making bold new steps in your ascension process. There is no turning back. You can only move forward for your own benefit as well as for life on the Earth. Holding your dreams and hopes for a better way to live on the Earth is one of your jobs. You are the weavers of Light and a new life. It is important work and you must understand how your consciousness provides valuable exponential input. If you think that you are the only person with the challenges that you are facing you are misinformed. You are assisting many others as you heal from your issues. Please note the importance of your inner life and inner work. Behold there is a new day and a new way that you are creating on the planet! Let your imagination flow in terms of what you can create. Can you imagine an Earth where everyone has all they need? Can you imagine healthy happy people living for hundreds if not thousands of years? Can you envision a life without war? Can you fathom people doing what they love for work and loving what they do? Can you get a sense of what higher relationships could be like? There are numerous questions to ask. It is in the asking that you are creating. You are creating out of the unlimited instead of the limited. It is like looking at life on the Earth from the eyes of a child. Yes, you are the children of Light co-creating a light-filled planet. In times of heartache, challenge, uncertainty and surprise, let yourself pretend that you are a child looking at your situation from a new perspective. This is what it will take. This effort will unlock you from “We’ve always done it this way.” It will free you to uplift your thoughts and your own life into something magical and amazing. We observe the outdated thought forms and emotions on and around your planet. We can tell you that they no longer serve you. First you must be aware of what is serving you and what is not. Remember that it takes energy and thought to create. We are holding the energy for you to do your amazing work of new creation as you release the old. We surround you and the Earth with all of the higher Light codes and frequencies for you to grab a hold of so they can be anchored into you. This is what ascension and transformation is about. You have legions of helpers both on the Earth and surrounding the Earth. There are many gifted healers who have the ability to use their gifts for profound healing. In fact, there is a huge grid of Light that is supporting you for your healing pathway. You will have all of the tools that you need and you will be guided to those who can be of the most assistance. We recommend you spend time in prayer and meditation to participate consciously in the shift of consciousness. Invite your space family to be with you, the Ascended Masters, Archangels, angels, and your own team of guides, your entire support system. Our Creator is watching all of us as we free the Earth from the bondage of the past and move into a new present now time of Light and love. In Conclusion Even though change can be challenging and worrisome it is what we are all experiencing. Our bodies are changing, our minds and consciousness, our hearts and souls, and emotions are in a start of flux. We are increasingly becoming more sensitive and aware. This awareness is part of our rising consciousness and we need the sensitivity to ascend. The process that we are fully involved with is part of the unification process. If we only knew how precious we are and the Earth is to all of life we would be in awe. There is bountiful assistance surrounding us and helping us on every level. How are you doing with all of the chaotic energies? It has been intense hasn’t it? One of the things I learned from my recent Heart of the Mountain Retreat at Mt. Shasta is that you can’t expect things to be the way they used to be. I had to change my schedule around several times even though I had followed a similar schedule for the past 10 years. The retreat was fantastic with people who were open hearted and connected from the beginning. We experienced the miracles of the mountain, nature, the Masters along with the joy of being together in this higher dimension. You can go to The Ground Crew Facebook page and see photos. One of the gifts I am sharing with you is the following channeling that I did with St. Germain on the mountain. A special fun thing happened. Saint Germain Channeling August 24th 2013 Channeled by Valerie Donner on Mt. Shasta Greetings I am Saint Germain. I am pleased to speak with you today. I have been waiting for you, and as you can see we have to speak at the most opportune time in the most appropriate place. I want to assure you that you are fully protected, watched over, loved, and cherished. I have my Violet Flame burning in the middle of the circle. To begin with I would like to offer you the opportunity to take anything that is ready for transmutation in your lives and to place it in the center of the circle. Think it in; feel it in. (The bowl chimed on its own). So many people have come to my mountain. They are seeking solace from the third dimensional fold. Some know they are on a spiritual quest. Some are more consciously on the spiritual quest than others. Because my mountain is sacred and spiritual we had to set up protection for the mountain. Beloved ones you were intended to be here in this sacred space, not at Panther Meadows. This is place is more off the beaten track for us to speak for there is too much interference with my meadow. I do not want any of us to spend our precious moments together having to combat those seeking solace away from the third dimensional world. When you come to this sacred place you get a sampling of higher dimensional frequencies. There is some adjustment that must occur and there is an allowance for all to adjust and to adapt. It is special for us to be together in this auspicious location. I am deeply connected to the Lemurian realms as are you. You are in the last vestiges of man’s false laws, power, rules and regulations. You know that I am also instrumental in changing these laws, particularly having to do with human freedom and rights. This is expressly what you were standing for together while gathering at the mountain. It is your freedom and it is your right to walk your spiritual path wherever it leads you. It is incumbent for you to follow your heart, to express your authentic self and spiritual presence in your incarnation. It is God’s desire for you to do this; you can do it with ease and grace and yet some have to do it against all odds. It has not been an easy journey for most humans, especially our Lightworkers. But here you are and you know you have far more freedom than most countries on the planet, even though it appears that the dark forces are trying to take your freedom. As you know, my I AM America is the original governmental template for freedom and democracy. Even though it’s not fully applied at this time its divine intent is still going to be a model government when we get through with it. I spend a lot of focus in Washington, DC. We will be happy to see the demise of such greed, power and lack of truth. These negative energies are on their way out and we know that you will be so pleased when the transformation occurs.

Solar Pole Shift On August 7 NASA began reporting that the sun was having a pole shift somewhere between now and in the next four months. They said this happens every 11 years. The following day after reading the article had a personal session with my long term teacher Archangel Gabriel (www.benutoo.com) through full body channel Karen Cook. I asked him about the solar pole shift and he said that it only happens once every 2 million years. This is a big one. He said some people could handle it well especially if they stay connected to the Earth; others might be challenged; some could be suicidal. NASA reported that what is happening with the sun could affect the weather and radios. Gabriel said that either the scientists cannot see that far into the sun with their technology or that they might be afraid to tell us. In any event, I felt it was important to tell you about this and to remind you that it could be a good idea to be prepared if the power goes out. That is always good advice. |

A Channeled Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council
Greetings, I am Mira. As most of you know I am still serving full time on the Earth Council as the Earth moves closer to her ascension. There is much at stake these days and there are frayed nerves. The events that are occurring are monumental and we believe it is imperative that tensions not be provoked in the Middle East. We can tell you that as we survey the pulse of the American people as well as the rest of the world there is a desire for peace. We call forth lying down of the arms and a cessation of assaults against the people and life itself. It is truly a time to step up for what the people want not what those with military might want to invoke upon the populace for their own benefit. People must speak up loudly and begin to re-create the world in which they are choosing to live. The empowerment of the people is what is most important. I am not advocating any type of uprising or tyranny. I am simply stating that if enough people make their wants known that those who rule with might and armament will find themselves disarmed. It is time that the people have their word. There are numerous stressors and tensions within and upon the Earth that we are monitoring closely. We go to places where help is needed and watch over humanity and the Earth. We have the resources to assist with a myriad of things. Our Galactic forces are numerous. We have only the welfare of the Earth and life on the Earth in our hearts. We suggest you lend your support to us by praying and meditating. Be the new leaders that you are intended to become. Hold in your hearts the energy of peace and love. This is partly how you will go about creating Heaven on Earth. We must instill the importance of you working together as part of the forces of the Legions of Light. You are the ground crew and we count on you. Even if you are personally challenged for one reason or the other, we seek your assistance and your wise counsel that we glean from your consciousness and from working with you in the dream state. We need to know what is in your hearts and in your mind. Trust that what is in our mind is only for the highest universal good. We have a lot to accomplish together in the next few years.
