Well, if the earth isn’t rockin’ and rollin’ we are shakin’ and movin’ within. How’s that for starting with a blast???? With the earth changes, solar flares, mud slides, impending eclipses on the 15th and the 27th, and the grand cross from the 20th to the 23rd, we are getting astrological and planetary thrusts to move ahead with our lives in major ways. The month of April is supposed to be a challenging one for all of us.

         We little Lightworkers are sensitive to the earth and her changes. Some of us have been feeling exceptionally tired, sensitive, emotional, overwhelmed, blissed out, light-filled, fearful, and have been dealing with our fear-based issues in a big way. Everything that needs healing seems to be coming to the surface like our beloved Mother Earth. Every time we heal the old stuff we are moving forward on our ascension pathway and helping many others exponentially.

         Doing our inner work is pivotal to our ascension. In fact, I think the universe slows us down one way or the other to deal with what’s in front of us. By now, we know we have lots of help with solutions. Even though most of us have been on fast growth paths in this incarnation we still get to clean up the leftovers. This is the most critical time for our healing and for the planetary healing. This in incumbent upon us to get the help we need to release, let go and nurture ourselves into the higher fourth dimension and fifth. We are here to help each other through these transformative times.

         Have you noticed that foods you used to eat no longer agree with you? Aside from our increasing sensitivity and awareness of unhealthy foods, we are becoming more aware of what is not good for us. Our bodies speak loudly and even more loudly if we don’t listen. We need lots of good water, rest and nutritional support.

         I don’t know about you but my prayer list seems to be getting longer. Many people are faced with health challenges or are leaving their bodies. A Lightworker friend told me she has a friend in the funeral business and that they are adding staff like crazy due to so many people making their transitions. We need to hang in there ground crew. This show is too exciting to miss.

         Here in California the truth is coming out about corruption in the government. These truths will be coming out with greater frequency as the Light shines on the darkness. Can you feel the waves of truth riding the winds of change?

         On April 2, in our Mastery of Healing Class, Maitreya, and the planetary Christ (He was the one the Jesus channeled when he was here.), said the following:

         “You are not alone. We are with you. You are going to have to stand your ground. We know you are fantasizing about your new earth. This is how you create the new. You are busy letting go of the old. You are ready. It pleases us that you Lightworkers are so busy letting go. The sun rises and sets yet the sun too is different. You are going through immense challenges.

         “Touch the earth. Touch your heart with your hands. You are proceeding with your ascension according to the divine Plan. Upheaval has to occur to allow the wounds of the past to rise to enable you to make conscious statements for the future. What you put out is what you get back is true for everyone. A lot of people who have gotten away with things in the past will want to leave the planet. They are no longer welcome on the earth. They are not in resonance. Remember that Jesus did not have an easy time either when he was here.”

         Again, speaking about the Grand Cross, according to astrologers this is a time of breakdowns or breakthroughs. It is about radical change with Uranus forcing us to stop making excuses about what’s not working. Jupiter makes us look at forgiveness and all of this is about letting go of the lesson to become greater.

         In my healing work, I help people deeply at the heart and soul level to release core issues. Sometimes we need assistance when we are stuck so please remember that I can be of assistance.

         I am pleased to greet you today and to share some of what we are doing in the Earth Council. We are committed to making periodic reports to apprise you of our progress.

         There is a lot of progress at hand. We have added additional volunteers to assist with the process. Everyone wants to lend a hand. We know that some of you feel overwhelmed so we are bringing in extra help. Everyone loves you and loves the earth. We want only the best for you.

         We know that many of you feel blocked in some ways in terms of your desire for change on the planet. In some ways change is happening overnight. We see how quickly you can shift your thoughts and re-create. In other ways we know that you are increasingly aware of what needs to change. The Light is shining upon the dark far more than ever before. This dredges up areas of focus that speak to each of you. Some of you want to magically change the old self-serving ways with the sweep of a magic wand. In the future you will be able to do things like this. Right now what needs to change the most is being highlighted.

         There are many priorities that we are working on with the first being your safety. Our scientists are addressing the increasing earth changes. It is like the earth has to take some deep breaths to release. She doesn’t want her children to be harmed in any way but she also needs you to pay attention to what is going on around you. As a child your parents had to tell you not to step in front of a car and we feel like we have to remind you also to pay attention to the signs of change. It is always necessary to listen to your inner guidance. This need is urgent. If you feel a call to leave a place leave. We can’t do it all for you.

         There is a large influx of Light that is so powerful that it can be blinding for you at times. We say this is a time when you need to go within and let the Light touch your heart and every cell in your body. This allows the rising consciousness that comes with the Light to intergrate within you.

         Sweeping changes will be overhauling your old systems. We support this work for these old ways have not been serving you or the planet. This is all making way for us to appear before you and be with you in a closer connection. We are already with you but in not so obvious ways.

         As things continue to shift on the earth we drop ideas into your consciousness for how improvements can be made. We would like to see much more equality on the earth so know this is part of our focus. Changes are being made in this regard.

         You will have ample opportunities to participate in the restructuring of life on the earth. This is an important current of energy that is sweeping across the planet. There is a template for this already that is surrounding the planet. You have to tap into this consciousness in order to make the energies accessible and so that they can be anchored into the new earth.

         We will have new assignments coming to you as we continue to progress with the ascension process. For right now we ask that you remain positive and that you help each other along the way.

         We are all a part of a massive team of beings who have only your best interests in our hearts. We love you and encourage you to stay on track with your work for much progress is being made.

Nurture Yourself with Healthy Chocolate

         The Mayan Calendar told us that on December 21, 2012 that life as we have known it would change. From this perspective how has it changed? For one, the weather is unusual. Here in the U.S. the eastern half of the country is with record breaking cold and snow. The western U.S. is in a serious drought. These unusual weather patterns apply around the planet.

         We can’t expect things to be the way they were, can we? Whether it is business, relationships, finances, food, water, time, war, our priorities, businesses, real estate, our jobs or roles as Lightworkers, transparency, the sun, our bodies, sleep, governments, where we live, or even having the knowledge that 56 people own 46 percent of the money on the planet. The truth is coming out and it cannot be stopped

         In a gathering on March 6, with Foster and Kimberly Gamble from the Thrive movement (http://www.thrivemovement.com/), I learned a lot of information. (Sometimes I think my head is swimming with all of the information that is in it. I keep learning and processing wondering how we are going to shift the planet.) One of the most important things is that we are actually in World War III but it is not with guns it is a financial war. The Gambles are optimistic that there will be some financial breakthroughs that will be mutually beneficial for the entire world. Wouldn’t that be lovely?

         From observing human behavior in my town and in the San Francisco bay area, it appears that some people are acting strangely. They either aren’t in their bodies, are overwhelmed with the chaos and the energies, or are so distracted that they don’t pay attention to what they are doing. It seems that there have been more traffic accidents and more people getting ill. How is it in where you live?

         Some of my Lightworker friends feel like they need solitude and that they don’t want to be out in the energies. What are you doing to stay grounded, centered and balanced? Are you sticking to your meditations and amplifying your prayers? Are you participating in creative activities, connecting with other Lightworkers, listening to music, or maybe watching more programs on the Internet?

         Perhaps these great challenges that we are all facing are moving us forward into the higher dimension. If we had it too easy we would just be blissed out and would drift away into the Higher Realms. We would forget that we have jobs to do NOW and that they are needed. The ascension could not happen without all of the millions of Lightworkers.

         Please remember this is an exciting time to be on the earth. It is what we have been groomed to be only we simply need to know our next steps. We have to hang in there for a few more years and then things will begin to settle down.

Greetings I am Mira:

         I think most of you know that I am serving on the Earth Council to assist the earth with the ascension process.

         We are your observers, your advocates, your teachers your friends. We are with you and have been with you from the beginning until the end. We help you in many different ways. We are with you in person and not just in the skies. We love it when you wave to our ships and welcome us with you hearts and smiles. This encourages us to connect with you further.

         Some of you are waiting for a “Big Event.” We know you are hoping it will be us coming en mass or that we will take away some of your lessons. Well, what I want to tell you about this is that you are in the “Big Event” now. It is the ascension process and if we were to come en mass or if you were in three days of darkness most of humanity could not handle it. You already know this but holding the energies for us to come or for other massive spiritual awakenings is still paramount. It is part of your jobs. I am asking you not to put your lives on hold but to continue to do your inner work and keep opening hour hearts. Continue to join with others in meditations and prayers for the planet. When you do this work it impacts the consciousness more than you know.

         There is goodness coming to you. It will ease some of the burdens and make big differences in your lives. It will free you and help remove fear. Fear is one of the biggest obstacles to your ascension and consciousness. This is why many of you are facing challenges in this area. Remember that fear is nonexistent in the higher dimensions.

We know your hearts and your beautiful faces. As ground crew you are welcome signs to us. Before your incarnations we planned together with you about how we would work together at this time. You will be stepping up the pace of your work. You will notice that there will be nudges for you to do something different or new. You will be guided to become more visible.

         Many of you are with us in your dreams. We are busy going around assessing what needs to be done. If you wake up tired you might have been in a long meeting with us deliberating what needs to be done in various places. See, we are already working together. You know who you are and we will get together with you in person when the consciousness is right.

         Continue being the sparkling Lights on the earth. You are making a huge difference just being the Light. Keep your eyes on the sky and your hearts open to each other. We are one.

Request for Help for Mt. Shasta

       Thousands of signatures are needed for this petition regarding Crystal Geyser (a big Japanese owned company) that wants to come in to take millions of gallons of water from the aquifers just above the headwaters of the Sacramento River in Mt. Shasta. This petition asks for an environmental impact study before this project moves forward.

       If you love and care about Mt. Shasta and the sacred waters, please sign this and get others to do likewise. They need thousands of signatures before March 20th. The signatures can be continued after the 20th too.

Financial Thoughts

         It appears that many people are financially challenged. A client recommended a good book about money. It is called “A Happy Pocket Full of Money” by David Cameron Gikandi. I am reading it and it is fun to read.

       We are suffering from financial imbalance on the planet so it is incumbent upon us to clear this issue. That fact that so much money is in the hands of the few reflects the need for a redistribution of funds. There is plenty of money for everyone. I can’t wait for power and greed to be in the Hall of Records of what earth used to be like.

In Conclusion

         Life is becoming more chaotic and people are behaving strangely. We need to stay compassionate and positive as we hold the Light for our ascension process. We are in the majority now. We need to stay focused on this truth. Remember to stay in the NOW.

          How are you doing during these hyped up out of sync times? The energies are strange. We had the end of the Chinese Year of the Snake on Friday, January 31. That was a negative kind of day for some of us. Yesterday I noticed that some people weren’t paying attention when driving. One has to be very attentive to what one is doing.

         We are in a major drought on the west coast of the U.S. It is the worst drought in about 500 years. Some are saying this is a geo engineered draught but I pray this is not so. I like to love and allow Mother Earth to do what she needs to do for her cleansing and healing. Right now we are having some much needed rain but it will take a lot more to sustain us.

          Speaking of Chinese New Year, I attended a three hour talk on February 1, (2014/4712) in the beginning of the Chinese year of the Wood Horse. The speaker’s name is Liu Ming (http://www.dayuancircle.com/). The Chinese Zodiac Animal Astrology is over 8,000 years old and is based on a “history that is incalculable. Many methods of divination/calculation exist in that tradition; some are planetary and others simply mathematical . . . it’s the cycle of Celestial Stems based on yin/yang and the 5 elements, and the earthly branches (12 animals). . .This system is used to count/designate a 60 and 120 cycles of hours, days, months and years for the traditional Chinese almanac/calendar.”

          The system with the animals relate to the year animal so if you are a dog you get along well with horses, for example. Basically what Liu Ming said about this year is: This is a year for friendship, especially old friends helping each other; not too much is going to happen this year; we are still integrating last year’s snake energy that was weird; it’s a time to get new training and education; good time for starting new businesses especially with young people; this is a year about youth because the horse is wild and needs taming so parents might have some challenges with wild children this year; it’s not necessarily a year for romance because in the Chinese zodiac Horse is not romantic and often feels completely happy on its own; “old fashioned banks will be dead in the water.”; injuries will be more common than illness although the first three months of this year there could be a lot of misdiagnoses; people could be going to quacks or looking for alternative healing; if you are a practitioner “Follow your practice guidelines impeccably.”; yoga and qigong will be very popular; spirituality will be found more in nature not in theology or church or temple; “small things will be accomplished but big projects will stagnate; new projects can flourish; continuity will be lax”; travel is good for insight; reinvent yourself; “the qi of the wood horse when shaped by wisdom and discipline matures into a profoundly capable and willing force for good.”

          We all know that the secrets are coming out, right? I was astounded to see what was called a “911 conspiracy theorist” take the microphone away from the Seattle Sea Hawks player Sherman when he was being interviewed after the Super Bowl. In front of millions of people the person said in 14 seconds something to the effect that “911 was an inside job from our government. Check it out.”

          I wonder if people in all walks of life are beginning to stop holding onto secrets after people like Snowden have inspired them to open up. Transparency is the name of the game. Some are even saying that sports events like the Super bowl are rigged. It’s all about money, isn’t it?

          I finished the book I recommended “The People’s Advocate” by attorney Daniel Sheehan. It’s 600 pages and I could not put it down. It spells out so much about what happened here in the U.S. with history making situations like Watergate, the Pentagon Papers, Karen Silkwood, The American Sanctuary Movement, the Iran Contra situation, and many more. It makes one more aware of what is going on now and how we have been told many lies for a long time. The truth is really coming out and I admire brilliant Daniel Sheehan for his Light and the powerful caring he has for justice for the people.

          On February 5, in my Monthly Meeting with the Masters Class, I received the following message from Paul the Venetian (He is the Maha Cohan, of the Third Ray; the Flame of Cosmic Love. He also represents the office of the Holy Spirit for the Earth.):

      “Life is a paradox. It’s about seeing what’s real in the new world and what’s unreal in the old reality. . . It’s best not to label anyone for all are learning in their own way. It’s like planting seeds, watering them and letting them come up at different times in their own way. Each is connected with life and is growing. Some seeds that don’t sprout are eaten by the birds or other animals for each play a part. Sometimes the most obvious things you will find your had overlooked because you weren’t ready to know. It depends upon you. Everyone has to find their place where they fit and there can be a lot of moving around. Pay close attention to the Earth and what she’s doing. She’s moving around. Use your eyes and your heart to see and hear. Use your intuition and what is at the forefront of your mind for this merits your attention. Every move you make and thought you think are significant. Behold! A new day is born!

      “. . . Look in front of you. There is a beautiful matrix. Each color and shape fit together as an art form. The heart is the core energy that feeds the rest of the design, colors, and energy. Frequency and design work together in the presentation. Behind it is divine intention for this is how the Creator works. It is purposeful and in its proper place. Enjoy the majesty of life. It is intended to be in balance and harmony. It will hold fast. You are completing an old cycle. New beauty awaits you. Your eyes have to be ready to see and your hearts ready to feel it.”

Greetings I am Mira:

         I greet you from the Earth Council, my continual focus.

         We view you today with lots of thoughts, fears, uncertainties and judgments about your lives on the Earth. The destruction is vast as it makes way for the new. Hanging onto these fears to which I am referring, does you no good. It is best for you to surrender and let go. This is the essential ingredient necessary for you to move forward with ease and grace.

         These thought forms and emotions are being fed by an onslaught of devices that are divisive and as well as constructive. Little do you know the effect on your energy fields and your lives by being plugged into technology that is moving at faster breakneck speed. Think for a movement about what this might be doing to you, your lives and your brains. Your wellbeing is being invaded by something that you feel you cannot live without. You are becoming increasingly addicted to games and information. How are these situations contributing to your life?

         It is of the utmost importance that you dislodge yourselves from these devices for at least two hours a day to give yourselves a rest. The overstimulation from these devices plays havoc with your nervous systems. It is impacting your brains. What about the rest of your body and our electromagnetic fields? Overall, we know that you love this technology yet we implore you to become more aware about how you are being impacted by such addictions. The desire for more and more information feeds a certain part of the brain but overwhelms other parts. The pace is speeding up.

         When combined with all of the energy that is coming to the Earth right now from the Higher Realms it is too much to integrate. We are speaking to the ground crew who has to be ready and capable of receiving information from us, the Light Realms, and from within. How are you going to do this if you are constantly distracted?

         The huge influx of Light that is being gifted to the Earth and to you needs to be worked with so please think about this as you more consciously can use your time. It is necessary to achieve greater balance with all that would draw your energy.

         We are intending to make you more aware of your focus. We are not judging you. We want to help you learn the appropriate use of technology and how it can best serve you. This is part of how we can help you.

         Our technology is far more advanced than what you can imagine. It is important in our lives yet is contains a different vibration that is in harmony with our energy fields. This is something that needs to be taken into consideration for your lives to be healthy. It will be a part of your continual advancement into a more conscious higher dimensional civilization.

         Many of your scientists and technologists have already invented devices that will be more aligned with the new vibrations of your changing bodies and lives. The gateway for this truth is opening. It is part of higher consciousness that makes the appropriate energies available and will not be able to be kept from the populace much longer. We align with you for this to happen. We will be there to assist you as you adapt to changing needs and conditions.

         Happy New Year! This year 2014 portends to be a big one according to the energies I am feeling along with what the astrologers are telling us. It is exciting because so much is happening with our consciousness, the Light and the truth. Let it all come out!

         This is the year of the Light. As Lightworkers we are being called into the front lines. We will need to use all of our tools to help heal the earth and the rest of life. There are millions of Lightworkers on the planet weaving the Light through themselves and the planet. We are taking up our Light sabers to direct the most amount of Light to the places that have the least. There are plenty of places that need our Light.

         I recently had the privilege of listening to Daniel Sheehan speak. Danny, as he is called, has had a 40 year career as a civil rights attorney and was involved with the Pentagon Papers, Watergate, the Karen Silkwood case, and many others. While at Harvard College before he went to Harvard Law School, he took a Government Class taught by Henry Kissinger and this is what Kissinger said:

         “If there is anyone here among you who believes that a nation-state, such as the United States, is not authorized to lie, cheat, steal, and kill to gain access to the strategic raw materials that belong to other nations that our leaders have determined to be necessary to advance the national security of our nation and to promote the economic interests of our nation and our nation’s business, then that person should not enroll in this class.” (I highly recommend this book: “The People’s Advocate, The Life and History of America’s most Fearless Public Interest Lawyer,” Daniel Sheehan).

         Our Light is needed everywhere. If you just think about the consciousness or lack thereof from the Kissinger statement in the sixties and why we are in some of the global predicaments we are in today, you can understand why this is not a perfect world. It is up to us to shed Light on these separations to change the planet. When reflected upon it can seem overwhelming yet we must remain confident that there is a divine plan. Our imperfections will not be healed overnight but they will be healed. Our Light is the most powerful factor on the planet along with our love.

         Kymberlee Ruff recommended this song by Ellie Goulding on YouTube: Lights. It has had over 62,000,000 hits on YouTube and it’s all about the Lights. I suggest you listen to it.

         I also had the honor of attending a San Francisco Tesla Society meeting the other night. I got to sit at the same table as Foster Gamble of the “Thrive Movie” (www.thrivemovement.com). Foster is positive about 2014 and the good things that will be happening. I am inspired by many of these brilliant minds in attendance at this meeting who have been advocating for change on our planet for many years. Some examples of these remarkable people are: Barbara Honnegger who recently did a video called “Behind the Smoke Curtain, What Happened at The Pentagon on 9/11, and What Didn’t, and Why it Matters.” Barbara has been researching this for the past 13 years. She has been involved in politics with Washington, D.C. for many years. Richard Gage is from the Architects and Engineers for 9/11 truth, which is a group of over 2,000 architects and engineers who expose the explosive evidences of Experts Speaking out about what really happened on 9/11 (www.AE911Truth.org). J.J. Hurtak of the Academy of future Science was present. He wrote the book “the Keys of Enoch.” In 1973 he was taken in his merkaba by Metatron and Enoch and was given a huge download of information. The purpose of this book is “. . . In preparation for the Brotherhood of Light to be delivered for the quickening of the ‘People of Light’.” There are many more illustrious beings who are serving the Light through this organization with their scientific knowledge and information.

         What have you been feeling lately? Are any of you fatigued? Do you feel like you need alone time? Are you having strange dreams? Do you see lights? Have you felt an incredible input of love over the past few weeks especially around the Solstice December 21, 2013? Do you feel intensely in your physical body like you have never felt before? Can you feel increased bliss and oneness? Do you have knowingness about the future? Are you working on being more in the now moment? Can you see through what the media are telling us and know the truth? Is your heart opening and expanding? Are you healing from the hurts of the past? Do you feel that you have new power and energy that is thrusting you out into the world to do more of your work? Are you heartbroken about the radiation from Fukumshima and what it is doing to all of life? Are you ready to take a solutions approach to what is occurring now instead of a powerless victim type of approach? Do you feel that disclosure is imminent? Have you been getting rid of a lot of things that you no longer need?

         You might be able to relate to these questions. I know there are many more. I posed them just so you understand you are not alone.

A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council

Greetings I am Mira:

         As you know I am still working with the Earth Council. This is my primary assignment and will be for some more earthly years.

         First, I want to assure you that we are real and present on the earth. We want to relieve any doubt of who we are, why we are here on the earth and what we are doing. Our mission is a big one although there are many other members from other star systems who are also assisting the earth.

         At the present there is a lot of chaos and that makes a matching need for peace and calm. We monitor these energies constantly. For some reason humans constantly surprise us with how they can get into trouble. The emergence of radiation from the country of Japan is an additional problem. We are there and have been there since before it happened. The situation continues to require the utmost diligence and care. Our scientists are experts in this issue however; we cannot intervene and undo everything that humans created. They must participate in this need for cleanup. Unfortunately, it is affecting marine life and all of life.

         Humanity is learning some important lessons about the use of this type of energy. There are alternatives that are far superior and less dangerous. These must be brought to the forefront. The technology is already there. In the meantime, there is great sadness about what is happening to marine life, the people in Japan as well as other places where this is reaching. Humanity must learn that greed and lack of respect for the earth and life will not create a sustainable future.

         We are your brothers and sisters. We are with you because we love you and we are a part of you. We have been on the earth for eons of time. Little do you know our faces or the faces of others who also come from the Pleiades. Some of you have recognition of each other that you have known in the Pleiades or other star systems. Your DNA is comprised of some of our DNA so let’s say we know each other. One way or the other we are connected. Part of our purpose is to help other planets ascend. The earth is one that we love the most. It is the most beautiful of all planets. We are present to make sure that she is not destroyed. We don’t want you to think this situation with your waters is futile but we want you to be more helpful and aware.

         Humanity cannot continue to go about their lives like everything will always be the same for this is untrue. The choices that are made now must be about how to cope with the events that have occurred and how to creatively heal the earth as a collective. Going about one’s life as separate from everyone else is futile. You will begin to see more and more what we mean by that. You are meant to live together co-operatively not competitively. You will need to band together to assist the earth and each other as well as all parts of life.

         We will be working together with you in the fullest extent in the near future. This fact could rattle some people who do not believe in the star families but let me assure you they will be blessed that we are here. Know that we only come in peace, love and helpfulness. You need all of these features and much more.

         Get ready to become more connected with your galactic neighbors, family and friends. This is the only way to get through the challenges and for the earth and those who choose to ascend also.

        Right after completing my update a friend e-mailed me this and I thought it was important to include it. David Spangler was one of the original people at Findhorn in Scotland. He is an amazing teacher and being according to my friend. In Findhorn, they worked with the nature spirits to grow huge vegetables. It is still an amazing spiritual community.

         This request is also tied in with the Grandmothers Blessing of the Waters Ceremony I attended with Kymberlee Ruff on October 12, 2013 in Sonoma, California.

In Conclusion

         December 21, 2012 was the end of life as we have known it. A year later we can see this is indeed true. We are beginning to realize how much life on the earth is changing and that we need help to manage these changes. We cannot be apathetic to what is occurring for that will be our undoing. Many of us are getting pushed out to use our gifts and abilities in far greater ways. The time of hiding is over, ground crew.

         There are many brilliants minds and Lights amongst us. As we ride the waves of Light we will be directed to further purpose and will be granted opportunities to serve. Be open. Be aware and willing to step out into further service. Are you ready? I am.
