Dear Ground Crew:

Here is the latest from Apollo: “From dusk until dawn I am with you. The trials and tribulations of your lives are just about complete. You have many new opportunities at hand. You will love your new choices. You have risen above the material world. The third dimension no longer has a stronghold on you. You are about to get ready to step into your new roles, your future selves. You had to forget who you were, and who you are. You had to unlearn what you have learned, and you had to relearn challenging lessons to stand your ground as holders of the light. In the deepest part of you, you never forgot who you were. You kept your feet on the earthly ground. Although you may have felt saddled to the third dimensional program, you knew in your heart that at some point you would be lifted up. So with this fresh perspective, I am telling you that you are ready for the great awakening. You are about to shake loose all of that has held you back from who you truly are and what you came to do on the planet. Shake it loose, beloved ones, for I am with you. The Christ energies are now being fully anchored into the planet. Some of you may already have noticed the lighter sensation of the planet. The unconditional love and truth is what Christ represents. It is now here. I’m telling you this today to uplift your hearts to get you ready for some bursts of joy and happiness. Many activations are occurring now and you are feeling the results. Get ready!”

Please re-read Apollo’s words and place them into your heart. Much has occurred since our last time of sharing. We want you to know it all, however, we can only disclose what is appropriate in the present situation. This is the summation of the final calling for the upliftment of the Earth. It is ascension time and the time of the great awakening. Here’s a few examples of how you might be experiencing what we are talking about:

You feel optimistic about the future.You reject fear. You have your faith in the Creator. You only want to look at what is uplifting and inspiring. You let others awaken in their own time. You do not force your information or energies on to anyone. You live your life as a loving, conscious, Christed being on the Earth who emanates love. You walk a straight path where narrow is the way. This is clearly straight into the point. You no longer feel like you are a victim. You can feel ecstasy. You are beginning to see beyond the veil and to realize that you are living in a quantum reality. Linear time has ceased to exist for everything is in the present. You experience the distortions of time where things speed up, and they slow down, and you are caught in the middle. This is a symptom of finding your freedom so that each moment belongs to you. It is directed by the energies with which you are working. You are exceedingly more sensitive, feeling your emotions like never before, as well as, feeling the myriad emotions of others. You trust the future. You find out everything you need to know because it is within. You listen to your own god within. You are truly the expert of what is occurring so you do not place your trust in what others are saying unless it really resonates with your heart. You’ll find yourself living in love and being guided that way. You are more intuitive than ever. You are manifesting everything you need easily. You are living in a new world, your world, and in a new reality. Things have become transparent to you so you can read between the lines and discern what is true and what is not. Love is what keeps you connected with those in your life who mean the most. You see that many are a different frequency, or have a different calling, and that is up to them so they can have their own experience. You are feeling powerful and are coming together with your teams. You are becoming increasingly excited and happy.

How is that for a start, ground crew? You can add to this list but to sum it all up we are living in new world. As we walk these new steps we find ourselves listening to each other more deeply, and loving in greater ways, finding new ways to serve and help others, and seeing where things need to be fixed. It is almost as if we have taken our blinders off and we can find solutions to problems in ways that we had not considered. Perhaps we are becoming less self-absorbed because we have cleared numerous issues within that needed to be healed? It’s almost exhausting to think about how much inner work we have been forced to do these last few years.

One of the most prevailing feelings some are having is remembering their mastery. Some people are feeling this empowerment and realizing they are great teachers who have been on this Earth for exactly this now moment. They are starting to become who they came here on the Earth to be. You are more than way showers. You are gods and goddesses being revealed. Your brilliance and your beauty are astounding. Perhaps you do not even look the same way to yourself as you did before. You probably do not feel the same way you did, especially since you have gone through so much. You are preparing to wear your crowns of glory.

As we adjust and adapt to this new world, we will discover the magic and miracles that await us. Dream your dreams. Trust your inner process. Acknowledge your successes and stay in gratitude for all of the opportunities you have created. Be generous and share with each other. Lend a helping hand when it is needed. Live from the premise that there is abundance for all and that we are all one.

You are serving the light.
Your heart is the vessel
That makes everything bright.

Many have forgotten
The treasure within.
They were taught to look outside
And that can make things grim.

How can you serve the light
When you are in the dark?
When you step in into the light
It’s a walk in the park.

You are in service to the light
When you take someone’s hand.
Perhaps you wipe away a tear
Or follow a demand.

There’s plenty to learn
About serving the light.
There will be a lot to think about
To make things right.

 

Raising Our Consciousness

Our big job is about raising our consciousness, as well, as the consciousness of the planet. That is our task, especially right now. We start with raising our frequency. Frequency is consciousness. We feel that vibration from others and intuitively know whether or not we will feel comfortable with them and likewise.

Here is a link from Deepak Chopra’s website entitled “How to raise your emotional and spiritual vibration.” Most of you are probably doing what is recommended in this article. Our light is of great importance and that is why we need to keep elevating our frequency. This affects everyone on the planet.

In our Ground Crew in Action Zoom calls with Lumina, we are doing light activations which are affecting the entire planet, as well as, elsewhere. Our group is now meeting on Wednesdays, at 4 PM Pacific time for one hour a week. We will see how this timing goes. We are a dedicated group. It was recommended that we meet weekly because so much is going on now. Our next Zoom call will be Wednesday, August 9, at 4:00 PM Pacific time. A Transmission from Mira from the Pleaidian High Council Through Valerie Donner July 31, 2023

Greetings: I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. I am delighted to speak with you today for much is at hand. The ascension activities have been accelerated. We are extremely busy in the Earth Council, as well as with all in the light realms, who are assisting with Earth’s ascension. We are taking bold new steps forward. A lot of this progress is because we are getting more assistance from the ground crew. You are the groundbreakers who are taking the Earth into the fifth dimension and higher. Your consciousness is rising exponentially. In fact, it is going so fast it is almost like a meteor flying across the sky, and it cannot be captured.

Consciousness is not something that can be photographed or written in a book. It is something that is quantum and is way beyond the understanding of a third dimensional mind. It is more of a measure of spiritual evolution that takes one to the full regions of understanding themselves and what creation is about. Creation is constant, so along with that, you are always changing.

In the material world the third dimensional consciousness is displayed by behaviors, emotions, and actions which are a result of thoughts, emotions, and programming, along with a myriad of other factors. Higher consciousness can be felt and displayed through the light in someone’s eyes, or a loving feeling around someone, kindness, generosity, beauty, art, music, compassion, higher thoughts and many other factors. It is free from ego and expressed from the heart.

You will discover the more that your consciousness rises, the lower frequency experiences from the third dimension will occupy less of your awareness. This is not something to be taken for granted. It is part of the consciousness raising and you paying attention to your thoughts, words and actions. Everyone of these things affects your frequency and your consciousness. When you say or do something that is residual from the material world you cannot just pass it off and say, “Oh, that’s just some thing I used to say or do.” No! You are learning that you are responsible for everything. This is why you want to focus on higher thoughts, words and actions. You do not want to lift a finger to feed the old world, for that will not serve the light.

What serves the light is where you are focusing and how joy is what you are feeling in your heart. This is a clue to finding your way to bliss and living that way.

Pay attention to every moment. At times you may feel like you are daydreaming because you’re off in the quantum field somewhere. Perhaps you are in another universe, or another dimension, because many of you are not consciously residing in the material world even though you are physically present. I’m sure some of you know what I am talking about.

Some of you are feeling the beautiful Christed energies that are now being activated and anchored into the Earth like they were 2000 years ago. You are feeling this love and you are experiencing the truth that goes along with the love. This is a familiar feeling because many of you were present at that time and vowed to come back to finish the job.

So what would finishing the job look like? Perhaps you want to tune in and get a sense of that for yourself? It means that you would all be in the New Earth reality, living from your hearts, in your mastery, remembering who you truly are and what you came to the Earth to do. You came back from the future to change this now moment because you did not like what happened to the Earth. Now do you see why, ground crew? It is so important that you do your work and I assure you it is already paying off.

You are loved, appreciated, and honored for your presence on the Earth at this time. It has made a difference and it is making an even greater difference now. Feel yourself picking up the ascension speed and following your heart in greater ways to assist in this planetary awakening. We are with you and we are cheering you on for your success is our success.

In Conclusion

We are fully in the great awakening and our ascension process to the New Earth. Our work is extremely important right now so there is no more time for us to mess around. Our teams are coming together that we will be working from the Earth as well as galactic’s.

Focus on the light, love, healing and how we can best serve. Take every opportunity to rise in consciousness and make choices towards that goal. Pray for a perfect life and for perfect health. Please remember to ask for magic and miracles, for they are at our fingertips.

Dear Ground Crew:

Here’s the latest from Apollo: “Greetings. I am Apollo. We are busy keeping tabs on our ground crew because you are very much needed. We love, admire, and respect you and all that you are doing for the good of the Earth. There has never been a time such as this on the Earth. Perhaps this is why you are feeling the energies of massive change, which can be off putting at times. The energetic shifts are massive. They require courage and strength. Faith in the Divine Plan will keep you strong. Nothing can hold back what is in motion now. The light trajectory is moving faster than the Speed of light. It waits for no one and stops for nothing. Paradise for the Earth is the goal. This is why you are on the planet at this time. You are masters of frequencies and avatars of light. Our ground crew can do it all. You have done it and now just a little more is required of you before the completion of this project. We will take no prisoners and all of the old matrix and third dimensional ways of living on the planet are being removed. In the main, you don’t have to do anything. Relax into what is happening. It is best to go with the flow. Do not try to push a boulder up the hill because it will be fruitless. Use the light and the spiritual tools that you possess to proceed in this final round. We salute you!”

Ground crew, how are your life experiences these days? How are your dreams? My friend Roger told me that the other day that he was feeling frustrated about not doing what he came to do on the planet. Then Jesus came to him in a dream and said: “Roger you are making it way too hard. Give your heart to the Great Spirit and give your love to me. I will be there.”

This reminds me of one time when I was concerned about something and I heard this from the Creator: “I’ve got it!” I wrote it down on a piece of paper and keep it in the kitchen where I refer to it as needed.

It’s always good to get a reminder from our guides and those who look after us. They know our thoughts, words and actions. As we peel layers of the old third dimensional reality away and remember who we truly are, we will no longer have issues with faith. We will live powerfully as divine creators of our new world.

When that occurs and when we are asked how we are doing, we will say “I am fabulous! “ We will be enjoying life to the fullest, as we were intended to live. Doubts and fears will be no longer. There will be no more separation, judgment or anger. We will be in complete harmony with ourselves free from heartache and pain.

Some of us have been in deep and intense grief and pain. On May 11, my best friend Debbie made her transition quickly and unexpectedly. Many of us loved her because she is a bright light with joy, fun and laughter. One person referred to her as a “party.” She loved her family and her friends. I went into deep grief, which I know is a part of life. It is deepening and stressful. I believe others are going through similar experiences. In this process, I realized that this precious friend is not dead. She simply left the physical form and is coming to me in different ways. Sometimes she will send a bird, dragonfly, a butterfly, or a BEE, to let me know that she is around. We talk. The day after she passed she came to me in my heart and said, “Valerie did you see what happened to me?” She shows me and tells me what she’s doing. One day she sent me a picture, which I could wish I could print from my heart. She looked 30 years young with the most adorable animals standing around her that you could ever imagine. She loves animals. Mother Mary said that Debbie left because she didn’t feel she was doing enough here and that she could do more on the other side. She is a busy girl from what I can tell. Apollo told me when she got Home they made a big fuss over her. She got celebrated and she deserves it.

Beloved ones, life is to be enjoyed in every way possible. When you are enjoying your life you are making the Creator happy. Losing my dear friend Debbie has taught me to cherish my dear friends and family even more. It makes me want to not put anything off that we said we would do but to go for it! I hope this will make you feel better if you are going through, or have just gone through, what I have experienced. Please be grateful for the life that you’ve been given. It is precious.

Our Ground Crew in Action Team is very busy. On June 17, 2023 we had a Zoom call where Lumina did a 50 minute Light Activation for us and for the Earth. The energy amongst the small group of us was so strong that it affected the Schumann resonance, the heart beat of the Earth. It looked completely different. You can look that up on the 17th- 18th. What we did affected everyone’s hearts on the planet because we are all one. Thanks to everyone who is aligned with these light activations, whether you are on the calls or not. I know this is a busy time of the year.

According to SA Smith, also known as A Girl in the Universe, we are in the grand finale of the love wave. This means we are becoming our quantum selves and remembering who we truly are. Some of us have a lot of emotions and other ascension symptoms. Old issues are coming up and we are all being healed. Manifestation is also easier with these frequencies so watch your thoughts.

But the light is bringing it out.
It’s time to open your eyes
To feel the clout.

The light is strong.
It comes from Source.
We are a part of the light,
Of course.

The light of creation
Is on a trajectory
To shift the Earth
From the old tragedy.

The dark took over
To make us forget
How powerful we are;
They ain’t seen nothing yet!

We were told we were nothing
But now we know more of the truth.
We are beautiful and strong
With love through and through.

We are wiping out the past
And bringing in the future
To remind ourselves of who we truly are,
That we are super.

With each breath of light
We’re beautiful.
We are part of Spirit
And that is dutiful.

It takes magic and miracles
To open your eyes and see
What is really true
And what can be.

We are creating it now
With the full force and strength
Of love and creation
That goes to Great length.

We won’t be duped anymore
To give our power away.
We will stand up for ourselves
And say “No” the right way.

Hold up your sword of truth,

Greetings. I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council and a long term member of the Earth Council. We oversee all things of importance and especially the ascension process, that is occurring now on the planet.

Since we last spoke, a lot has happened to uplift the Earth and help you become your truly amazing quantum selves. We cannot disclose everything because some things have to be kept close to the heart. I can reveal the light is closing in on the dark. Much cleanup has occurred in this process and it is at an accelerated point. Please mark my words about how important it is for you to know this and to hold the light of the Creator in your heart.
Focus on the breath to help release the past. See everything that is bright, sparkly and new everywhere you look. You are creating the new.
You are a part of the magic and miracles.

You have spectacles awaiting you. You could be seeing ships, colors, activities, faces, messages in the sky and hear holy music from the cosmic choirs. These are precursors to the love waves that you are beginning to experience. What matters is that you stay aware and look around you. Notice everything. Do not expect others of lower consciousness to see what you see. It is there for you as markers of your rising consciousness.

Be bold with your steps up the ascension ladder. You are being guided by Source every step of the way. The process is natural and of perfect design. Your physical bodies are changing and you can notice this as well. You are a microcosm of the macrocosm. You have immense changes. See what is happening with your animals, plants, flowers, trees and others around you.They are also ascending and rising in consciousness.

Pay particular attention to how the old world is crumbling. You may be experiencing the challenges of the third dimension falling apart. Notice how you are functioning. For some of you, your body is in a much higher frequency so that when you have to deal with the material world it becomes choppy energetically.

This will not go on forever. We know that it feels endless and sometimes it can be exasperating. Remember the old story is going away opening the gateway for the whole New Earth in the 5th dimension and higher. What you see now is changing from moment to moment and day by day. You are no longer in the third dimension. The old way of life has disappeared. Let it go! It was not serving you or the rest of life on the planet. It was only serving those who are serving themselves. They will no longer be able to withstand this high frequency of love in the quantum energy of the Earth.

We surround you with the luminescence of creation. The ascension is being conducted with all of the emissaries of light, billions of galactics, Angelics, avatars and masters, Light Crew and the ground crew in the take down of the dark forces of the planet. Standby because this is going to become powerfully noticeable. Please remember it has to be done this way. The Creator is in charge, along with many brilliant strategists in human and other forms, who have been planning this for a long time.

Dear Ground Crew:

Here’s the latest from Apollo: “Greetings. I am Apollo. I come to you from the rising spheres of creation. The Earth fits right in there and so do you. Much is shaking loose on your planet. You might find that happening within your own self, as well as, everywhere, when you’re looking. The old fixtures are falling apart. They no longer belong on the Earth, for their vibrations are far too low to withstand the forthcoming changes. So reach for the stars, ground crew, because you are from the stars and you are one of them. Seek your own illumination. Track the light, for wherever you look it is there. It is part of creation itself. It’s where you originated. Deeply within you, and especially in your heart, there is a model of your future self. This model is activated and is blooming into the full realization of Self. This is a significant shift pointing the way to higher consciousness and your true purpose and destiny. You are moving into the area of light, the Golden Age and your divine assignment. The most important part is that you incorporate your true self, your I Am presence, into every day life. All of creation is excited to welcome you back home. We are standing at the corridor where the portals are about to open so that we can reclaim the Earth.”

What’s it all about ground crew? In all of your life have you ever had a month like this last one? Many of us have been running the full gamut of emotions. We’ve had unexpected events, losses, deaths of loved ones, people getting shocking illnesses, strange and funny truths, nonsensical controlling mechanisms, amongst the background of the fear-based crazy world noise. It feels like the dark forces are trying anything they can do to create fear and to remove your peace, harmony, joy and laughter. They want to lower our vibrations.

They will not be successful because we know what they are doing and we are aware of their affects. We have the power of Source/creation, which is being ignited to the core of our essence. This power makes us unstoppable. We are a force of upliftment, strength, courage, and Unity. We are surging forward into the oneness and the power this is generating is beyond description. We will not need directions from the outside GPS world because we have our God Pointing Service instead. By taking a few deep breaths and listening within, the guidance becomes clear.

We’re dealing with many peoples’ lives becoming topsy-turvy. As time speeds up, the issues also accelerate. We want to emphasize how challenging it can be to try to plan things in the old 3-D Way. It doesn’t work because of the interceding energies that have escaped from the old matrix, which no longer exists. Therefore, there can be a feeling of feeling like a fish out of water and not knowing exactly where you are, or where to be.

It’s important to trust the hand of the Almighty that is orchestrating this Shift of the Ages. Trusting this hand is the key to following the most beneficial path. This hand points the way. If you tap into your heart you will be shown and guided. This is where magic and miracles come into play.

Many have forgotten about magic by believing that magic was some kind of force of evil. (We know the evil use dark magic but not the kind of magic we are describing.) That is not true and is what the dark ones wanted you to think. Creation comes out of magic. This is where something is created out of nothing. In the beginning before there was physical form, souls existed in groups of similar purpose. Then a great council decided the creative expression could be made into physical form. This is the exact point when souls broke into a masculine and feminine physical form. This is known as twin flames. (Soulmates are souls from the same soul group. These relationships are usually easier than twin flames, which are more intense.)

Subsequently, the original twin flame split into many different twin flames. The divine complement is the twin flame with whom a soul has had the most incarnations. (I have written a yet to be published book that I need to complete and get out so that you can understand twin flame energy.) This is how the Creator works. It is by creating something out of nothing, which is magic.

Miracles unfold with magic. It is about energy and focus. It’s about belief and trust in Source. It’s also about raising your frequency and calling forth the magic and miracles. Working with these energies elevates your spirit and consciousness to a higher level. The truth is we are all Creator gods becoming the greatest co-creation that we can possibly be. This is how Source expresses itself.

Here’s a good prayer: “God help me to know, see and love myself, the way you know, see and love me. Help me to be the greatest co-creation with you that I can possibly be.”

May I please have a dose of something Divine.
Let it be magic.
Let it be fun. Let it be a miracle
Like the rising sun.

I like that magical power
I have felt before.
It can bring surprises

Greetings. I am Mira from the Pleiadian high Council currently on a assignment with the Earth Council for the ascension of the Earth.

I am pleased to speak with you today. What I have to say is even beyond words so I want you to realize the energy and frequency behind this transmission. We are stepping it up due to the nature of the hour. Our work is plentiful and rising beyond measure.

The higher frequency codes that you need for Ascension are activated. Everything is in place to elevate you beyond the lower frequencies of the third dimensional Earth. That is one of the reasons you might feel strange, as if you are in several different worlds at one time, which indeed you happen to be.

Please come with me to the place of the higher mind. Access the creativity and light that are now available in abundance. Valerie was discussing magic and miracles and this is the world in which we live. It is how you will be creating and living in higher consciousness. You will no longer feel dragged down by the negative sources that tried to usurp you from your plans and made you forget who you are as a part of creation.

On the Earth Council we monitor you closely. We see how many of you are struggling for a variety of reasons. What we want you to know is that it’s important to just keep rising. Rise above everything that is happening. We understand it is a lot. We know some of you have had major losses of loved ones, family, friends, pets, jobs, finances, and health. We see old friendships shifting and going in separate ways. These could be close relationships, family and friends. It is happening due to the frequency shifts and the rising consciousness in some but not in others. It becomes uncomfortable for these relationships to be maintained. Therefore, we recommend to not be attached to anything. We know this is easier said than done, but it is the only way to move higher because you will magnetize to yourself other like-minded, like frequency people into your lives. This will allow you to soar higher on your mighty paths.

Many of these relationships create painful losses. They must be grieved as best as you can grieve them. Some of these relationships are long overdue for you to release. For some brave and strong lightworkers, it will be freedom from the darkness.

Please remember that life is not an endurance contest. It is meant to be enjoyed. Even though it could be challenging right now, decisions might need to be made. Your happiness, joy, harmony and freedom will be worth it.

I am telling you these things because your ascension is in full process. Please trust that I know what I am talking about because we as Pleiadians assist other planets with their ascensions. We are happy that you are progressing and we are proud of you for your wonderful work. Please look out for each other and be kind to yourselves and to others. Stay as grounded as you can. Know that ascension is a natural process and that you were divinely chosen to be here now.

Ground Crew in Action Zoom Call this Saturday, June 3, from 11 AM Pacific Time to 12:30 PM

The Galactics told me in April that it was time to call the ground crew into action. That is what I did. It involves working with Lumina, who is a powerful source of light in creation. She gives us light activations that assist in raising our frequencies and our consciousness. We are having an excellent time coming together in these calls. You would be amazed at some of the wonderful ideas people have already shared for living in the New Earth in the fifth dimension and higher. Some people even say these calls have been “fabulous.”

Heart of the Mountain Retreat at Mount Shasta

I have not decided dates for when I will be doing a retreat at Mount Shasta this summer. My retreats are experiential and are out in nature. It’s difficult to plan this year because there’s so much snow at the higher elevations, which is one place where I like to take people. If Panther Meadows does not open until August, it could be sometime in August. Potential flooding is also a consideration. As you know, it is difficult to plan anything these days because everything is in such a state of flux. I will let you know when there is more clarity.

That will also affect my decision as to whether or not I will be doing the retreat.

In Conclusion

This is a time of great change. It’s important that we accept this change and other people’s choices. All of creation is involved in this ascension process. There is no more dark glue from the matrix to hold it together. As ground crew we need to keep our awareness focused on remembering our future selves and the New Earth.

By becoming more conscious of our parts of creation, the magic and miracles will bring us everything we need. Let’s come together in unity and live from our hearts the way we were intended to live.

A Call Into Action: Straight From The Heart

Dear Ground Crew:

Here’s the latest message from Apollo: “Thank you for your latest good work, ground crew. It has helped significantly to raise the consciousness of the planet. You are helping to fasten the grip on the darkness. There is still work to be done. You are now in the process of stepping into your light felt roles that will change the Earth forever. This is a serious choice point, dear beings of light. Most of you are aware, if not consciously, but at least subconsciously, the importance of you acknowledging your work as transducers of light. So much is still needed, yet it is only a breath away. Every time you pay attention to working with the light and feeling the light, you make huge waves in the shift of the ages. This is why you are here at this time. I recommend you make your focus the light. Close your eyes and welcome in the light and, if necessary, cry away the tears. Let your heart be filled with love and release the long-held fears. This will assist you in freeing yourself from the past darkness. Not only are you holding the light but you are becoming the light. The darkness has very little sway over you now. You recognize your power of the light. This makes you solid and steady. Please remember what I’m saying.”

How are you doing, ground crew? Some of us are feeling a myriad of emotions. This is part of ascension. One minute you might have the feelings of bliss and joy, something you had not felt for a long time. At other times, you might need to cry because you are sensitive to the energies around you. The numerous changes are baffling. Even looking into a crystal ball will not predict what will be happening next. This is how the energies are in higher consciousness. We are learning to simply be present with what is going on from each moment to the next.

 

 

How to Raise your Frequency?

The other day someone asked me the question, how do you raise your frequency? This was in the context of talking about energy healing and how, if your frequency is high enough, you won’t even get sick.

Everything is frequency. Nikola Tesla discovered that every disease has a frequency. Royal Rife, who created the Rife Machine, also realized that. He experimented at first with chickens and found what the frequency of the illness was, and then he created a device that would send them the healing frequency.

It is true there are ways to increase your frequency. It has to do with body, mind, heart, soul and spirit. Each one of these parts of you needs to be fed and nourished. It takes some discipline. Regular meditation is key. Listening to your body is important. Just because someone tells you that something is not good for your body, that may or may not be true. Your body might be different and want what they’re telling you not to eat, or vice versa. One method for this is to use your body as a pendulum. You hold up the food or the supplement, medicine, etc. to your heart, close your eyes and say three times “My body needs this. My body needs this. My body needs this.” If it moves forward it wants it, if it moves backward, it does not want it. Listening to your body is super important. It can take some practice to get a stronger response from your body. The body talks.

Sometimes we let our taste buds rule what we put into our body but we have to remember that our taste buds don’t have a brain. They satisfy needs for certain things that we want but they may not be the smartest things to eat. Drinking lots of good water is important. Water carries consciousness. Consciousness drives frequency. The book “Power Versus Force” by Dr. David Hawkins, is an excellent book that discusses frequency. He calibrated frequency for many different people, religions, places to live, etc.

The Earth is now going through a shift in consciousness and many people are starting to discover they no longer want to eat the things they ate before, or drink what they used to drink. Perhaps they don’t get the exhilaration from that previous food or liquid that used to make them feel good? The body is changing from carbon based to silica based. The bodies are going to be lighter and the food that we will be consuming is going to also be much lighter.

The light is coming from the Great Central Sun and the Galactic Core and it is infusing the body with higher consciousness. By paying attention to what your body is feeling whether it needs rest, water, nature or whatever, you can also raise your consciousness. The body has intelligence and that is what you tap into when you ask it if it needs a certain substance.

Tapping in and thinking how you want to feel is a prerequisite for raising the frequency. The frequency is affected by the thoughts you think, the people you are around, and the distractions. The Earth is filled with lots of distractions, and loud noises, that keep people from listening within. Spending some alone time in contemplation brings harmony and that will also raise your frequency.

Earthing, standing barefooted on the Earth, raises your frequency. The bodies are electrical and magnetic. By standing on the Earth you receive that electrical input. Sunbathing is a way of being fed by the sun. We have been told many untruths about the sun. We have been taught to fear the sun. Therefore, we smothered our bodies with chemicals that actually created what we were taught to fear. Most of you are probably aware of this?

The New Earth energies/5 D energies require a re-focus. This is freeing energy and positive energy. In our Ground Crew in Action Group, which meets every two weeks on Zoom, we receive light activations from Lumina. In these activations we receive high frequency messages, visions, guidance, and we are pointed at these new energies of focus. She is guiding us and showing us how her luminescence is helping to create higher 5th dimensional ways of living. We are starting to get more of a sense of what it will feel like, and look like, in the New Earth energies that we are co-creating. It is a fun group of people who are becoming more cohesive and are enjoying each other’s energy. They have a lot to share with what they are receiving about the New Earth and are helping bring each other into greater awareness.

One of the things I’ve noticed since the focus on higher consciousness, is that life becomes easier. The more that one removes them selves from the material world, while still functioning in it, there is harmony, bliss, joy, light, truth, clarity, love, easier manifestation, new connections and divine guidance. The benefits continue so that fear does not have to control your life. This is most important and why we still get to continue releasing the strong hold that fear has had upon us.

Greetings: I am Mira from the Pleiadian high Council still serving full-time on the Earth Council. We appreciate your hard work and we admire you for the excellent jobs that you are doing.

Many new projects are already spearheaded, as if you already were/are in the 5th dimension and higher. Your roles are about to change as you step forward into who you really are and what you came to do. You came back from the future to change this now moment on the Earth because you did not like what happened to the Earth. I am sure you can see that there is a reason why you did this because look at what has happened to the Earth.

Therefore, now your work is in full play. You need to step forward and emerge more with your future self. You need to call back your gifts and your abilities, to remember who you are. We are excited that you are doing this. We see your beauty, your truth, your strength, your love, and your power. We know so much about you and believe that you are successful in this huge project called the Ascension of the Earth.

Please remember that you are not just creating a New Earth but you are also involved in co-creating a whole new universe. Little do you remember every aspect of your mission, but as you step forward to do more it will reveal itself. You will begin to see what great masters, avatars, and powerful beings of light that you are. So believe in yourselves, ground crew. We are getting prepared to celebrate you and all of your good work.

We are working along side with you. We have all upped our capabilities and technology to further this process. The Earth is speaking to us and as we observe her. We see the challenges that she is facing. What we are doing together is of the utmost importance. I would even use the word “urgent” because everything is so out of balance and chaotic right now. It’s almost as if these projects need to be accomplished simultaneously. Yet we need to follow the power within these necessities and feel it present. Please know that everything is being done and will be accomplished at the right divine time.

This principle also applies to you in your lives. Follow the most pressing issues that you have and learn to clear and heal them. This will free you up to receive the higher frequencies, love and abundance that you so deserve. There is no one right way to do this, however, we do encourage you to shift your focus. The time is now. The rewards will be many. The celebrations will continue. And your hearts will be open and full of happiness and joy for all that has been accomplished.

Look to the stars, dear ones, for they have much to tell you. There is a story behind it all and you will remember. You will find with clarity and the truth why you are where you are right now on the planet. You will start receiving more signals from us and all of the galactic’s. So be open looking to the skies and waiting for what we will be showing you.

Truth is the truth and the light is the light. The light carries the frequencies and the consciousness together that will lead you home.

The Master Kuthumi, who was St. Francis of Assisi, works with the Earth, the animals, nature spirits, fairies, etc. In this transmission I bring in his energy and he gives us messages. In Conclusion

All of the light work we have been doing for these many years is paying off. Many star seeds and lightworkers have risen in consciousness and are living in the fifth dimension and higher.

Some of these signs are: seeing more beauty, higher frequencies, improved health, changed appetites, greater creativity, more harmony and a different flow of energies. Time has sped up and that also means that we are moving into simply being in the presence. There is also increased transparency so it is possible to see more clearly through things that are going on.

The Earth is changing and many people are awakening and asking questions they never asked before. Let’s play around with it ground crew and bring the light and the love wherever we are. Talk to people, compliment them, come back together in the oneness and bring joy. We are creating our new world and the time is now.
