To listen, please sit quietly in a room ready to receive. You might want to a hold crystal, light a candle and be in a meditative state.
Let the energy come in and allow your self to be receptive to it. You may feel some movement in the body during the clearing.
When complete, please sit still for a few minutes to integrate what has happened. You should feel lighter and more clear.
You may ask Lumina or Archangel Michael to assist you any time you need help. Please feel free to listen to this again.
