This is the time of healing. We need it. The Masters and Galactic’s are with us strengthening us, celebrating us and encouraging us as we make our way into the Golden age. As challenging as it might seem, we are being divinely directed and guided with every step in our Ascension process. This is the true test for all lightworkers to see what we are made of. It means we go deeper, pray harder, breathe, and determine to make it to the finish line.

Humanity is being shaken to the core. The changes and chaos are forcing all of us to make new choices. Every choice is one that will take us into our next step into our purpose and destiny. The earth has made her choice to go into the fifth dimension and higher. She is choosing to follow her soul’s path and eventually become a beautiful star.

Each one of us has been chosen to be here at this time. The odds of being chosen to be here on the planet right now are far beyond what it takes to win the lottery. Do you understand how much our Creator trusts us to be here now? Even though some of us didn’t read the fine print in our contracts, we chose to come here and we have the strong resolve to complete our assignments.

Graduation is almost here! Get ready for some of the most unbelievably profound shifts. As we see the third dimension falling and imploding upon itself, we will begin to see the beautiful, peaceful, loving, harmonious, abundant, cooperative, new energies. The beauty that lies in store for us is multidimensional. It’s is stored within our hearts and in the heart of Mother Earth.

The crystalline energies (Christed energies) are within us and around us. They are in the crystalline grid within our hearts in the heart of the earth. Tune into these loving energies and you will understand these words. They will soften your heart, heal you, restore you, and allow you to feel the love everywhere.

On July 4th, I participated in Corinne McLaughlin and Gordon Asher Davidson’s prayer and meditation for the soul of the earth. They have been doing this meditation for the past 20 years. There were a lot of meditators on this call. The energy was profound. Corrinne mentioned the founding fathers and the founding mothers of this country. I felt bereft of my knowledge of the women who helped found this country, other than Betsy Ross who was a seamstress who made our American flag. I believe we are having a new awareness of the need for the divine feminine on our planet.

         How is the Ascension process progressing with you? From what I gather in speaking with other lightworkers some are “at the end of their ropes.” They feel exhausted with the third dimension. They are more than ready to move into the fifth dimension. This connotes that we are nearly at the completion of the third dimensional way of life. It is always the hardest when running a race at the very end.

Some of you might be feeling like you are under attack from the dark forces, which many lightworkers have also reported to me recently. One of my lightworker friends said the other day, “There is a disturbance in the field.” These words rang true. Surely it appears there is a disturbance in the field. The dark sees us as obstacles to getting their dark agenda accomplished.

How do these cunning disturbers accomplish their nefarious attacks? One of the main ways is by getting us distracted. Any time we are distracted we get taken off of our paths. What I know from working with many people is that every person’s concern, whether we would view it large or small, is important to them. Some of my clients have life altering the challenges with which they are dealing, and others have issues that are just as important to them. Combined with the intensity of the energies and the dark chaotic attacks, one can find themselves stressed out.

When under attack some of the feelings one might have are: headaches, stress, obsessing, exhaustion, sickness for no apparent reason, feeling out of sorts, inability to focus, challenging sleep, loss of deep connection with your spiritual helpers, depression, change in appetite, wondering if you might want to leave your incarnation, and feeling like there is no end to what you are experiencing.

Just think about it! This feeds right into what the dark forces are looking for. They want us to give up. We need to remember that we are being tested right now. This is our graduation. We are spiritual warriors working for the light. We cannot give up. It is not the end of the world but it is the end of the third dimensional world as we have known it. It is the beginning of our new Golden Age and soon the dark will know that their ways are over and futile. As we continue to roll up our sleeves with our light work we need to keep our eyes on the prize.

Once you realize that you are being played, you will see that no matter what you are going through might not be a serious as it appears. You will get through whatever challenge you are having. Call it a distraction and get some help to nurture yourself out of it. Rest is much as possible. Meditate. Eat well. Get out in nature. Know that you are getting through it. Look for the wisdom from the experience. Please rest assured that all will work out far better than you can imagine. This is part of the higher dimensional energies. We are being looked after.

Ask yourself why you are wasting your precious energy and time trying to ferret out the truth when the dark intention is to keep our heads swimming? As you know the information that we are bombarded with is loaded with distortions, other people’s opinions and psychological warfare. We are being played by the cagy dark forces that are full of trolls and unworthy opinions. What matters is that we remember we are the “X factor”. The dark forces cannot control us. The lightworkers are the big players in this endgame. We work for the light and there are a lot of powerful beings here working to bring closure to the third dimension.

Happy change of season! Some of us here in the San Francisco Bay Area are sneezing and wheezing from allergies. We had record rainfall here after six years of drought. We are adjusting and adapting as best as we can. Some of us such as yours truly are intermittently sneezing as she is writing this. She has a pile of tissues next to her with a fresh box along the side. So this should paint a picture of the shape some of us are in here at this time.

This barely scratches the surface of what is going on around the world. Some people I know are allergic to the third dimension. They are coughing, sneezing, and wheezing and ready to get on with their fifth dimensional being. For a while some of my clients have been ranting and raving. How about you?

If you have been extraordinarily tired you are one of us. For the last few weeks many of the lightworkers I know have been feeling like they are walking around in mud. This is true for people all around this country. As my medical intuitive friend said, “We need to own up to it when we are tired and really not go against it. Rest. You need to pay attention to what your body is telling you. Slow down. Don’t expect too much of yourself just do what you can. Breathe into it. And take some down time. A lot of people are going against this flow which is not advisable.” Pushing yourself like you are accustomed to doing in the third dimension is almost impossible now. We are mostly in the fourth dimension even though we are still here in physical form. The body is adapting to these new energies from the earth, from the planets and stars, and to the ascension energies that are being directed to the earth.

Please remember that what we are going through is a divine experiment. Usually when a planet goes through an ascension process there isn’t any life left on the planet. The planet goes nova. Then it rises into a higher dimension. We are being monitored carefully by the Galactic Alliance, the Light Alliance and all of our helpers. When we are called out to take rests during the daytime it is because we need it. It could be that we are being called into a meeting where we are needed. Many of us are working diligently in the dream state. When you wake up and feel fatigued more than likely you have been involved in some big project in your sleep. Some lightworkers are remembering what they have been doing. Dreams have been strange.

Have any of you experienced any physical setbacks? These have also been instrumental in keeping some people in a less mobile state. There are many reasons that we need healing. Some aches or pains are coming up for healing due to the past life cellular memory. It is easier in many ways to heal quickly due to the higher dimensional frequencies. Sometimes we need to integrate the energies and that means rest.

I am working in meditation daily with Mother Earth. During these experiences I feel that she has reached zero point. The love coming from Mother Earth is powerful. This means that she is ready for her ascension. It feels to me like she is having contractions as she is birthing into the new. We are probably assisting her in this process. So we need to have rest in between contractions.

I’m also getting information that we are being tested while we are being monitored to see how we can adjust to the incoming frequencies. This is a trial and error process. The healthier we keep our bodies and the better that we treat them the easier it will be for us. This is a big focus. It is affecting the plants, animals, minerals, the inner earth beings, the nature spirits and elementals and all of life. We are all working hard as multidimensional beings to assist. Please do everything you can to nurture and take care of yourself.

It’s also helpful to check in with other lightworkers. You can bounce your experiences off of each other. It helps one to stay on track. It can also be fun when you discuss things like getting time all mixed up. One of my friends showed up two weeks early to her facial and then just showed up two hours early for a hair appointment. We laughed. We also talk about having experiences with things that were just in front of us and then we turn around and they’re gone. This can be frustrating but it is a fourth dimensional experience. I even had a piece of wood show up on my kitchen counter from nowhere. I could not figure out where it came from because it did not match anything from my cupboards. (I wish they would put something more valuable that I can use.)

One of my lightworker friends is challenged manifesting her flow. She was discouraged when we last communicated. I want to remind you like I did to my friend to never ever give up. We chose to be here at this time and we were chosen. We have important divine work to do. We have to be very cautious of our thoughts and drum out any fears.

I heard something funny in my meditation this morning. I heard, “Icky, sticky, gooey, Russian coup-y.” It made me laugh and it was probably St. Germain who said it because he is very funny. St. Germain was one of the founding fathers of this country. He is the originator of the I AM. He is about freedom. America was originally named Iamerica but the I was removed. The United States is intended to be the land of the free. Before our new president was inaugurated, in a St. Germain channeling that I did, he said that he was going to meet with Trump. He said he had a list of things to go over with him and he was going to make him sign the list. (St. Germain precipitated at the signing of the Declaration of Independence.)

The other day when I was walking around my favorite reservoir the following poem came to me:

Needless to say I wrote this poem when I was happy to see the sun, which I still am, but before the allergies started their full attack. Ha Ha! I’m still going to take my walks and enjoy nature to the best of my ability. I will simply keep the tissues handy and use whatever remedies that can help to offset allergic affect from the natural enjoyment.
