Happy change of season! Some of us here in the San Francisco Bay Area are sneezing and wheezing from allergies. We had record rainfall here after six years of drought. We are adjusting and adapting as best as we can. Some of us such as yours truly are intermittently sneezing as she is writing this. She has a pile of tissues next to her with a fresh box along the side. So this should paint a picture of the shape some of us are in here at this time.

This barely scratches the surface of what is going on around the world. Some people I know are allergic to the third dimension. They are coughing, sneezing, and wheezing and ready to get on with their fifth dimensional being. For a while some of my clients have been ranting and raving. How about you?

If you have been extraordinarily tired you are one of us. For the last few weeks many of the lightworkers I know have been feeling like they are walking around in mud. This is true for people all around this country. As my medical intuitive friend said, “We need to own up to it when we are tired and really not go against it. Rest. You need to pay attention to what your body is telling you. Slow down. Don’t expect too much of yourself just do what you can. Breathe into it. And take some down time. A lot of people are going against this flow which is not advisable.” Pushing yourself like you are accustomed to doing in the third dimension is almost impossible now. We are mostly in the fourth dimension even though we are still here in physical form. The body is adapting to these new energies from the earth, from the planets and stars, and to the ascension energies that are being directed to the earth.

Please remember that what we are going through is a divine experiment. Usually when a planet goes through an ascension process there isn’t any life left on the planet. The planet goes nova. Then it rises into a higher dimension. We are being monitored carefully by the Galactic Alliance, the Light Alliance and all of our helpers. When we are called out to take rests during the daytime it is because we need it. It could be that we are being called into a meeting where we are needed. Many of us are working diligently in the dream state. When you wake up and feel fatigued more than likely you have been involved in some big project in your sleep. Some lightworkers are remembering what they have been doing. Dreams have been strange.

Have any of you experienced any physical setbacks? These have also been instrumental in keeping some people in a less mobile state. There are many reasons that we need healing. Some aches or pains are coming up for healing due to the past life cellular memory. It is easier in many ways to heal quickly due to the higher dimensional frequencies. Sometimes we need to integrate the energies and that means rest.

I am working in meditation daily with Mother Earth. During these experiences I feel that she has reached zero point. The love coming from Mother Earth is powerful. This means that she is ready for her ascension. It feels to me like she is having contractions as she is birthing into the new. We are probably assisting her in this process. So we need to have rest in between contractions.

I’m also getting information that we are being tested while we are being monitored to see how we can adjust to the incoming frequencies. This is a trial and error process. The healthier we keep our bodies and the better that we treat them the easier it will be for us. This is a big focus. It is affecting the plants, animals, minerals, the inner earth beings, the nature spirits and elementals and all of life. We are all working hard as multidimensional beings to assist. Please do everything you can to nurture and take care of yourself.

It’s also helpful to check in with other lightworkers. You can bounce your experiences off of each other. It helps one to stay on track. It can also be fun when you discuss things like getting time all mixed up. One of my friends showed up two weeks early to her facial and then just showed up two hours early for a hair appointment. We laughed. We also talk about having experiences with things that were just in front of us and then we turn around and they’re gone. This can be frustrating but it is a fourth dimensional experience. I even had a piece of wood show up on my kitchen counter from nowhere. I could not figure out where it came from because it did not match anything from my cupboards. (I wish they would put something more valuable that I can use.)

One of my lightworker friends is challenged manifesting her flow. She was discouraged when we last communicated. I want to remind you like I did to my friend to never ever give up. We chose to be here at this time and we were chosen. We have important divine work to do. We have to be very cautious of our thoughts and drum out any fears.

I heard something funny in my meditation this morning. I heard, “Icky, sticky, gooey, Russian coup-y.” It made me laugh and it was probably St. Germain who said it because he is very funny. St. Germain was one of the founding fathers of this country. He is the originator of the I AM. He is about freedom. America was originally named Iamerica but the I was removed. The United States is intended to be the land of the free. Before our new president was inaugurated, in a St. Germain channeling that I did, he said that he was going to meet with Trump. He said he had a list of things to go over with him and he was going to make him sign the list. (St. Germain precipitated at the signing of the Declaration of Independence.)

The other day when I was walking around my favorite reservoir the following poem came to me:

Needless to say I wrote this poem when I was happy to see the sun, which I still am, but before the allergies started their full attack. Ha Ha! I’m still going to take my walks and enjoy nature to the best of my ability. I will simply keep the tissues handy and use whatever remedies that can help to offset allergic affect from the natural enjoyment.

If things are little topsy turvy for you hang in there! The lunar eclipse from Sunday, February 26, had a whopping impact for many of us. Just look at what happened during the Academy Awards. The wrong winning movie was announced before the real winning movie. This fiasco made me think that we are truly in some time warps. It reminded me of the Mandela Effect where different timelines overlap.

A friend told me last week what happened to her. She was dog sitting and put the dog outside. She was sitting at the dining room table working on her computer when suddenly the dog appeared behind her. She said she did not get up to let the dog in. One of the ways that we can tell we are in a higher dimension is the intensity with which we feel what is happening to us. Can you feel it? Here in California we have had flooding, raging waters, potentially breaking dams, extreme cold, potholes, people smoking pot more than ever (Ha ha!), along with a myriad of other extremes.

Some people may feel they have more reasons to want to distance themselves from this particular reality in which we find ourselves. There is multitudinous changes that can create mental chaos in addition to physical chaos. This is truly the unraveling of the third dimension.

We are flooded with information through the Internet and mainstream media. It is challenging to know the real truth. Perhaps one of the fundamental ways of determining truth is to listen to your first sense when you read or hear something. Does it ring true? How did it make you feel? Your intuition is your highest intelligence and strongest guidance.

Too many trolls are making money from naïve people. Many lightworkers have a naïveté about them because they are trustworthy and too trusting at times. Do any of you fall into that category?

What if I told you that Donald Trump was King Arthur in a past life? Would you believe me? What if I told you that Donald Trump was Mussolini in his past life? Would you believe me? What if I told you that Steve Bannon was Mussolini’s twin brother? Would you believe me? What if I told you that Steve Bannon was St. Germain in a past life? Or what if I told you that Kelly Ann Conway was Marilyn Monroe in a past life? What if I told you Kelly Ann Conway was Mussolini’s girlfriend? What if I told you that Putin was George Washington? Would you believe me? What if I told you that Putin was Stalin?

You can use these questions to ferret out if there is any truth for you. Okay, you can scratch your head and try to figure it all out or you can go to your heart and see if anything rings true for you. It is kind of like playing the lottery. We have a Scratchers Game here in our California gambling business. You can either win or lose depending upon your luck, and otherwise you can keep on scratching.

One of the things that concerns me is that some channels and so-called light workers are giving out dis-empowering information. Over 20 years ago I had some experiences that were like this. A couple of them had to do with large sums of money that we were told we would get. It didn’t happen. I know some people are still waiting for these abundance programs to rain upon them. I pray that we do get financial relief, however, it disturbs me to see that some people put their lives on hold waiting for a windfall. This is where the disempowerment occurs.

“Little by little we subtract faith and fallacy from fact, the illusory from true and starve upon the residue.” This is a poem that I learned my first semester in college. I forget the author’s name but it has a deep meaning.

As we move into the fourth dimension and higher consciousness we will be centering out lives in our hearts. Many ground crew already live from their hearts. It is been proven that the heart is at least 5000 times more powerful than the brain. The Buddhists say, “Think with your heart and feel with your mind.” These times of political turmoil and toxic behaviors can be impactful on our hearts. We must take excellent care of our hearts and respond to heartfelt callings where we can impact what is occurring. A suggestion might be to ask yourself daily: What can I do to assist the earth today? What can I do to make the earth a more beautiful place?

What’s tugging at your heart these days? For many of us the feelings are insurmountable. Friends, clients, students and family members are being called together to process what is occurring. Sometimes the emotions are overwhelming. Is this our shadow rising to the surface? Or is the mirror of how much love we have in our hearts illuminating the separation and darkness?

Fear not those of good heart and well-meaning like the ground crew! We are in good hands. Do not let the illusion discourage you. The external world is breaking apart while it seems as if some of our hearts are too. This is a time to question. We must remember that we have the full love and support of all the Light Alliance the Galactic alliance, the Solar Being and all of creation. We are not alone. This is what we came here for-right in this now moment. We came here to protect the earth and all of life and that is what we are doing.

Today when I was preparing for this message Mother Mary came in. She represents the divine feminine energies. She is one I have been channeling for 20 years. She has a message for you:

A Message from Mother Mary

“Beloved children. I am with you. Take heart! I know that you are going through challenging times. We are with you. Like you, we are involved with the ascension of the earth. We know that is going on within you and we understand how upsetting life is for many of you right now. The turmoil that you are experiencing is necessary so that the old third dimensional Earth can collapse and rise into higher dimensional consciousness. This is why the separation between the old third dimension and the higher consciousness appears so shocking. Right now it is as if you are looking through a microscope where everything is expanded 1 million times. This is necessary so that you can see, feel and know exactly how dark it has been on the planet. This close encounter of the darkest kind permits the hearts’ resolve to create unity and love.

“Some of you may know that I am also called “The Keeper of the Hearts.” I work with your spiritual hearts for a year in my ashram in the light before you are incarnated. I know what your hearts are made of and what you are capable of doing. This is also true of our Creator. Our Creator has complete faith and trust in your abilities to do what is necessary for the Great Shift.

“Rise above the darkness and negativity. Release your fear and anger. Focus on the positive and what you are co-creating for living in the higher dimensions. Imagine us, the Masters, the Galactic’s, the inner earth beings, and all of us coming back together in joyful reunion. Please know that everything is coming together and is being divinely orchestrated. Your lives are about to change for the better and that is why I say please do not give too much credence to the external. Take the action that you need to take and focus on your internal world. Act in loving kindness to self, to the earth and to others. Release whatever is not serving you. Do what you can to transmute that which is causing you angst. Be helpful to others. Help them to see and understand the light and the love that are around you and the planet. Remind them that this drama is simply an illusion. Before you know it you will be living in the light. This is what I recommend.

“Follow your heart. This is how you will be living in the higher consciousness. Honor the choices of others who perhaps might not think or feel the way that you do. You will know what is right in your own heart.

“I am with you. We will all see you through this and we will join together in joyful celebration when the old ways of darkness are over. It is almost over. This is the time that we have been waiting for.”

Let me count the ways I would love to help heal your hearts at the beginning of this New Year! Happy 2017 with all of it’s potential for new beginnings, abnormalities, unpredictability, disappointments, excitement and perhaps some divine intervention.

For the first time I can remember this New Year feels unbalanced and almost like we are walking on eggshells. Every day is a new day. We are on a quest for truth. We are creating our future while turning away from the past. Our future is at our fingertips. We are the light bearers who are stepping into our true purpose and destiny.

This is a time of deep spiritual seeking and growth. We have turned in our resumes with our lifetimes of preparation for what is happening now. Little did we know we were going to be getting such a show!

Here’s a list of some of what we can do:

• Be committed to your spiritual work.
• Meditation and prayer is imperative.
• Hold positive thoughts.
• Think things through.
• Stay out of the drama.
• Be an activist about what’s most important to you.
• Merge with your future self. (We came from the future to change this now moment.)
• Practice discernment to the fullest. (Use the I AM presence to help with discernment. Listen to the physical body and pay attention to its reactions to situations.)
• Keep in mind that all that is happening is a part of creating our new earth.
• Focus on staying grounded, balanced and centered.
• Listen deeply within.
• Get lots of rest. (We are working very hard in the dream state to prepare for what is coming.)
• Maintain a positive attitude about what is occurring.
• Help each other.
• Be with like-minded people.
• Pay attention to your energy. If it is being drained by others or certain situations make some new choices.
• Drink lots of water.
• Eat healthy food.
• Do whatever you can to raise your vibration.
• Stay in your own power and don’t give it away to anyone.
• Release any fears that might pop up. These are old 3D programs that are no longer applicable.
• Get out in nature and exercise.
• Be as removed as possible from mainstream media.
• Be wary of some of the information on the Internet. There are dark forces that are trying to disrupt the ascension process.
• Trust in the process. Know that the old is imploding upon itself and we get to watch it go.
• Be gentle with yourself and others. They are all going through their issues. Compassion for self and others will make it easier.
• Keep creating and feeling into what our lives will be like living in the fifth dimension.
• Create beauty and see beauty every day.
• Focus on the love in your heart and spread it far and wide.
